Great place, excellent service.
We had a faulty fuel gauge in our RV that left us stranded 25 miles short of town. AAA attempted to rescue us, but even after waiting several hours (though not so bad in an RV), AAA would only bring two gallons of gas (even though we were premier members which was supposed to mean five gallons of gas as well as longer towing if needed), and spilled much of the gas because their nozzle wouldn't reach. Of course, we ran out of gas again before getting to the next gas station and were re-stranded.
Anyways, after complaining to AAA, we were fortunately put in touch with Ogden towing. They were out within the hour, he (Dan, I believe, might be the manager) kindly brought us cold water bottles on a hot day, had a giant towing rig that looked capable of solving any problem, and most importantly, five gallons of gas. Dan gave us clear directions, then followed us into town, all the way to the pumps to ensure we were set.
He was kind, competent, and careful. And I think this was still under a AAA service call so he likely went beyond their protocol and paid for the extra gas out of his own pocket (I wasn't the AAA member so couldn't say/review). Couldn't ask for more. How he does it with all the wacky motorists and problems out there is impressive.
