Dylan quoted a flat fee for the first chip and a minor cost for additional chips. They also offered mobile service which was very convenient. We booked a time over email for them to come and perform the repair. They arrived right on time, and both Dylan and Trevin were there. Trevin greeted me and started the work. I had a second small chip that they agreed to fix as well. They worked fairly fast and did a great job making both chips disappear. There was only a minor blemish visible at both chip locations. They were upfront with an additional charge if I used a credit card to pay. If I used cash, there would not be additional costs. When we were settling up for payment, Dylan said he would not charge me for the second chip as it was small. I agreed to pay cash and felt very satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend Pro One for great service and fair pricing.

I called the shop and talked to someone who gave me suggestions on how to remedy my issue. After trying them, I still had problems. At this point I decided to drop off the interstate and have them check it out. When I got there, the guy I talked to was there and was familiar with my problem. He immediately went out to the RV with me and looked at a few of the camera settings in my stereo. Within about 1 minute he had me up and running. Turns out at some point I had screwed up a setting and the issue was only operator error. The young man that helped me was very polite and helpful. After he reset my settings (at no charge) he shook my hand and said have a great trip. I would highly recommend this business, they treat people well and don't take advantage of electronic ignorant people like me! Thanks!!

So, I decided to start researching some companies to take care of replacing my windshield. Of course my first thought is "guess I'll Safelite." And I got the quote.. I thought to myself, "Man, there's bound to be better prices around here." And was I right about that. I decided to grab a quote from precision auto glass through their website. The website was well constructed, operated smoothly, and was esthetically pleasing. The quote process was easy and I recieved a follow up the very next day via text (I applied for the quote on a Sunday evening). After a few questions about my vehicle, they expeditiously fired a quote to me. And was I shocked to see that VERY REASONABLE price. Fast forward to my scheduled appointment. The staff there were all very friendly and quick to go ahead and take my keys and get me checked in. Decent waiting area with comfortable seating and a TV if you decide to stay. It was identified that I had provided them with poor information about the type of windshield I needed (due to having a rain sensor I was not aware of). They notified me of the issue and said they would have to reschedule to allow them to order the appropriate windshield for my vehicle. They originally told me it would cost more. I rescheduled and went about my day. No more than 30 mins later, I recieved a text from them saying the other windshield was more but they would still keep my ORIGINAL quote! Went in to my next appointment. They had it done less than an hour, and I walked out of there spending CONSIDERABLY LESS than I would have, had I went with anyone else. And the price includes lifetime rock chip repair as long as the glass was installed by them! (Which we all have taken some good rock shots on I-15). Great local business, with great employees and great business practices. Would recommend to some of my closest family and friends, included my retired defender brethern, Big Red. I had them install a radio I had. The dash was improperly installed. The light sensor was missing…read more(in the ashtray with 3 screws not installed). The loose dash caused the gear indicator not to be properly visible. The sloppy dash installation was unsightly. Too bad their work wasn't as good as their excuses. The owner's response errored in that all parts were there other than radio adaptions that were purchased from the store. Parts were in the ashtray alongside of the parts used in the reassembly. I was not offered any rework both times I brought it back. The car was shown in the disassembled status and estimates were based on that. If you were not able to reengineer, you should have stated that rather than say you could do the job. I was able to reassemble it and I'm am not a professional.

Today I took them my 2 of my boat trailer tires with puppy dog eyes and said we were going boating later and was it possible to get them done within the next 2hrs so we could still go. I was in and out in less than 30 min. As I left I thanked Dustin for the rapid service and Dustin told me, "of course we had to get you out there, have fun boating". Their mechanics are conscientious and honest. I have never been over charged and sometimes they cut a price break if something takes a lot longer than they anticipated. Also if they run into something unexpected the is more of a specialty and have to refer you to the dealer (which is rare) they will work to make it right. 2nd time having issues here now…read more I specifically requested an AC diagnostic and explained upfront that I had already replaced the compressor, had the system charged the day before, and that a full leak/pressure test had already been performed. Instead of moving forward with a true diagnostic, they repeated the exact same service (discharge and recharge) that had just been done, and then charged me $285 for it. In the end, I'm back to square one--still not knowing what's wrong with my AC, but now out the money for a redundant service I did not need. To make it worse, I was told I'd need to pay even more for a diagnostic... which is what I had asked for in the first place. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Be careful coming here for service and make sure they're clear on what you're requesting, or you may end up paying twice without answers. Always ask for Donny. He is awesome! He wasn't available when this happened.
