They got started on my car right away and Duran called to tell me what he found, the eta and some of the extra stuff. I had some aftermarket things they had to find to replace. He answered my questions and explained so much and said he would call every Tuesday & Thursday with updates. He definitely didn't seem to be penny pinching on my parts either. OEM which is what you deserve! I kid you not he did what he said. Called EVERY Tuesday and Thursday. The last time we talked he said your car will be done probably Monday and they will call you. Yep that's exactly what happened!!! I have some special decals on the back of my car, one isn't made anymore. Duran was able to get them off and put them on my new liftgate!!!!! There are a few extras that haven't come in yet but my car is functional without them so I'm glad he let me bring her home! When I went to pick her up, they went over everything again! At drop off, Juan, Hailey and Leslie (sorry if I got your names wrong!) informed me of repair turnaround time and how the repair process worked. They let me know due to my car being the current year, it may take longer for parts to arrive. They encouraged me to call back at any time if I had any questions or just wanted an update. Throughout the repair process they contacted me multiple times to keep me updated and answered all of my - many - questions. When I got my car back, it looked better than it did when I bought it. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and willingness to help that the employees showed.
