If it were possible to give more than 5 stars I would. Terry is as professional as they come. Excellent rates especially considering his speed and professionalism. My Jeep is my baby, but I trust Terry from pick up to drop off safe and sound. He even sent pics to confirm. PRO read more

Good quick service. Friendly driver. Nice dispatcher and quick response time. Drop off was excellent!

We were very happy with the level of service and care that they provided in transporting our vehicle from one place to the other. The price was fair and the communication was very good. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs towing done. read more

Terry was professional, understanding and fair on price. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, best towing experience I've ever had! read more

Terry is the man! I called him because my car lost power and I felt that I needed a tow truck. He gave me some advice that saved me from needing a tow and saved me money. He could have come and taken me to the shop but instead he offered me other solutions that worked. I have to say thanks and I owe him this review. It's nice to know there are genuinely good tow truck folk out there. Thanks, Terry. read more

I called asking about tow rates and Terry spent the next 20 minutes helping me brainstorm ways to avoid having to get the car towed. It's clear he just wanted to help because he didn't even get around to telling me his rates until he had thoroughly explained what I could do that might fix the problem without a tow. He also referred me to a well-reviewed mechanic in my neighborhood that I wasn't aware of. Way above and beyond the kind of service I expected! read more

A month ago I took a chance trying to drive my truck home with a bad alternator and 95% drained battery, truck died half way home during the rush hour. I found Terry on yelp because he is close and has ready good reviews. He came in less than 15 minutes. He first diagnosed the conditions to see if he could save me some money not have to use the towing, such a nice guy. After he dropped my truck at my drive way, he gave a good referral of mechanic in case I need it. Again super nice guy. Thanks Terry. read more

This is a first for me, but I'm leaving a 5 star review because I didn't use this towing company. Terry was so nice, he wanted to save me a towing fee and told me how to do it. It's rare to say the least to have someone like Terry who puts customers concerns above money. I hope this review helps to get him a lot of other customers. His number will always be in my list of contacts. read more

Terry was a great help giving me a tow after my car accident on a weekend. He was very flexible in rerouting our original route when the shop I was going to go to refused to take my car in. He suggested a good shop that was able to take my car into a secure area until someone could take a look at it the following Monday. read more

My mom was in town visiting when her car dang near caught on fire while driving on the freeway. She made it home and we called Terry and scheduled a pickup for that evening but the dealership was closed so we rescheduled for the next morning. He drove my mom and her car to the dealership, waited with her while she made arrangements, and brought her back to my place. She couldn't stop talking about how nice he was, so I'll definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs a tow in the future! Thanks for taking care of my mom, Terry!! read more

Honda Civic broke down in rush hour traffic on Bangerter Hwy. Terry was so helpful, competent and fair. It isn't common after paying for a tow to wonder if you paid enough. I'd definitely recommend him to any who find themselves in such a predicament. Thanks to Terry and his lovely sidekick/wife who tagged along. read more

Thank you Yelp for introducing me to a great business owner. Teri went above and beyond in customer service. He was diligent, courteous, introduced us to a great mechanic and really came through in a bad moment. Then the next day, he followed up to make sure the car was doing good at the mechanic. Great experience. Looking for a tow truck on a Saturday morning. Tow services closer to me didnt answer the phone. Terry answered immediately, arrived within an hour, was friendly, professional, fairly priced and did a great job. Offered to give me a ride back from the shop. To top it off, he gave me a couple of keychain flashlights at the end. Terry even tried to troubleshoot the problem a little to make sure a tow was necessary and not a waste of my money. Bottom line, i hope not to use a towing service frequently (who does), but Terry will be at the top of my list when / if i do again! read more

Terry is amazing. I needed my car towed after it was damaged from theft. He asked if I needed assistance finding a repair shop and offered advice on what to do about some paint damage. Since I wasn't home when he towed the vehicle he sent me photos after it was dropped off at the repair shop to let me know he was finished. I can't recommend him enough. Terry, I wish there were more people with your level of service out there. Thank you, thank you, thank you. read more

