Brought in for an oil leak. They replaced the transfer case shaft oil seal, $1062. Engine oil pan, $516 and engine oil filter housing $276. Still leaks oil so I brought to dealership and they said oil pan is still leaking and Jensen did not replace the engine oil filter housing which I was charge for. These guys are either crooked or incompetent. Either way do not use. read more

Yes, the ratings are legit - this place is awesome. When our car crapped out, we were advised to take it to Jensen to look at the engine. They did thorough testing and tear down to confirm the engine had seized. Carson was an absolute wonder to work with. As we tried to determine what we would do, Carson told us we could keep the car on their lot for awhile as we figured out what was best. I went in to have the brakes checked/replaced. Ended up having front brakes and calipers, valve cover gasket replaced and tranny fluid replaced. They got it all done in one day. Where do you begin to talk about a saving grace? While driving to Ogden to visit with our son at Hill AFB, our diesel truck towing a 16,000 lb. fifth wheel trailer decided to act up, with what we thought were transmission issues. It happened to be Saturday afternoon of Labor Day weekend. We were able to "limp" in to our RV spot at Hill AFB Fam Camp and get set up. That evening I discovered that you could describe your problems on Yelp and that there were businesses who would contact you about the problem. I did this and Jensen Auto Service got back to me immediately, but said that they wouldn't be able to get to it for about a week and a half. I thanked them for their time via message and looked elsewhere. On Tuesday morning I got a call from them saying that if it wasn't a complete transmission replacement that they would be able to get to it that week. I "limped" the truck over to their shop and even though I didn't use the service, they offered to chauffer me around to get transportation while they worked on my truck. By midmorning on Wednesday, they had the problem diagnosed, and had a prospectus in my hands. I put them to work immediately and I picked up the truck on Friday afternoon. The cost was FAR less than I was expecting and they made sure to communicate all of the ins and outs of the replacement parts. They went so far as to make certain that I knew to contact them about warranty issues if I had to take it to a certified NAPA dealer with problems during the warranty period. They did a stem to stern inspection and brought up several issues that I would need to take care of when I got back home. What could have been absolutely disastrous turned out to be nothing more than a blip on the radar of life. This is a repair business that I wish I had in my area so that I could make them the permanent caretaker of my vehicles. If you need help, this is the place to go. If it was possible to give them six or seven stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. read more

I would like to thank Paul & his crew for all of the work they did on my 09 Chevy Malibu LTZ, I was honestly going to give up on this car. They have saved my butt a couple times because I always try to fix it myself and well I just couldn't get it done, and their team not only fixed it QUICKLY I got a really fair price as well. My son had his van towed here because it was AAA approved. They supposedly ran diagnostics on it and found that it wouldn't start because it needed an alternator and a belt, around $800 estimate for the work. I brought a gas can with and put a little gas in the tank and it started right up, so the problem was the gas meter was broken and it was just out of gas. They still tried to charge me for their fraudulent diagnostic. This place is scamming people. Know your stuff before you go in because you absolutely can not trust them. read more

I asked for a tow company they recommend and they towed my car to their shop FOR FREE. Multiple calls to confirm service, and ask if I would like certain things done and informed me of said service. They also did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle, which helped me to truly understand the health of my vehicle. Had my service done very quickly and I was back in the road in no time.
