If I could zero stars I would. Avoid this location at all costs. After waiting 15 minutes for an employee to greet me. I was met by their manager Rachel? She has no integrity, looked at my car and said "it was in a collision, since we last worked on it" it wasn't. It actually had been parked in a closed garage with cameras. The receptionist Ashley over heard the conversation as I explained that was impossible. She laughed, mocked and insinuated I was lying about my car. She was so unprofessional. Accusing, arguing with a paying customer in front of your manager and my children. Complete trash. I would have fired her on the spot if that was my employee. Their work is trash. Paint job doesn't match. It's been nothing but problems since they worked on it. When they do work on your car, they keep it for weeks. I think the icing on top of it all, their mechanic couldn't even get my oil cap back on. This place is a joke. Contact your insurance and pick anywhere else. They are dishonest, no integrity and poor work. read more

I took my car in. completed it very quickly. upon picking it up, they wouldn't talk to me. only my boyfriend. which is very frustrating. it's my car, talk to me. before I even got in it I noticed my new headlight wasnt working and now I have a notice on my dash saying my hood is open. It's not. Took it back within 25 minutes of first pick up. they replaced a bulb in my headlight housing. then the high beam wouldn't work. they responded by telling us that they don't really get used a whole lot, so it's okay. wtf!!!! no. I took my car in with all my lights working and no notices on my dash. we took my car back in again. they got me a new headlight unit. my hood open message is still there. they told me it's probably old and needs replaced. I didn't have an issue until I took my car in. they should fix this. read more

Poor excuse why the painter over masked. The moldings wasn't aligned properly to much gap on the opposite side. My check engine light came on after I picked up my car. Marci gave me an excuse that my oil needed changed, I got my oil changed after I picked up the car from Caliber collision. read more

My wife got backed into by a trailer back in June and there was very minor damage to our 2020 RAV4 from the accident. Caliber Collision was one of the insurance company's recommended locations, so we went with them. When we got the vehicle back, the front fenders, hood, and bumper weren't sitting flush with one another and there was a poor paint/polish job on the new bumper. I politely pointed out the issues and they told me they have a lifetime warranty on the services they perform, so they offered to fix it for free. I came back to pick it up the second time and the paint looked better, but none of the adjustments had helped with the bumper/fender/hood situation. They apologized and I was very understanding and patient about everything this time, as well. They had me drop it off again and it looked exactly the same when I picked it up. At this point, I began to show some frustration, but remained calm and collected. After months of delays and wasted time, they took my car back for what I hoped would be the final repair. I picked up my car today. It still isn't perfect. There are small, uneven gaps between the front bumper and fenders and you can tell that the hood and bumper don't sit exactly like they should. I've accepted that this is as good as it's going to get. Throughout my journey with Caliber, they had told me to arrive at specific times, only to have the technician/general manager be unavailable to see me. Another time, I was told by the general manager that my rental car would be ready for me first thing in the morning when I arrived. It wasn't and I had to come back three hours later because no one had actually made a reservation. I had multiple experiences like this which led to hours of wasted time on my end. At one point, the general manager told me that he was going to oversee my final repair himself, but I still don't know what he looks like because he never was available to talk to me when I was there. I don't know much about cars, but I was able to recognize the issues with the body work. It seems like there is a major issue in communication, operations, and overall quality assurance at Caliber. read more

Be very careful if you take your vehicle in here to get repaired. Once they get it in their position there is no telling when you will get it back. I have taken it there twice. It is a three possible four-day job but I gave them 5 days. Before I even got home I had a text saying we have revised our schedule and it will be about 17 days. I called them and made an appointment on a certain date starting Monday so they could have it done by Friday. I took the car and left it there and once again received a text that says we have revised our schedule and it will be at least 12 days or more before we can repair it. I have the estimate from my insurance company I have calibers estimate and an estimate from another auto body shop in the area. They are all about similar. I can't comment on their work because they never did any work. As I stated at the start be very careful before you leave your vehicle there you will never know when you will get it back read more

I was referred to Caliber by my insurance co. after my car had been run into on December 4. They were very nice and reassuring to have it back to me like brand new in a months time. They gave me a completion date of January 5. They never (supposedly) completed my car until February, when they called and said it was done. I had to return three more times after picking it up to have things fixed that I had to diagnose myself. I pointed things out with photos of my dashboard light sensors on, steering wheel not straight, and asked many times for tires to be inflated properly ( I ended up taking it to a tire store after the third time picking it up, when it was not done). During the process when I called to check on the status of my car, they would tell me the person working on my case was in a meeting or sick, or quit. My case was transferred to four different individuals during the process. In the end by April ( 4 1/2 months later) I took it to the dealership to have it diagnosed and fixed properly. I would not recommend Caliber. read more

Got an estimate from another collision company and they were a little expensive and a month out for a quick fix of a reflector on my BMW. I took my car to Caliber Collision and they fixed it on the spot in 10 minutes or less at no charge. They were awesome and super friendly! I would highly recommend these folks! read more

I guess they didn't want our business. After setting up an appointment the gal that did the estimate acted put out that she had to go out in the rain. Even though 2 other places had no problem with the rain. I offered to move my vehicle under their carport, but she declined. We never received the estimate. Thanks for wasting my time! read more
