My truck has two large deep scratches across the hood at the exact location of the brush. Quick Quack is quick to deny any responsibility even after their snap shots show the scratch at the exit of the car wash. In addition wait times at many of the locations are extensive. I will be cancelling both of my cars and having my insurance company request and review the video footage. We have had two cars on subscription for about a year, seems like QQ would be a bit more diligent in solving the issue ie: a thorough review of the tape should show in no scratches, out scratches and the cause being a malfunction of their equipment. Clearly from the Photos that they sent me you can see a large deep scratch (there are several) across the hood in a small arc that would seem to prove the wash caused them, as the wash was pushing the truck forward and up. Update After posting this review I was sent the pictures of the full wash as I had requested. I have posted the picture and offer a sincere Apology for the misunderstanding. Trust me, you don't need to look any farther. My 97 Land Cruiser had failing tint on every single window. The old tint was bubbling, cracking, torn, and discolored. It was an embarrassing mess. More importantly, for this review, it was a mess that nobody wanted to deal with, because removing old tint is not easy. I was actually turned down by two other tint shops before I found Vic. Vic didn't even flinch. And he did a PHENOMENAL job, tackling this dirty work and tinted every single window, including my new windshield and sunroof as well. If you take even three minutes talking to Vic, you will understand that he is the genuine article. He truly does care about his customers and doing a professional job. And he has the experience to back it up. Vic has been doing this for decades. He's the type of guy that will take the extra time to get it right and make sure that the job looks perfect. He takes pride in his work, and he's an honest guy. My job took him nearly 9 hours - the old tint coming off in little pieces. Sorry Vic! And THANKS!!! I could not be happier with the transformation that he did to my old Land Cruiser. Now she looks sexy again, and I absolutely love the tint!! I knew going into this that I wanted ceramic tint, and not the less expensive carbon tint. But Vic educated me on an even better option for the windshield. And I'm so glad I did it. It has practically 100% IR rejection. No heat gets through the windshield at all and that's what I need to protect the old plastic and vinyl and interior of this Land Cruiser. I want to preserve the interior as much as possible because I plan on keeping this vehicle for a lot longer. One more thing - Vic wants you to know that he is installing the film that you wanted and paid for. Some installers will sell you the premium ceramic tint and then install the cheaper carbon tint and you'll never know that you got ripped off. Without being asked, Vic brought an electronic device out to show me on my new tinted glass what the UV and IR measurements are, so I could be confident that he installed the better quality films that I paid for.

We were super happy with the experience and thought their sales team and cars were great. Fast forward to this year. We messaged them about a car since we were helping a friend who needed to purchase a car. I received a phone call from Trevor asking about our interest in the car and I told him we were coming in the next day to look at it, but mentioned to him we were looking at a competitors car as well. He told us that the competitors weren't good and sold lemon cars, which I thought was pretty negative of them. Especially since we've bought several cars from this competitor many times throughout the years and been super happy with them. And whenever we've told the competitor that we were looking at cars from Kentson, they didn't say one bad thing about them. When we went to test drive the cars today Trevor wasn't there but another sales guy helped us. He was helpful but all of the cars we drove were all filthy and smelled bad, or the tires were completely worn down and would have needed to be replaced. We walked back in to the sales floor after driving a car and our salesman wasn't there so we handed the keys to the salesperson there. He looked at us confused and like we were bothering him (even though there was no one else in there) and we wondered what was going on. We told him we were dropping the key off and were going to look at another one but didn't know where the other guy had gone. He didn't say much and it was really uncomfortable. Come to find out, that was Trevor that I had talked to the other day. It wasn't professional at all. Instead of greeting us and asking us what he could do to help us he just stared at us and acted confused. We went back outside and the other salesman was there with another car for us to drive. That one was much better, and my friend was seriously considering it, but after driving it we told them we wanted to check out the other one at Rand's just to see what it was like. They mentioned again how they sell lemon cars (they do sell buy backs with minor issues that have been fixed from Tesla) and that they would never buy cars from them. My husband told them that we'd be talking to the guy we usually buy from over there and we'd be in touch. All of us were really uncomfortable with how they were trying to trash the other car dealership and it left a really bad impression. We drove down to the other dealership and all of the cars there were so much better taken care of. They had replaced tires and detailed all of the cars and it was just a much better experience. We told them that we saw one at Kentson that we liked and he said that they are a great dealership and have good inventory. We all looked at each other and were blown away. It just made Kentson look even worse. My friend ended up buying the car from the competitors and not Kentson. And afterward both of us got calls and texts from Trevor asking us how the test drive was at the competitors. I texted him back that she ended up getting a different car (so that he didn't keep contacting us - talk about high pressure) and he wanted to know which one she bought! It's none of his business which car she purchased, and I knew he was going to look it up and tell me what was wrong with it and why we shouldn't have considered it. It was just super unprofessional and we all said we would never go back there. It's a shame because they used to be really good but they've gone way down hill!!

