They came damn fast. The auto lockout service guy was gentle with the car and had the door open in minutes and without a scrach. What impressed me was the professionalism, and the friendly way he described what he was doing. He also checked out my battery later, as my automobile has been acting funny lately. It was the battery, and he completed a quick battery service on the spot so I wouldn't be stranded later in the day. That solved another headache entirely. I prefer companies that aren't attempting to sell you something you don't need, but are truly aiming to assist their consumers. Overall the service felt reliable, cheap and efficient from beginning to end. Will definitely save their number for future roadside assistance! With their rapid response time, professional approach and superb auto lockout and battery repair, this organization made a difficult situation so easy for me.

Great place, excellent service…read more We had a faulty fuel gauge in our RV that left us stranded 25 miles short of town. AAA attempted to rescue us, but even after waiting several hours (though not so bad in an RV), AAA would only bring two gallons of gas (even though we were premier members which was supposed to mean five gallons of gas as well as longer towing if needed), and spilled much of the gas because their nozzle wouldn't reach. Of course, we ran out of gas again before getting to the next gas station and were re-stranded. Anyways, after complaining to AAA, we were fortunately put in touch with Ogden towing. They were out within the hour, he (Dan, I believe, might be the manager) kindly brought us cold water bottles on a hot day, had a giant towing rig that looked capable of solving any problem, and most importantly, five gallons of gas. Dan gave us clear directions, then followed us into town, all the way to the pumps to ensure we were set. He was kind, competent, and careful. And I think this was still under a AAA service call so he likely went beyond their protocol and paid for the extra gas out of his own pocket (I wasn't the AAA member so couldn't say/review). Couldn't ask for more. How he does it with all the wacky motorists and problems out there is impressive. Places and people like this make the world a better place.

Just to clarify in response to Tomas's comment. As I…read morementioned before, this was my first car purchase -- and Tomas was not honest. The mileage was never disclosed in the paperwork. In fact, I have a recorded call where I asked about it and was told, "it doesn't matter." When QR towed the car before I bought it, it had 62,000 miles. When Tomas sold it to me, it suddenly showed 112,000 miles, with no records explaining what happened. A 50 thousand mile jump! And Kia has confirmed that because of this discrepancy, they won't service the vehicle. It didn't cause the breakdown of course, but it prevents me from fixing it under warranty. Buyers -- make sure everything is in writing before purchasing. And don't buy from Tomas, he won't disclose everything in writing, will lie about it, and has an attitude.
