My insurance suggested Unique Auto Body after I got into a little fender bender. I'm sure happy they did! The team were so nice to work with, and they completed my repairs earlier than expected. Nate was awesome and went over what repairs were made. I would highly recommend the South Jordan location. I went to the Midvale location and the customer service there was horrible, except Justin. He was the ONLY one there who offered to help me. Maybe because I am an elderly woman? South Jordan was a totally different experience. They were friendly and helpful the minute I walked into their office! Thank you Unique South Jordan! read more

My car looked amazing after they fixed it and I was so happy to get it back fully charged, washed and even the inside was cleaned. They also got it done two days earlier than expected. I'm very happy with this place and definitely recommend it. read more

I have a new Audi S6 that got rear ended at a stop light. I called the sales manager at Audi and they told me there was only 1 shop to take my car and it was Ben at Unique. He said they do all top end vehicles in Salt Lake. I called Ben on his cell phone (in error) and he spoke to me for an hour. A month later, he fought for me every day with insurance and his guys did amazing work on my Audi. Ben invited me to stop often to see the progress. While I didn't know this shop, I have been around this industry for 30 years. Ben at Unique is the best shop in Utah for any top end auto needing repairs. My S6 looks absolutely unbelievable and he detailed the heck out of it prior to giving it back. This shop will be my body shop in Utah. PERIOD. read more

While repainting my Tesla, Unique Auto Body - South Jordan caused $2,000-3,000 dollars of damage to the interior ambient lighting (see images). Unique refused to pay for it, blaming it on low quality parts from Tesla. However, the entire stretch of ambient lighting suddenly cracking severely while Unique was in possession of the car cannot be reasonably blamed on a manufacturer defect, as Tesla Service confirmed as well. It likely occurred either while "double baking" the paint (curing process using heat) or while removing and re-applying the door panels. Beware potential customers! If Unique damages anything of significant value in the process of repairing your car, they may not be willing to fix it! read more

Brought in a 10 year old van to have the roof sealed up before starting a conversion, as it was leaking in multiple spots. Was given a a price quote that was a bit shocking, but I needed it done so I put the van in the shop with them. It took a little over a week for them to finish, and I was really pleased that they were quite honest and only charged me about a third of the original quote because it required less time than they thought it might need. First rain day since getting it back today and the roof is sealed up tight, no leaks! I'm very happy with their work. read more

I would not recommend Unique Auto Body to anyone. They had my vehicle for over five weeks, and when I finally got it back, it was returned with a missing hubcap, low tire pressure, and major repairs that were missed. I was told everything had been fixed and that the car was good to go, but that was far from the truth. Shortly after, my car started making concerning noises. They dismissed it, saying it was nothing--but after taking it to Toyota for a second opinion, I found out the issue was the differential, another major repair. I was also told my upper oil pan was cracked and leaking oil, a repair that alone costs around $3,000. Thomas was not pleasant to work with--he was dismissive and unhelpful. And their manager, Justin, didn't seem to care at all or take accountability for the poor service. The lack of communication, poor workmanship, and inability to fix basic issues made this whole experience beyond frustrating. I had to take my car elsewhere just to get honest answers and proper repairs. Avoid this shop if you value your time, money, and safety. They do a terrible job and show no accountability for their mistakes. read more

We had a minor accident and State Farm had us take in our car to repair at Unique Auto Body. Jason and his team took care of everything with high quality and time efficiency. I appreciate the daily communication on how things were going and when the car was ready to go. Highly recommend their business if you're looking to do repairs and the cost is reasonable for parts and labor! read more

I had an INCREDIBLE experience with Unique Body Shop and Jesse. From start to finish, their communication and professionalism were unmatched. They kept me regularly updated throughout the entire process via text, so I was never left wondering how long things would take. Not only was the timing spot-on, but the quality of work was top-tier, priced very fairly. You can really tell they care about their customers and their craft. If we ever need services again, there's no question--we'll be bringing our car right back here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 20/10! read more

OUTSTANDING SERVICE for Lisa and Juan Becerra. I had a piece of molding come loose on our 2013 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. The molding had come off due to the age of the SUV. We took it to Unique because they had previously repaired our SUV when a deer crossed into the front of the SUV. We were helped by Will Ulloa who looked at the molding and worked to reattach the molding replacing and attaching the molding. Will provided outstanding service and personable attention to us as a client. We are grateful for Will's service and help. We highly recommend Unique in South Jordan for your body shop needs. They work with insurance and produce superior work. read more

