I swerved fishtailed on black ice, the back of my car went down the mountain and the trees stopped me. It blew out the back window the car was crunched I mean just getting it up 15 feet in the trees ripped off the front bumper and all kinds of stuff. I don't know why they didn't total it they should have. I didn't get hurt! I think it was only 4000 under what it cost duh! Total mess! This place couldn't even match the paint. It looked like a splash job, you could see the real Toyota pink cashmere with some sort of tan colored paint it was that noticeable. That was on a Toyota Corolla that was $30,000. They're not touching my $60,000 SUV far more complex, because if they can't match the paint job back then my Hot Red blazer that's not a ugly red no thank you, plus it has PPF 10,000 on it. It's not a regular ceramic coating! It's sun tech ultra, they'd have to deal with as well. They are not equipped and my insurance company farmers a rip off company! They do everything in bad faith, recommended they fix it! I get why they recommended them. They low ball the real cost of repairs and do everything wrong, like last time. I didn't even pay them the full deductible because they couldn't match the paint. The body was never the same! Awful!

It was not her fault so she had to navigate all the requirements in seeing that the other person's insurance took care of the repair. This requires a lot of steps. My daughter insisted in handling this on her own, without her parents (us) stepping in to guide her or take the lead. I was nervous that this could have be a negative experience and one where she could be taken advantage of in the handling of the car repair. There was significant damage to her Subaru Crosstrek. The insurance listed Valley Collision as an authorized repair shop. This being near her home, it made sense to start with them. What a great experience she had with James Merril, the service advisor. He walked her through the process, made it easy for her to understand, and answered all of her questions. He communicated often about the process and progress of the car repair. He even had the work completed ahead of schedule. It was a wonderful experience...if you can call a car accident wonderful. As a parent, so appreciated James in helping my daughter gain more experience as she moves through adulting. So appreciate the level of service, the quality of service and the repair was excellent. The tech cut a wiring harness instead of disconnecting it and also cut the video feed to the rear camera both of which had to be replaced at the owners' expense. Then the rear bumper was placed in the bed upside down which scratched the plastics and those too had to be replaced at the owner's expense. Valley owed money and it took over a month to get it back all the while Broc of the Draper location lied about when it would be mailed out. When Jacob of the same location was confronted about the damage, he couldn't have cared less and said that's how they do it. Not very professional. The only good thing about this location was the lady at the front counter. She was very nice and polite. Body and paint were adequate, but could have been better

I just got my car back today and it is FLAWLESS. No seams on the body work, the paint looks phenomenal, and they were extremely thorough with assessing the damage and making sure every last piece was perfectly repaired. I was worried initially due to the extent of the initial damage, but they far exceeded my expectations. Not to mention their customer service is unmatched! I told…read morehim I also needed some windshield wipers and he actually ordered them as soon as we got off the phone and the parts delivery driver arrived shortly after I pulled my car into his shop. Make sure you talk to him if you get lost; his shop is a short driveway off the street behind some buildings there. So the parts being delivered so promptly immediately told me he took my business seriously and wished to handle things with the utmost care. Even though the work I had him do today was quick with just an oil change and change of wipers, he told me about my brake pads and rotors and recommended a time to have them taken care of with a quick cursory inspection. He even went an extra two miles to email me a quote on that cost so I would have something to plan with. Sean certainly knows his stuff with his vehicles and he did his work diligently. I am without a doubt going to be taking my car to him from now on. Not just his technical skill was on display, but he was very easy going and nice to get along with; I always appreciate a mechanic who is willing to explain anything I may have a question on. Nobori Auto is highly recommended by me. I also never miss an opportunity to work with not only a family run business, but also a fellow veteran.
