I had a small dent in the front fender of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called DentPro with high expectations considering all the rave reviews. Also, the profile picture was pretty much my scenario. The business owner, John, answered very quickly. He was professional and nice. I explained my situation and he asked me to text him a couple of pictures and he would get back to me with a bid. I sent him pictures and he called back within minutes. He said that he could not fix it because of where it was and it was probably too deep. Instead he referred me to a local body shop close to me in Bountiful. One of the reasons I called is because the profile said he was close to Bountiful. On the phone John explained that he lived in Bountiful, but was in Utah County that day. I assume he just didn't have the time for me so he pawned me off on a body shop. Thankfully, I was able to find another paintless dent repair specialist that got me taken care of that same day in about an hour and a half. I never did get a bid from the body shop, but I'll bet it would have been a lot more than I ended up paying and a lot more time than I was willing to commit. I don't plan on getting more dents, but if it happens I'd be willing to give DentPro another shot hoping for better results worthy of a five star rave. read more

I wish I could give 10 stars. Some rude jerk in the Costco parking lot smashed into my car with their door or a cart and then drove off. We have only had the car a year and I was pretty bummed. Went to a local body shop that quoted me $350 to repair the egg-sized dent. I didn't want to spend that much so I decided to just live with it. I had filled out an online estimate with Dent Pro and got a call the next day from John. John came TO MY HOUSE and fixed the dent right in my own driveway. John was super nice and even fixed a dent in the bumper of my Wife's SUV free! Total cost to me? $100. Glad I have these guys on my list now. I would most definitely refer my friends and family to these guys. Awesome! read more

Mobile dent repair. John Sorensen came by our home yesterday and repaired both of our cars. They had some pretty bad dents, but John worked his magic and now they look brand new. He charged $225 for an afternoons work. It would have been $1000's if we had taken them to a body shop. He is a super nice guy and I would recommend him to anyone. John is a miracle worker. A garage door frame led to a dent in our Mazda CX-5, and body shop quotes were $1,200-$1,500! I texted John some photos of the dent, and he was upfront with the fact that he could "probably get it 90% of the way there." For just $150, his work was exactly as promised. Body shops are able to charge exorbitant prices because most people pay using their insurance. What John charges is fair, honest, and worth every penny. read more

I called DentPro to get a bid on straightening out a 6 inch dent on my right rear quarter panel. As instructed I texted a picture of the damage to a number on the website. A few hours later I received a call from a technician that on the surface sounded knowledgeable and experienced in the paintless repair process. He quoted me $400 to do the repair. I had already received a bid for $200 so I passed on his bid. I cleaned up the scuff marks with some acetone and took it to the shop that quoted me $200. The tech liked that I had cleaned off the scuff marks. He pushed out the dent and had it ready for me the same afternoon. His work looked great and he only charged me $80. I'm sure DentPro does a good job but in my opinion $200 per hour for body work is unreasonable. I wish them well but as you can see, I don't plan on ever using them. read more

Mobile paintless dent removal. This guy doesn't even have a yelp page but I can't help it and set one up for him because he is excellent! I called him about the dent on the side of my car and he asked me to send him a photo of the dent via text message. Because the dent was very close to the edge, he wanted to see it in person. He came and took a look and decided that the dent could be fixed. He told me the price (which is very reasonable) and came the next day. He was fast, friendly and did an excellent job on my car. My car looked brand new and it didn't even cost me an arm and a leg! I feel comfortable recommending him to anyone. Two thumbs up! read more

I am so pleased with the service I got yesterday from John at DentPro! He came to my work and took care of three small dents in my Subaru, one of which I hadn't even noticed! I've used John now on 4 cars with minor door dings, balls on hoods, etc. This last time, John came to our house in Sandy and worked on two cars in the garage that had accumulated dents, dings, and other abuse from a family with two small kids. He actually pulled out an additional dent that the wife didn't identify initially but upon inspection of the work, she noticed and pointed it out. John spent an additional 15 to 20 minutes working that one also. This was all on a Saturday morning. He worked around both our schedule and location.
