The tech cut a wiring harness instead of disconnecting it and also cut the video feed to the rear camera both of which had to be replaced at the owners' expense. Then the rear bumper was placed in the bed upside down which scratched the plastics and those too had to be replaced at the owner's expense. Valley owed money and it took over a month to get it back all the while Broc of the Draper location lied about when it would be mailed out. When Jacob of the same location was confronted about the damage, he couldn't have cared less and said that's how they do it. Not very professional. The only good thing about this location was the lady at the front counter. She was very nice and polite. Body and paint were adequate, but could have been better

I paid for parts and labor and only got a part.....My undersheild was ripped off and i came here to…read moreget it fixed... this is what they did... they left it dangling... so i came back to see if they were willing to make it right or really do anything.... instead they tried to talk circles around me telling me that i wanted it "done cheaply not right and good"... they told me that if i come back to get my bumper fixed properly, then they could fix my undersheild.... as if my bumber being replaced is essential to install 3 screws in the back of my undersheild.... so now... i have to go somewhere for litterly 3 screws... these guys lied and screwed me over Picture 1..... the dangling undersheild they "installed" with 3 screws Picture 2..... the old undersheild with the 5 screws in the places i asked for them to be replaced Picture 3.... my bumber "damage" that makes these screws on the bottom of my truck "impossible to install unless the bumper is fixed"

She doesn't just do her job, but she goes above and beyond and actually cares about the customer. I felt 100% confident the entire time the collision center had my suv and Janel was sure to keep me in the loop (which I really appreciated). After I picked up my suv, there was a weird technical error when I was trying to set the clock. Janel had me bring it back in and Jeremy was able to get it fixed within minutes. The business has an opportunity to improve on their communication. It took 2 months to get my bumper installed. The reason it took so long is because they never follow up to schedule your appointment. Then all of a sudden it would hit me and Id reach out then set a date. I spoke to them about the insurance claim and gave them all the details. They quoted me online which was a plus. Then they said they are going to order the parts. They never contacted me to let me know the parts made it. Then I asked next step. They said we need to do a paint match. I went for the paint match. They said they would contact me to schedule install after it's painted within 2 days. Almost two weeks went by and I realized I wasn't contacted so I reached out to get it scheduled. Dropped it off Monday morning and it was ready by the afternoon. This whole process started on 6/8/23 and was finished on 7/26/23 I understand I could have been more on top of it with faster follow ups, though I do believe it is the business responsibility to be on top of earning business and keeping the customer up to date of their sales process. I'd use them again in the future but I would be more prepared to make sure they get the job done in a quicker time frame. Take note that every person I spoke to during the process is kind and friendly.

Over the last 50 years we have had a number of times that we have needed auto body damage repair…read morework done. In all but one case we have had Marquee do the repairs. Last week our GMC Acadia needed a fender repaired. Brady, Taylor and Jan were so excellent to work with. We were able to get our SUV in quickly and the work was professionally done.
