I took my daughter's car in for a new paint job on the hood and fenders due to multiple rock chips and peeling paint. The price was on par with other quotes and the time frame was quoted a week quicker than any others. A day before ( a Thursday) the quoted date of completion (Friday) I received a call stating it was going into paint and would be completed on the following Tuesday. Okay fine, I get delays and issues come up. On that Tuesday I called and was told it was going in to paint and would be finished Friday. my daughter was leaving for college and needed her car. I let them know that Friday was unacceptable and was told they would see what they could do. They not only got the car finished Wednesday, it looked great. Sadly driving to college (4 hours away) she was tagged by a rouge rock that left a 2inch scratch in the hood. Luckily no dent and the paint job was quality enough that it did not go through to the primer!! If you are in a hurry, be patient and they will do a good job for you. read more

It took a while (2 weeks) before they were ready to fix my car, but once I dropped it off they had it fixed in less than 3 days. Drop off and pick up were very quick. We took an 06 Mustang to these people, and first of all I'd like to say that their body work is excellent. However they are extremely lacking as far as any mechanical repairs go. The Mustang had sustained front end damage due to black ice. First time we got the car back I had to add over 2 gallons of coolant, which in a 4.0 litre engine is pretty much empty. Then the left rear tire went flat due to a large chunk of the rim was missing. Took it back and they put a new rim on the car. But the radiator was still leaking. When I dropped it off to them the first time I told them I thought the radiator was leaking, when we picked it up we asked if they checked the radiator. "oh yes, we checked it," was the response. Well of course it wasn't leaking for them, it was freaking empty. That problem was finally taken care of at our expense. The other day the car was taken to a different shop for some work plus an alignment. The shop foreman called and asked why there was 4 mismatched tires with one even being the wrong size on the car? A couple of them were ready to have a blow-out he said. We told him that should not be the case as there were 4 Pirrelli tires with a Z rating on the car. He sent pictures. Seems someone had removed the Pirelli's and put tires on the car that were in really bad shape, and even balanced them. This was done in a shop with a balancing machine. New weights on the rim confirm this fact. There is only one place this could have happened as no one other than Rocky Mountain Collision has had the car for any length of time. They had it for 5 weeks the first time, plus 4 more days with the other 2 trips back. This matter is now under investigation. read more

This was one of the best experiences I've had with a repair shop. Someone attempted to steal my catalytic converter, so, like most, I was a bit flustered going in. They worked flawlessly with my insurance company and communicated with me every step of the way. I worked with Jennie (the General Manager) directly, and she was very knowledgable, nice, and attentive through the whole process. Hate to say I'm back again. But the review is the same. Had a minor accident and made my way back to Rocky Mountain Collision. They were very flexible and forgiving with the appointment time due to work constraints. I sent the other party from the accident to them too. They generated two separate estimates: one based upon what the guy claimed had happened as a result of the accident (which included the rusted trunk dent), and a second with just the items that made sense from the mechanism and two cars involved (the rest is up to the insurance company). The folks at Rocky Mountain Collision are just reasonable, honest people. I would trust them to do the right thing. read more

No need to look any further for the top quality body shop in town. Their work is exceptional. I was involved in an accident with my brand new (300 miles) Acura MDX. The vehicle sustained extensive left front end damage. Obviously, I was worried the vehicle would never look (or drive) like it did prior to the accident. I had a billing issue with and the other driver's insurance company where I was double charged, leaving me stranded while at a wedding in Florida. On a three way call with Rocky Mtn. Collision and the insurance, Rocky Mtn. Collision had one of their employees deposit money back into my bank within an hour and a half of the three way call, and they would work with the insurance to get that money back.
