He has been extremely rude with me each time Ive come in. Just today I ran in for a quick last minute part and as I was grabbing the stuff off the shelf, he said that's real cute, but we're closed get out. There have been good employees here and bad employees here, and after many times of him being so short with me, I think it ruined it for me. If I see him in the store again, I'm just not gonna go in. He charged me for both items. He then asked me if i could find my items myself on the shelf with the numbers he scribbled down on a little piece of paper. I was surprised because it wasn't busy at the 6:00 hour and there was only one other customer in the store. I guess I was okay with getting my items off the shelf myself. I had never shopped there so I was not familiar with their inventory system. Found one, could not find the other. I asked another floor clerk there. He was helpful. He could not find the it either. He asked the fellow the took my money and he said something to the effect, "Oh yeah! They just came in today and they're in the back." Am I asking too much for full service after payment or is this the new model of customer service?

But they wanted to replace my water pump and pulley for $650+ because "there were surface cracks" on the water pump pulley. And they wanted to replace my license plate bulbs for $95 because they were burnt out. I've owned 4 Mini Coopers; surface cracks on the water pump pulley are expected; "Surface cracks (1) form on the drive pulley over time. These cracks are normal and have no effect on the integrity of the friction surface..." https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2015/MC-10147906-9999.pdf And I bought new license plate bulbs at Napa for $14, popped out the license plate lamps with a pocket knife, and swapped out the bulbs in 5 minutes. Mini of Murray suggested repairs that were not needed. Shady service department. I'll be posting my experience on Social Media and warning all other Mini Cooper owners. Shame on your service department! Shame shame!" Love you guys at NAPA Auto Parts - you rock!

This will be long because these guys deserve a proper review. We were in town from Las Vegas and…read morewere staying in Provo. All the eletrical in our car went out we assumed we needed a battery which is something we change out every few years because Vegas summers are brutal. We changed it out but the battery light kept flashing on and off we thought we need to drive the car so the battery can juice up the car. We drove from Provo to SLC for a graduation and on our way back at around 9000 S. the electrical started going out again and we pulled over at a Maverick. We were told after making a call to a shop that its probably the alternator considering the battery change didnt fix the issue. They also told us that they werent available to take it until the next week which wasnt an option for us because we had to get back for work. I went on Yelp and Best Buds Mobile service popped up with 5 star reviews so I called. The gentleman that answered was genuine as explained that we thought it was the alternator. He gave me a quote that was within what I was willing to pay. I asked him if he had a number to a tow place so I can get it towed to them. He said "its ok we come to you". I was surprised but then "duh" it says "mobile" in their name. He also told me it would probably be about and hour and a half for them to repair. WHAT! It really did seem too good to be true. The shop we had previously called quoted us double what these guys quoted. They literally showed up within 30 min they arrived at that Maverick parking lot and probably less than the time frame he told me it would take them to fix it we were on our way back to Provo and now we are home and our car is running perfectly! These guys are a gem! I Googled the cost to replace the alternator and they were within the range. So Im going to say they are honest. I wish they were in in Vegas. But now we know if there are any car repair needs for us when in Utah or our family we will be reffering Best Buds Mobile Services. Thank you for the best auto repair service we have hands down ever had!

My mechanic was skilled and quick, it only took him just a few minutes to change everything out and I was set to go. I've added them as a contact for future repairs, so I'm recommending them here for anyone else that needs auto servicing.

Tim Dahle Mazda Southtowne - ask this guy about his experience at this dealership

For the most part our experience was good but be aware you need to be on your toes when negotiating…read moreas some of their procedures or perhaps my experience was somewhat preditory. We have had a bit of a nightmare with cars lately (not Mazdas) ranging from going down a financial black hole with a used car we had and dealing with a buyback from another dealer on a lemon. Cars were stressing me out and we decided to help my son out by assisting with a purchase of a newer vehicle. We were drawn in by what seemed to be a great deal on a certified preowned vehicle at Tim Dahle Mazda Southtowne. I had read that there was a lot of hidden fees so once my son was interested, I went back and spoke to the sales department on what the true price of these vehicles were. There was a certified vehicle listed for around 25K and when I first inquired, they didn't disclose any additional fees. When I went back to verify another sales person told me there was a near 3K non negotiable certification fee. If it isn't negotiable, it should be disclosed and nowhere that was reasonable was that the case. Now the certified vehicle was near cost of a new base model (probably their intention). At my ends whit, we decided to purchase a new base model and I showed the ad to the sales person which vehicle we were interested in. This is the point we were fully taken advantage of. My sales guy (who we liked) wasn't there yet and the Sales manager Juan was helping us. I showed him the car we wanted in the ad. I told him, I was going to lend my son some of the downpayment to get the payment to one he could afford. We worked with downpayment amounts until we got to the right number. What I didn't know or was ever told was he added 3 extra things to the price that I wasn't offered that was over $1100. That was $1100 I would not have had to put down. These items were for Red Alert?, Theft protection and an oil change program that didn't even apply to my vehicle. FYI, If they add these items, they can be found on page 2, sec 4 letter I of the contract. I trusted their integrity but This was very deceptive. I also told them I did not want to discuss an extended warranty with finance as we had no interest in it yet and regardless I was nearly in an argument with finance about this. They also do all contract stuff on a computer screen that was hard for me to read. My finance gal once we got past the warranty stuff was accommodating but she failed to send me the contract and I had to reach out the next day to get it. All in all my experience was good and would have been great if they didn't add fees without my knowledge. I worked with finance and Jordan and Brinlee tried to remedy issues. Unfortunately it took 4 months to finally close the door on this due to several issues in accounting. Even once things were done, only part was returned to principal, the larger part to payments accruing interest. It was maddening and honestly a less detailed person would never noticed they were being ripped off. In the end, Brinlee and Jordan made it right and I am grateful for their patience with the situation as they were not responsible for the indiscretions. In Summary, the sales people seem great. Finance was good. There must be pressure on the team for added services, perhaps bonuses or penalties they get selling crap you don't want. It is one thing to be offered, another to deceptively add things not listed on the sticker price and not tell you. All in All, If you come in expecting a "Buyer Beware" situation, you should have a good experience. It truly shouldn't be that way but some will say, "What would you expect from a car dealership" and I would say, honesty and integrity as done by other dealerships in the immediate area.