I had to go through Windshield Doctor because they were the only place in Utah that could source a…read morewindshield for my 96 Range Rover. While I'm grateful that they found the windshield for me, I'm not exactly pleased with the aftermath. The installation seemed to go well. They came to my home and completed the installation in the driveway. I checked in with them and everything seemed fine. Later, I was working on something when they finished and they didn't wait for me to come up, so they told my wife everything was done and were basically gone before I could look at everything on the vehicle. I know my vehicle is older, but they broke two parts of the window column trims and never bothered to tell me. I only noticed it when I sat in the car and looked at the interior trim. The main issue is that my front windshield wipers are no longer working. No matter what I do, they will not engage. Naturally, I called Windshield Doctor to inform them of the issue, and at first Matt was accommodating and sent someone over to come take a look. Chance, the tech they sent out to look at my windshield, said that they could not find why the wipers were no longer working. He then told me that the car is "just old" and maybe that's why they don't work. I told him that they were working fine before the installation, so it cannot be that they just broke all of a sudden. He then told me to take it up with Matt. Well, Matt wasn't helpful either. He proceeded to also tell me that the car is just old and maybe the wipers broke naturally, despite the fact that they were working prior to the installation and that THEY took them off in order to install the windshield. The most ridiculous statement was when Matt told me "Just because we were the last ones to touch it doesn't mean we broke it". I honestly don't even know what to do with that logic, as I find it so monumentally absurd from a customer standpoint. He then suggested I just take it Land Rover to get fixed, at my own expense. Now I'm basically in a position where I didn't cause the damage, but I'm being forced to pay for something that a business is refusing to acknowledge they had any part in damaging. This really shows you the level of integrity they hold themselves to at Windshield Doctor.

I want you to understand why I'm upset.  First, when I bought the extended warranty, I was never…read moretold I "had" to bring my car to you for repairs, I have bought these warranties in the past and I was able to take my car anywhere. Secondly, when I brought it to you the first time for the heater issue, the service advisor forced me to pay a $27.00 deductible. The warranty states I have a $25.00 deductible.  The heater worked for 3 days, then quit.  I brought the car back in, and you had it for almost 3 weeks.  When I came to pick it up finally, you tried to charge me the deductible again. It was back in for the same reason, I shouldn't have to pay another deductible. When I originally brought the car to you, my air conditioning worked fine.  When I picked the car up, it didn't work, I brought it back in a 3rd time and waited for it.  The service advisor came out and told me I had to pay $400.00 to recharge the A/C, just so you could try to diagnose why the A/C wasn't working.  I watched you (or whoever the service manager was that day) go into the service area with him, talk about it, then he came out and told me that. I have had the A/C evacuated and new freon put in, and the A/C is still not working.  Now I have to bring it back to you a 4th time for an issue that was not an issue when I brought it to you the first time.  Certainly, you can see why I'm upset.  I just want my car fixed.  I'm not going to pay another deductible for a problem your dealership caused. I was asked to contact them, which I did. Emailed the service manager, as well as left a VM for the general manager. As of the time of this review, no one has contacted me.