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star but I really mean 0 stars. HORRIBLE! Got in an accident and this was the place Progressive sent me to because the other driver was at fault. They had it for about 1 week and when I come to pick up my car, it now has 2 new DEEP scratches. The audacity Will ( I believe that was his name) had to give me my truck back without inspecting it to make sure it was fine, is beyond me. The scratches are so deep that whoever hit it must have known and IGNORED IT! Will then had the audacity to argue with me about how the paint job was done. When you look at it, it has a textured look and when you touch it, it's a hard grainy feel (feels like sandpaper). He even went on to explain that the "air bubbles" will go away with time. More happened and I'm so damn pissed I'm just done with this place. Their resolution was: we will fix the new dings/ scratches and we will get you a new rental. To be honest though, I don't want them touching my car again! I left my truck and asked them not to touch it because I will be taking it somewhere else. read more

First time going to Unique AB. They were referred by a friend. I drove in for my free estimate, without an appointment at busy 4:30pm. I was greeted promptly by Jade and she gave me an itemized written estimate. She worked with me to schedule a repair date and time convenient to me. It was a very minor repair (no paint) and they did job while I waited. There's a comfortable, clean waiting room. My vehicle repair was completed and I'm very pleased. I would recommend them. read more

I had been there twice to pick it up and it wasn't ready. Of course they collected the first visit and when shown my car It was returned with a broken windshield. Despite pictures proving otherwise, they played it off as weather or maybe a rock chip. I was forced to pay for replacement. All in all a four day repair took 2 + weeks and no accountability. They are going to win don't deal with them. read more

Very high-quality work and was done when they said they would be done. The girls at the front office was super helpful and friendly read more

I'm very happy with this business. Caleb was courteous and professional as I explained the work I was looking for. They were busy, but everyone was helped quickly. I have an autistic son, who on the rare meltdown hits my car. This time he kicked the driver quarter panel and the door wouldn't open. Any autism parent knows that self-injury is far worse than car damage. Caleb takes the car in the back, and a few minutes later, he brings me out, and it's done. I asked how much I owed, and he said nothing. That was incredibly generous. The day will come that I sell my car, and boy does it have a collection of dents that are mind blowing. I'm definitely taking it here. This is our body shop! read more

I've needed pretty extensive body repair twice and both times I've had overall good experiences. The first time I had to go back to have them connect my stereo and the 2nd time the radiator was leaking fluid. However, apparently my insurance only authorized a used radiator, and no one would have known it leaked until it was driven around quite a bit. When I notified them they asked me to bring it right back and it was replaced the next business day with a new one. Overall, they are very responsive, super kind and I would recommend them. read more

I had my car repaired here last year but a few months later the passenger door would not unlock. When I took it to the dealer they said they would have to tear it apart and it could cost as much as $1200. I took it back to Unique to see if it was related to the earlier repair and they immediately looked at it and a few days later repaired it NO COST!! I am over the top impressed . They stand by their work and do a great job. I will return for all my auto body work read more

so I had my car repaired with them a little while back. It took about six months to get the parts that I understand but then after I got the car repaired, there were some clips missing that you could see out in the open and the radiator was hanging and they never replace the horn sound like a dying mule. So they did take care of the clip so you could see by the ones you couldn't see on the bottom and the missing bolts were still missing. Also, the foam impact absorber was now hanging over the intercooler. I didn't notice until I wash the car later, and then are on our way to Missouri, I realized you could only see about 10 feet in front of the car in the dark. They had forgotten to align the headlights. This was repair from hitting a deer. Still has missing clips and pieces but if I were you, I think twice about going to unique. unless you'd like your car to fall apart and extra pieces to fall out. read more

A few months ago I had the unfortunate opportunity of hitting a giant buck with a brand new vehicle. The vehicle had less than 1,000 Miles. The hood and right side needed a fair amount of work. The guys at Unique did an really great job of restoring the vehicle to perfection. Literal perfection. Jake was my rep. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me informed on the statues of my vehicle. Today, some jerk took a wide turn against my truck (different vehicle from before) and did not leave a note. I was irate. I stopped by Unique to see how much it was going to cost. Jake was there and remembered helping me a few months back. He surveyed my truck to give me an estimate. To my surprise he came back out with some magic potions and fixed it right there on the spot free of charge. I was delighted by the great customer service from Jake and the guys at Unique during my last visit but today I was blown away. These guys go the extra mile. Thanks, Jake! read more

