Called the store for warranty information and my purchase record wasn't available? I found my receipt and went the store in person. They honored the warranty and placed a new battery on the counter. I asked them if they had tools because it looked like I was the mechanic that day. They offered up the tools and I switched the battery out. FYI: A good auto parts store would offer to install and battery as well as have my purchase information in their system. Cast in point: Always keep your receipts because without due diligence the new battery would have cost me out of pocket. Seems a little sketchy that my warranty information wasn't in their system. Just saying and always make sure your purchase information is in their system.

I could tell I was having some sort of battery issue, but I don't know a lot about cars, so I did my best with what knowledge I did have. Long story short, I was stranded for a period until my husband came to jump my car battery so we could get to the nearest Autozone and get some help. I've had great experiences with them in the past and this time was no different. The parking lot has a few entrances which was sort of weird, but easy enough to figure out. When we entered a nice guy named Bailey came and asked how he could help us. We described our situation and he said he could come test it. He was a good listener. He came out and attempted to test the battery, no charge at all. We decided collectively that we should get a new one. He quickly and efficiently looked up my car make, model, year, and engine and gave us a few options of batteries. We selected one, and he brought it out and asked if we needed help. We said YES! He was great. We chatted while he worked and I held a light. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Turns out he has only worked there 2 months so far. Bailey was a fantastic representative of autozone and just seemed like a good person in general. He went above and beyond to help us out while also being personable and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone and I have only had good experiences with the autozone brand.

I don't understand why or how they were incapable of noticing the other customers. In fact, two more employees emerged from the back to also walk over and stare down at the battery. (!!!) I will never know what was so engaging about the battery, but it required *everyone's* attention and *everyone* had to stare at it. Two guys even tapped it with their shoes. Heck, as I stood there waiting, I, too, stared at the damn battery. After being invisible for five minutes, I finally cut the air and asked one of the men, "Um excuse me, may I get my merchandise so I can leave?" Whoa. I had broken the magic spell that the car battery held over all five of the men. For a split second they were freed from the battery's trance. And that's after replacing a tail light last week to avoid getting pulled over for a third time in Moab. Here's what I know about O'Reilly. They're right off of State Street in the mid-south party of the valley (Midvale nearing Sandy) and they have a surprisingly large store. I don't ever get into the really gearheady kinds of auto parts - let's leave that to the experts - but O'Reilly has a nice selection of the easy-to-fix stuff that's laid out as self serve on the sales floor. You know the stuff: fluids, wipers, bulbs, accessories, and more for the quick fixes. They've also got several pros on hand who can look anything up on their snappy computers and fetch (or order) any part you'd like to get your hands on. They were more than willing to help me find what I needed and gave me the ever important reminded NOT to touch the headlight bulb as I was installing it. Good reminder. The store is nice, lots of parking, and full of people willing to help. A lot of the old union bulbs have now retired and the new guys are shining brightly.

We drove from Provo to SLC for a graduation and on our way back at around 9000 S. the electrical started going out again and we pulled over at a Maverick. We were told after making a call to a shop that its probably the alternator considering the battery change didnt fix the issue. They also told us that they werent available to take it until the next week which wasnt an option for us because we had to get back for work. I went on Yelp and Best Buds Mobile service popped up with 5 star reviews so I called. The gentleman that answered was genuine as explained that we thought it was the alternator. He gave me a quote that was within what I was willing to pay. I asked him if he had a number to a tow place so I can get it towed to them. He said "its ok we come to you". I was surprised but then "duh" it says "mobile" in their name. He also told me it would probably be about and hour and a half for them to repair. WHAT! It really did seem too good to be true. The shop we had previously called quoted us double what these guys quoted. They literally showed up within 30 min they arrived at that Maverick parking lot and probably less than the time frame he told me it would take them to fix it we were on our way back to Provo and now we are home and our car is running perfectly! These guys are a gem! I Googled the cost to replace the alternator and they were within the range. So Im going to say they are honest. I wish they were in in Vegas. But now we know if there are any car repair needs for us when in Utah or our family we will be reffering Best Buds Mobile Services. We stopped in last week to get an estimate for repairing our vehicle after we rear-ended another…read morecar, causing a few thousand dollars damage to the other car and resulting in bumper scratches and apparent asymmetry around the headlight on ours. Manager Danny evaluated our car and noted the scratches were minor, but would be expensive to repair and, just using his fist on the plastic part of the bumper, completely fixed the asymmetry around the headlight - after that, even a with a close look at the front end, the damage was virtually invisible. He also carefully inspected under the hood and front end with a flashlight and said he could not see any evidence of structural damage - bottom line: due to the damage to the other car, we were expecting and ready for a big bill to fix ours - Danny not only fixed the most visible result of the accident for no charge, he talked us out of doing more repairs and saved us a bundle. That is integrity! If we ever have another need (hopefully not), this will be our "go to" shop and we'll ask for Danny!
