VERY CROOKED AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!! IF YOU WANT AN HOENST SHOP STAY AWAY!! Wish I could give negative stars! Posting this review months later but it's important. This place is a joke. We were buying a jeep from Darren Bideaux nearby. They were taking it to hollys to do the safety and emissions. We set up to have the shop look over the vehicle to make sure it was mechanically sound. We specifically wanted the motor mounts checked because we thought they might be broken, so we discussed this with the shop ahead of time. They called my husband and said the jeep was great and had nothing wrong with it. It had a shake when put in gear so we thought for sure the motor mounts might be shot. He asked if the motor mounts were bad, they said nope it looks perfect and was super clean. He asked if the oil cooler was in good working order because it was common for them not to be, they said yes it looks great! They said we aren't going to charge you the diagnostics fee because we did safety and emissions. That should have been our big red flag on the situation but we chalked it up to a good, reputable shop like we were told. We're an hour and a half away so we just trusted it. Fast forward to buying it the next day, taking it home and to our trusted mechanic. The motor mounts were broken, oil cooler was leaking all over the place and the rear brakes should have never passed safety. My husband called them to talk about the findings and they wouldn't even have a conversation. Just got my emissions done here, good parking unlike a lot of shops I have been to so that is a huge plus for me. Nice waiting area. Very friendly staff and fast service, I will be going back for emissions next year and if there is anything else I may need in between. My husband has also been here before and likes their service! Also I would like to note that I was treated with respect and like any other costumer and that will win my business every time, I have not had that with other let's call them "quick chain shops" So thank you for doing a great job, I highly recommend going here!!! read more

They are the BEST! Appreciate an honest, trustworthy service shop who acts with INTEGRITY and COMPASSION. Clean facility and knowledgeable employees. OUR STORY: Last November we had a warning light come on in our truck just as we were headed out for the 8 hour drive home with a storm expected to come in, so we naturally went to the dealership... and after a several hour wait with antsy kids and snow coming down... I got frustrated and called my Uncle Scott, he recommended Holleys. We arrived and they immediately greeted us, ushered us into a small but warm and comfortable waiting area, got the kids hot cocoa and they used the bathroom while the mechanic looked over the truck. Before the kids had finished warming up, Holleys had identified the problem, got us road-worthy, and even spoke with our regular mechanic back home so he was ready to do the larger repairs once we got home. I came here as my buddy's company uses them and he said I could count on them being fair and getting a good price. I brought my car to them for a leaking coolant issue, wonky speedometer, and burnt out bulbs in the dash and reverse light. I called and talked to Brad, the owner, and he told me to bring it in the next day and they would get me a quote. My first impression dropping my car off was I felt dismissed by the mechanic checking me in. I tried to tell him everything that I wanted looked at, that I talked to Brad already, and mentioned my friend's company. I could tell it just went in one ear and out the other. Bad customer service, but whatever as long as my vehicle gets fixed. Brad called me later in the day and said the radiator needed replacing and the speedometer speed sensor needed replacing and quoted prices for both. I asked about the other two items and he said they didn't look at those, but they were just bulbs and would be cheap. However, they would need to keep my vehicle another day for the repairs. I agreed and made arrangements for that. So late in the afternoon of the following day, Brad calls with the final tally. They replaced the radiator as discussed. However, they did not fix the speedometer. He said it wasn't the speed sensor, it was the head and it was discontinued and they could look at getting it from a junkyard. That or I could just "guess at my speed". That is what I have been doing, I brought my vehicle in so I didn't have to do that. I'd also have to take my car in for another day for that and it would likely run another $100. In spite of the speedometer not being fixed, he quoted me a final amount $70 higher than the initial amount. The cost of replacing the dash bulbs? About $135. I asked how come he never gave me a quote for this prior to just doing the repair. He said they thought I just wanted it fixed. Out of the 4 items I wanted look at, that was last on the list of importance, and certainly would not have spent that much money for that. When all was said and done. I was paying more than the initial quote and not even everything got fixed. One of the major things did not. I told him I was not satisfied as there was only one thing they got right in their quote. They moved forward with a repair without checking with me. And they failed to fix what they said they would. He knocked $25 off the bill for all of that. That totally does not rectify it. But what was I going to do? The work was done already and I needed my car. So I paid the bill and write this review hoping others can learn from my mistake. They get 2 stars for actually fixing the radiator(though given everything else, I wonder if it really needed a full replacement). However, their lack professionalism, transparency, and not doing what they agreed to for the price they quoted is why they don't get more stars than that. I want to recommend that people reading this look for a different mechanic for their needs, but it seems hard to find good, honest ones. Great experience for inspection of a truck that I was buying out-of-state, sight unseen from Autolocity Motors in Ogden. Brad picked up the truck from Autolocity, inspected it, and related what he found to Autolocity when he dropped it off. (Autolocity then made the repairs before delivery to me). Called for appointment to have my daughters car looked at for oil leak was told that the next appointment they had was in One week, so took it the next week. Two days after taking it, I had to call to see if they had determined the problem to be told that they were pulling it in to look at it. I didn't hear anything back so called again a few hours later to be told again that they would be pulling it in to look at it. The repair needed was determined two days after we dropped it off, that was last Friday. I was told they would try to start repairs on Monday. Called back at end of Monday to be told that they would start repairs hopefully Tuesday, never heard anything so called at noon on Wednesday to be told it would be next. We told them never mind that we'd come get the car since two weeks after initial call they still hadn't had time to fix the car. Went and picked up to be handed the keys with no comments. Evidently they didn't care or need our business. If you need your vehicle to get you to work like my daughter was needing, don't take it here. I only went here from recommendation of a neighbor. They may do great work but if they can't take the time to do the work it doesn't help. read more

Over this 3rd time IV told them to fix this car and have not they finally put the fuel pump in I told them to replace the first time but have told three different people to figure out the check engine light and why the car is stalling took it back twice now payed the maintenance bill twice and once again car will not run they called me told me they replaced the pump i asked did they drive it is it still stalling the person on the phone said yeah its fixed come pick it up I said ok paid the bill over the phone said put the keys in it and the receipt I went there to pick it up no keys in it no receipt so drove home got my spares thinking they must have forgot to put them in the car anyway once again car would not even stay running kinda been hard to give someone this crappy of a review you have known for years but i done being taken advantage of i dont get to charge people for my work if I did not do it or do it right its been over a month IV been without my car due to this I would have been much better off to keep the car and take it elsewhere 700 dollars and still the same issues read more

I have been blown away by how honest, professional and reasonable Holley's is! He was quick in identifying the issue my van was having when everywhere else I was taking it was really vague and confused.
