I had no ride...so he very kindly said he'd help me into his truck, which was pretty high off the ground. I said no and called Uber. A few years ago I called a Towing Co. and all was good until I went to get out of the tow truck at the dealership....stairs on truck were even ...no place to put a foot to step out. I held onto the door handle and thought I could do it. I slipped, was hanging from door handle...this slip broke my arm. No help was offered. I called to confirm directly and appreciated very much that Xyler took the call, was able to confirm the tow truck was coming, and gave me a clear idea of how long the wait would be. He was apologetic that the truck was in process of finishing another job an hour away, but I appreciated knowing what to expect. Then Xyler surprised me by showing up himself within about 20 minutes rather than make me wait. He had someone with him and was evidently busy with something else, but rather than make me wait another hour plus, he came and cheerfully took care of it.

One of my best experiences was taking a project build to him me and friend could not get the thing running smoothly after first getting it cranked, took to Terry's and it was a simple thing that they figured out in 5 min and didn't even charge me for it.
