So now a car I just bought has to sit unusable in my driveway while it actively leaks fluid. Broken Service Scheduling Do not fall for their claims of an "Express Lane." If you need routine maintenance or an oil change, there is no such thing as same-day service. You have to book weeks in advance just for basic care, making their service center completely inconvenient and essentially useless if an urgent mechanical issue pops up.