Hi guys!! If you have issues with a car accident this the best place to go and fix your car . I just put my honest review after 2 weeks so I can check my car for any issue and to be honest my car is better than it was before it took 3 weeks to repair but it's worth it. Before I go to this Auto repair I went to 3 places to get an estimate and I wanted to make sure if they have a high quality technician with experience and detail personality . Thomas was the guy that helped me with many questions because I love my car and I wanted a quality results. I highly recommended this place you won't regret it!!! read more

I initially came in to get my weatherstrip replaced and instead they told me they could just seal my car door for free which solved the problem! It was so nice of them I was planning on paying with credit card for my service so I had zero cash on me and couldn't tip the person who helped me. Told myself I'd write a good review. I had also called two other places and their price was the best. Overall I would come here if I need car repairs in the future! read more

After a recent accident where someone blew a red light and swerved across 3 lanes right in front of me I was in need of car repair for the first time in my life. Unique was great to work with, more specifically Thomas was great to work with. After having 2 different shops tell me they didn't have the time to do an estimate for me I was relieved when Thomas helped me right away. He was very personable and I left my car with him with my full confidence that night. He kept me updated on the status of the repairs the whole time, checking in every couple days. It was a very busy time for Unique yet Thomas remembered who I was, was knowledgeable about my specific make and model of car, and even remembered personal details about my hobbies and work in our conversations. I appreciate the communication, transparency, and ease of working with Thomas and Unique. 100% recommended. read more

Our truck's bumper recently was damaged since moving to Utah. Unique Auto Body was highly recommended by our neighbors. We decided to get a upgraded bumper and several other aftermarket "add-ons". We met Thomas, he was great. He went well beyond the normal customers service to help us find the perfect bumper and other parts. Being new to the state of Utah, we were a bit apprehensive, today we picked up the truck and we were extremely pleased. We dropped of the truck the day after the parts arrived, they had the truck for 2.5 days and the cost for the labor was very fair. I recommend Unique Auto Body shop. And the South Jordan location's lobby was very clean and tidy. read more

Do not go here. Brought my brand new 2017 WRX back in 2018 for body work. They drove it out to their other store. I'm pretty sure they put 150+ miles on my car. Who knows what else they did with it. didn't ask my permission to drive it to the other store either. my insurance company called and told me. Unique auto also would dodge my question if I asked them did they tow my car instead of driving it. Just to give them a chance to be honest. Scum business really. Not only that the paint job is slowly deteriorating. Even if your Insurance company has them in network. Go with anyone else. read more

I've used Unique Auto Body before and wrote a review but I don't think anyone watches that website so I'm going to write another one here. A couple of months ago someone did a really good job at scratching the hood of my car. My insurance told me to go get a quote so we went there today and Thomas said give me a few minutes to see if we can buff it out. He came back about 15 minuets later and my hood looked amazing!!!!!! He didn't charge us and would not accept a tip. He made me feel like there's still good people out there. I would highly recommend Unique. read more

My girlfriend has a side swipe on the rear driver side of her car. Insurance had us take the car here. They took almost 2 weeks to fix it. Then when we got the car back today they hadn't fixed everything and the whole interior was covered in dust. There was good communication about what was going on but we will definitely we going elsewhere next time. read more

I got an estimate yesterday from Unique Auto Body as well as another reputable company. Unique's estimate came back as $1000 more than the other estimate for the same work. I'd be leery about going to Unique. I've had work done from the other company and they do amazing work. Don't think I'd want to spend $1000 more for the same outcome. Thanks, but no thanks. :) read more

Friendly, Professional, Fast and Damn Talented! I bought my first ever brand new car this year and of course within two months I backed my baby into a lamp post doing some serious damage to the rear bumper. I took it in to Unique for an estimate, and decided to save a couple bucks before having it replaced. Upon learning that I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger and get it fixed, Tremayne popped out the dent leaving me with just a couple fairly inconspicuous scratches FOR FREE. I drove it around for a bit, saved a couple bucks and returned to have it fixed right about a month later. I must say that she looks brand new again and the whole process at Unique was downright pleasant. They have a customer for life. read more
