They charge 100 times the amount and know nothing about audio. The pieces I asked about should have been around $15. He was going to charge $40? Nice mark up. And knew nothing about wire adapters. I went to another shop down the road and got what I needed for $26

Zero stars...Had a dashcam installed here back in May 2025 for my 2017 Toyota Camry. For a while,…read moreeverything seemed fine until my car decided it wanted to audition for an action movie. About 10 months after the installation, my door locks started acting possessed, so I took it to another shop. Turns out the wiring harness near the fuse box had been left loose and was getting pulled every time I used the emergency brake. Yes, emergency brake and live wires. Awesome. The second shop had to reroute the wires and secure everything so my car could go back to its original role: reliable transportation, not "Fast & Furious: Electrical Malfunction." That fix cost me $245.39 out of pocket. I tried to handle this like a normal adult, I emailed Mike politely asking for reimbursement. Ignored. Sent a certified letter. Ignored. Followed up again before the deadline. Also ignored. At this point, I've had more communication with spam callers than with this business. I would've given the benefit of the doubt that this was a one-time mistake, things happen but it looks like he botched up someone else's car in a similar manner and the complete radio silence afterward is what really stands out. Didn't even try to make it right. Based on the glowing reviews, I can only assume they're written by close friends, family, or possibly Mike himself on a really good day. If you're looking for dashcam installation without unexpected bonus features (like electrical roulette), I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I needed a rock chip repair and found these guys on a Google search. I had called several places…read moreto get a quote and Pro One was the best price after reviewing my photos of the chip. Dylan quoted a flat fee for the first chip and a minor cost for additional chips. They also offered mobile service which was very convenient. We booked a time over email for them to come and perform the repair. They arrived right on time, and both Dylan and Trevin were there. Trevin greeted me and started the work. I had a second small chip that they agreed to fix as well. They worked fairly fast and did a great job making both chips disappear. There was only a minor blemish visible at both chip locations. They were upfront with an additional charge if I used a credit card to pay. If I used cash, there would not be additional costs. When we were settling up for payment, Dylan said he would not charge me for the second chip as it was small. I agreed to pay cash and felt very satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend Pro One for great service and fair pricing.
