It honestly feels like her van is being held hostage. What makes this even worse is that she has three children and her family depends on that vehicle. They only have one other car, and that creates a serious problem because her husband cannot always take the kids where they need to go while she has the other vehicle at work. This is not some small inconvenience. This has created an overwhelming situation for a mother who is already stretched thin, and it has pushed her into a full emotional crisis. No business should leave a family feeling this desperate, helpless, and broken. The most disturbing part is the complete lack of compassion. Instead of helping resolve the issue, this shop has added more stress, more confusion, and more pain to a family that is already struggling. Hearing the same name, Blaine, come up over and over again while nothing gets fixed only makes it feel worse. Dennis and Josh are able to handle al the work, for both vehicles. They are professionals, with a modern shop and processes. They keep a computer record of your vehicle's repairs as well as the "to do" lists, so that you don't lose track of planned work. They do what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it. This means a lot! The pricing seems reasonable, and they are always willing to explain options. There is no pushing, or discouraging you from making a repair. They'll advise you with respect, and show you exactly what's going on in your precious rustbucket. Highly recommended. When we got back from our vacation, he was not in the office and we couldn't find our vehicle. When he came back to work, he said it was not ready yet, saying one more day, oh just one more day. We didn't get it back for another week. He put another used transmission in it but it didn't fix the issue. He said he still needed extra time which was longer than he promised originally. When we picked it up, we found that he had driven it 875 miles! He had taken the truck "on a test drive". We took the vehicle to another reputable business for repair. He is not to be trusted.

The shop owner said I needed to have a new transmission. He rebuilt my transmission for $3500 and the noise still persisted. Now it is 2 years later and the NOISE WAS STILL HAPPENING (it never stopped), so I did a little research and I replaced the TRANSMISSION MOUNT that was $60 and 4 hours of work for me to replace using youtube as a reference) and it fixed the issue. The owner should of known from the start of me bringing my van to his shop, that it was a bad transmission mount and not a bad transmission. I feel he ripped me off $3500 and is horribly dishonest and not a trustworthy. BEWARE using his shop!!!

2nd time having issues here now…read more I specifically requested an AC diagnostic and explained upfront that I had already replaced the compressor, had the system charged the day before, and that a full leak/pressure test had already been performed. Instead of moving forward with a true diagnostic, they repeated the exact same service (discharge and recharge) that had just been done, and then charged me $285 for it. In the end, I'm back to square one--still not knowing what's wrong with my AC, but now out the money for a redundant service I did not need. To make it worse, I was told I'd need to pay even more for a diagnostic... which is what I had asked for in the first place. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Be careful coming here for service and make sure they're clear on what you're requesting, or you may end up paying twice without answers. Always ask for Donny. He is awesome! He wasn't available when this happened.
