I went in hoping they could enable a feature in my compustar remote start system. I was worried…read morethat they wouldn't want to touch it since they hadn't installed it. Also, my truck is 7 years old and so is the compustar module. They put in a a lot of time getting it set right. Replaced the temperature sensor, reprogrammed it. It was a real struggle but they (I forgot to ask the guy's name, but he was the owner, pretty sure.) In the end I upgraded to a better model with two way communication but I didn't have to and I never felt pressured to do so. Also, I was a walk in and they worked on it right away! YMMV on that part, cuz I'm sure they're busy. I highly recommend car concepts and they'll absolutely get any window tinting, security or audio upgrade business I have in the future.
