Vehicle was fixed, but after a couple of months it was clear the exhaust hadn't been properly repaired/affixed, since due to vibrations/bumps, it had shifted to the left and started melting the rear bumper in the same exact spot where the original incident had occurred. We brought the vehicle back to ask what may have happened, and for possible solutions. We were immediately greeted by finger pointing and were blamed that the car must have been backed into another car in a parking lot. However, this is an impossible scenario because the exhaust is recessed behind the bumper and the bumper had NO dents/scratches to imply bumping into someone. They tried to have us pay for a new repair job on the spot. This place has 0 customer service, 0 warranties, and does not stand behind their work. The quality of care you will receive is about the same as the appearance of the shop.

BCC gave me the most detailed estimate out of 4 other body shops, broke down each charge, and even tried to save money by trying to find used fenders and other auto body parts to keep the cost low, especially since I was paying out of pocket. They kept to the amount of the estimate and now over 2 years later since the work was done, it's still in great shape. Hopefully, these kids stop hitting things with my cars, but when the next accident happens I won't waste my time getting other estimates and will just take my cars to Bountiful Collision Center.

The business has an opportunity to improve on their communication. It took 2 months to get my bumper installed. The reason it took so long is because they never follow up to schedule your appointment. Then all of a sudden it would hit me and Id reach out then set a date. I spoke to them about the insurance claim and gave them all the details. They quoted me online which was a plus. Then they said they are going to order the parts. They never contacted me to let me know the parts made it. Then I asked next step. They said we need to do a paint match. I went for the paint match. They said they would contact me to schedule install after it's painted within 2 days. Almost two weeks went by and I realized I wasn't contacted so I reached out to get it scheduled. Dropped it off Monday morning and it was ready by the afternoon. This whole process started on 6/8/23 and was finished on 7/26/23 I understand I could have been more on top of it with faster follow ups, though I do believe it is the business responsibility to be on top of earning business and keeping the customer up to date of their sales process. I'd use them again in the future but I would be more prepared to make sure they get the job done in a quicker time frame. Take note that every person I spoke to during the process is kind and friendly.
