I just got my windshield replaced in September in my new Ford F150. I rarely drive this truck and this morning I decided to because it's snowing. I got in started it, turned on the heat and heard the whole bottom windshield crack. I got out and searched for a rock chip and couldn't feel anything. There is zero sign of any rock chip. So I brought it in for them to take a look at it and the guy there had to get up on top of the hood and take his finger nail and dig at the corner of the crack and said "you can barely feel it but you can feel that there's a tiny rock chip". I seriously can not feel any "rock chip". I got up and dug at it with my finger nail to and literally just felt a crack. Anyways, I left pretty upset because I've only had this windshield for 3 months and now I have to buy another one. I'd have no problem buying a new windshield if I knew there was something like a rock chip or something I clearly did to it. But seriously I couldn't feel anything. On my drive home the owner called and apologize for not being there and being the one that inspected it. He said he would be more than happy to put it under warranty and replace it. WHAT?? Wow! Talk about good customer service. I am very pleased that he is willing to replace it since I have only had the windshield for 3 months. Precision Auto Glass is top notch!! First of all, Alicia (hope I spelled it right), was wonderful, she was sweet, knowledgeable, and dependable. I called about a very old motorhome (1986), I just purchased that had a broken driver's side windshield. I had called a few other places, but they wanted outrageous prices for this windshield. Her cash price was at the very least $300 less, and at the most almost a $1000 less, for an approximate 4X6 windshield. She took my info and returned my call within an hour. She ordered the window, scheduled my appointment and kept me updated on the arrival and confirmed my appointment. Most of all she was so pleasant and nice on the phone. It was great dealing with her. On the date of my appointment, I had an issue with my fuel line, so I called an explained that I was going to be about 1/2 hour to an hour late and she was very understanding and still made sure my motorhome was repaired by closing time. The installers were great, very friendly and they did an awesome job!! My window looks great and they cleaned both windshields sparkling clean and there wasn't a remnant of the work they did. Clean, professional, knowledgeable and nice gentlemen!! I don't have a single negative comment and would highly recommend this business for your glass needs. Ok my peeps so last week I was on interstate 15 going south and I heard a big "ding!" Immediately I looked at my windshield but couldn't see anything wrong. When I got home I saw the damage. It was a chip the size of a nickel so I got on the phone with my insurance. They recommended 3 different places and I called all 3 for quotes. Not bad in regards to price comparison but my vibes steered me to go with Precision Auto Glass. I reached out and Zach responded right away and told me not to worry and that I could walk in anytime during working hours. When I arrived I was greeted by the very friendly smile of Kaiya (hope I spelled it right) she already knew I was coming, (that was cool) she took down a bit more info and directed me to the humble but nice waiting room. These guys are freaking awesome! The owners are really cool, they know their stuff, went the extra mile to make things work so they could earn my business, they do a really quality job and the price is way better than anyone else. I called 5 places they all wanted to charge me 50-90 dollars more then what they quoted me. Zach (co-owner) offered to get Chris (co-owner) to come out and meet me at my work because I work every day 9-6. Zach and Chris really know their stuff, lots of experience. Chris did a great job and just to prove how honest these guys are and how much integrity they have, Zach had quoted me a price under what they normally charge, Chris not knowingly had charged me more. I let Chris know and without hesitation he handed me back the difference in cash. That alone proves the difference in quality of character and work these guys stand behind. I had my windshield replaced this week from Precision Auto Glass. I was referred by a friend of mine, and I was very impressed. The service I received was exceptional. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The service was fast, and fair priced. I chose to write a review because of an incident that happened when I dropped off my car to have the windshield replaced. I was standing at the front desk, and I started to feel dizzy due to low blood sugar. I said to the staff, I think I need to sit down. They quickly came around the counter to catch me, and to sit me into a chair, got me water. They immediately contacted my husband, and arranged for someone to drive me home. This incident was embarrassing for me, although I was extremely grateful for the way the staff handled the situation. They were all genuinely concerned, and there to help. Zach was able to give me a competitive price for the repair of my windshield with a lifetime warranty and free rock chip repair. They also came to repair my windshield at my house. I was really happy about that part of the service. Being a busy student, it is often really hard to find time to take my car to be serviced/be repaired. The service was very quick. It took less than an hour. The technicial who was sent to replace my windshield was professional and friendly. He did a great job. The windshield fits perfectly into place, and he gave me detailed instructions on how to make sure the job settles nicely. This morning I went out to my car to go to work and I noticed that somebody had smashed in my back window. After calling several places and being told that they cannot get to it until Thursday or Friday and the rates were ridiculous, somebody suggested that I call Precision Auto Glass. Not only did they get somebody out today to fix it. I was knocked out by their great rate. I really can't say much more highly about them other than they are awesome !! I had never heard of Precision Glass, but called for quote after skeptically reading reviews. Quote was quite lower than other so I had come out and replace the windshields on my truck and car. Technician Clint did a quick, but unhurried job. After, I was very pleased with service, windshields and honesty. Although I was charged for the mobile service of $25, which I was informed of up front, the total was actually less for windshields than I'd been quoted. Precision Auto Glass really did a great job in repairing a large driver's side window on our RV. We had to stay at an RV park and wait as we were from out of state. The glass was completely shattered, we waited a week for the replacement window to come in. The broken window was complicated by having a small motorized pocket window built within it. The staff at Precision did all that they could to expedite the glass repair. We were on our way the same day they received the glass from the shipper. These guys are great. I asked several companies to come to my house to replace the windshield on my son's car. None replied to me as quickly as these guys. I believe the guys name was Benji that came to my house and he was very Profesional and good at what he does. It maybe took 45 minutes to do the windshield. When I called Precision the receptionist was extremely friendly, called my insurance so the claim was in place before I arrived and was very friendly upon check in.
