Vehicle damage is never a positive experience, but the guys at Superior Auto Body were fantastic. I'm not from Riverton, but my first visit last week resulted in bumper damage after someone backed into my 4-week-old Civic in a parking lot. Needless to say I was not a happy camper; called my insurance company who recommended I wait until getting back to LA for the inspection. While this would be pragmatic I wanted an estimate done ASAP, in Riverton, so that I could forward a copy to my local mechanic in LA, give him the full picture, so that he could get the work started the day I returned. I called the closest shop in the area - Superior Auto Body - who were as friendly as could be on the phone. The receptionist recommended I come by now, as the wait was low. The waiting area is super clean, super comfy. My service advisor walked out with me to the parking lot and assessed the damage, even put the car up on the lift to make sure there was no internal damage beyond the cosmetic - and I left with a basic inspection report to send to my mechanic in LA. The fee was low, especially considering I was not having the repair work done at Superior. If you're in the unfortunate spot of needing a vehicle repair, do yourself a favor and go to Superior. They are professional and efficient. read more

Adam and the rest of the staff were very friendly and willing to help/go out of their way to make you feel cared for. Went for an estimate I never heard back from them as they were supposed to send to my insurance company and let me know when it was approved. Took for phone calls before I was able to get a hold of Jeremiah and we talked over the issue and he told me he would send it in right away and a couple of weeks later still nothing from him absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had anywhere. read more

ZERO STARS! This place is the worst. Literally caused more damage to my vehicle than they were supposed to fix. Got rear ended, very minor damage to bumper. Took it in a few weeks ago, and we are still driving a rental. Not only has it taken them 4 tries to paint a bumper, but they also scratched the car up, and dented the door. Went to pick up the car several times, only to find out it wasn't even ready, or that they had put another dent in it. They have ruined a brand new car, while attempting to do one of the easiest tasks a collision repair shop could do. The manager is constantly acting like its not there fault, even though it is all clearly due to the incompetence of this shop. Its a poor shop, poor business practices, and a stain on humanities existence. Quoted 3 days, and we are still counting. This was State Farms recommended shop...this place would be out of business if insurance companies didn't feed them work. read more

I have been dealing with Jeremiah at Fix Auto for about 4-5 months now and it has been terrible. I have called him over and over again to check on parts for my car. The date kept changing every single time and he never called to let me know. I had to call him multiple times to check on the status. He never had a clear answer, and never followed up with me on anything. At this point I'm willing to completely change shops and go with someone else. I will never work with them again and advise anyone else not to go here. read more

I would not recommend this place in a million years. Back some 5-6 years ago I was a mechanic at burt brothers and looked at this place pretty highly. Typically excellent work. Obvi since the name has changed so has their work. My truck was in for over $20,000 worth of repair. Understood parts are hard to get. However, the end of April my truck was supposed to be completed all parts were there and airbags were "supposedly" installed at the time. Jeremiah admitted someone had dropped the ball on ordering my headliner. The truck had $20,000 in work done and a piece of cloth was the missing link they forgot... appa that wasn't all. I have picked up the truck after 4 long months only to find my tail lights and parking sensors don't work. My mind is blown by the lack in quality, speed and communication this place has. Pulled into the garage wrong and dislodged the back trim piece to my mini! Looked like an easy fix but beyond my very limited repair skills. Plus special screws that I didn't want to hunt down. Took it to Superior and Sarge fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Sarge was fast, friendly and I totally recommend him! read more

Made an appt for 9:30 July 25. Sarge said it would take about 2 hours. I called around noon to see how it was going and was told it would be a couple more hours. I got a text ,probably because I read him the riot act, around 2:30 saying it was done but they had broken one of the reflectors and would have to order one. I get another TEXT later on that the reflector is in. I go in the next day to get it replaced and remind them that both flares around the wheel wells are still loose . They tell me that the clips are one time use after replacing a bumper but they would be happy to get some and charge me to replace them......GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Dave H read more

Customer service was horrible. No communication at all 2 weeks went by my wife called several times. She was told to hold and they would send her over to the guy who handles StateFarm. He literally never answered his phone and never returned any messages. I had to leave my work to go down in person to get an answer from the owner. Who was nice. Our rental car was going to have to be returned and they weren't even going to tell us. Then they made us extend our rental 5 more days resulting in more money out of my pocket. I will never recommend this place to anyone who has State Farm Insurance. read more

Front desk was helpful but overall I wasn't satisfied. The car still makes a vibration noise when traveling over 60 mph and the front tire lug nut where loose and tire almost fell off. Their employee that works with state farm that I was assigned was not very responsive to my concerns. He may need to take some customer service lessons. Or act a little bit like he cares. This is my go to auto body shop I live 45 minutes a away but it was definitely worth the drive over. Sarge is a great guy and helped me with my bumper he even gave me some extra paint encase I had any other paint chips anywhere else on the car. Absolutely great service and really felt like I had a friend instead of a guy trying to take my money ha. To bad I couldn't give more stars definitely suggest taking your business here. read more

Took my car there after my daughter had a little accident. They did a really nice job. I went to pick up the vehicle Jake came out and said it wasn't right and he wasn't happy with the work. He offered me a rental car for the night and kept the car. Went back the next day and the car did look even better. I really appreciated the honesty and that's had to find. Would give 5 stars if it was done right the first time but really happy with the customer service and honesty shown. Car looks great. read more
