The business has an opportunity to improve on their communication. It took 2 months to get my bumper installed. The reason it took so long is because they never follow up to schedule your appointment. Then all of a sudden it would hit me and Id reach out then set a date. I spoke to them about the insurance claim and gave them all the details. They quoted me online which was a plus. Then they said they are going to order the parts. They never contacted me to let me know the parts made it. Then I asked next step. They said we need to do a paint match. I went for the paint match. They said they would contact me to schedule install after it's painted within 2 days. Almost two weeks went by and I realized I wasn't contacted so I reached out to get it scheduled. Dropped it off Monday morning and it was ready by the afternoon. This whole process started on 6/8/23 and was finished on 7/26/23 I understand I could have been more on top of it with faster follow ups, though I do believe it is the business responsibility to be on top of earning business and keeping the customer up to date of their sales process. I'd use them again in the future but I would be more prepared to make sure they get the job done in a quicker time frame. Take note that every person I spoke to during the process is kind and friendly.
