I had never shopped there so I was not familiar with their inventory system. Found one, could not find the other. I asked another floor clerk there. He was helpful. He could not find the it either. He asked the fellow the took my money and he said something to the effect, "Oh yeah! They just came in today and they're in the back." Am I asking too much for full service after payment or is this the new model of customer service?

I was forced to buy a completely new device due to their error. Instead of paying $130 for a new screen I had to spend over $350 on a new device. And that's after replacing a tail light last week to avoid getting pulled over for a third time in Moab. Here's what I know about O'Reilly. They're right off of State Street in the mid-south party of the valley (Midvale nearing Sandy) and they have a surprisingly large store. I don't ever get into the really gearheady kinds of auto parts - let's leave that to the experts - but O'Reilly has a nice selection of the easy-to-fix stuff that's laid out as self serve on the sales floor. You know the stuff: fluids, wipers, bulbs, accessories, and more for the quick fixes. They've also got several pros on hand who can look anything up on their snappy computers and fetch (or order) any part you'd like to get your hands on. They were more than willing to help me find what I needed and gave me the ever important reminded NOT to touch the headlight bulb as I was installing it. Good reminder. The store is nice, lots of parking, and full of people willing to help. A lot of the old union bulbs have now retired and the new guys are shining brightly.