I cannot recommend this company enough. My husband's car caught fire last night and obviously it's completely undriveable. We later learned that we had until 10AM this morning to get the car off the street it was on or risk getting a ticket. We called Towing Utah and Terry was there within an hour. Terry was very friendly and good-humored. I did things that should have annoyed him (For example, I took him to a dead end when leading the way to where I wanted the car. I mean, I should know how to get home, right? But he had to turn the tow truck around... He just laughed about it and wasn't annoyed at all.). The price was great and did not increase as I expected it to after the car was more difficult to tow than anticipated (a curb was in the way, the car would not go into neutral, etc.). Hopefully I won't need a tow again any time soon, but if I do... I'm calling these guys! read more

Terry was awesome. I was in a jam far away on a Sunday evening. He dropped his dinner plans and came to pick up my car. He was very careful with my car and even helped me get it safely in my garage. He was very nice and professional and even offered great conversation on the trip back to my house. His price was very fair. If I'm ever in need again I will without a doubt call terry. read more

Thank you Terry for rescuing me the other day. He quickly picked up me and my car, dropped me off at work, and took my car to the shop for repairs. He texted me a pic of my car at the shop. Before thisbincident, he talked me through several things that may be the problem with my battery. He spent about 20-30 minutes on the phone and never charged me a dime. Great guy, dependable, excellent service, excellent prices. Thank you Terry! read more

Terry from Towing Utah has been a life saver to me. I have had the fortune to have Terry now twice pull me out of a sticky situations and terry was so professional and just willing to go above and beyond the duty. Getting to know Terry I feel like that's just his character and personality. I wanna first talk about my first tow from Terry. Last year I called almost 35 tow truck drivers trying to find someone to help me move a box truck container which I had purchased, to a different location about 10 miles to be converted to a camper. The situation had been that the box was in the dirt not on wheels. Of all those people Terry and one other person was willing to help. The other tow truck company wanted $100 to just come out and look at it and $250 more to move it. I would have been in it more money just moving it then what I purchased it for. This is where Terry jumped in. He was willing to come look at it and I stated that if it got damaged he wouldn't be at fault seeing how hard it was gonna be to get it moved. Almost 2 hours later and with meticulous maneuvers Terry had my container moved. He only charged me $150. I feel like Terry out of the goodness of his heart lost money just to help me out. What a great guy willing to help when no one else was. Now let's jump to a few days ago. I needed my vehicle towed. I found the card Terry gave me and called him. He was excited to here from me and wanted to see pictures on how my camper was going. I told him the unfortunate circumstance of my car needed towing. He said "ryan I'll be able to get you in a couple of hours before I head home before the night." Terry got me within 2 hours of when I called and like the first time he towed me. He showed up with his little dog and a smile as he got out of the truck. I know this is a long writing but I hope Terry continues to be successful for many years to come because of the way he treats people. He could have easily have taken me to town the first time he helped me move my container but he stuck to his word and only charged me what was fair. I'm great full to Terry and hope this review gives him extra business. Thanks again Terry you'll be a customer for life with me. read more

Great experience with these guys. Very friendly and quick plus the price is very reasonable. Definitely someone you can rely on!

Got in a car crash and had to get a tow to help get me to my place. I couldn't move my truck because a piece of metal was jabbed into my tire. They got me to a mechanic shop where they just dislodged the metal piece at no charge then jumped in my car and help with transmission fluid in my car. They are amazing I hope I never have to use a towing service again but if I do I would go with this guy. He is amazing!! read more

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! - we used Terry twice on a recent trip to SLC - once for business, and once for personal. He is VERY good at what he does, great personality, conscientious, fair, and goes out of his way to make sure you get great service ... a quality that is often lost in this busy society! read more
