This place is spot on with everything they do here. The service is amazing and they are quick and efficient. They don't price gouge you. We are on vacation and we got a "you need an oil change" message on our vehicle. We stopped by hoping it would be fast, and it absolutely was! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! They changed our oil, checked all our fluids, topped off our windshield washer fluid and cleaned our front window. And since we're traveling, our windshield was an absolute, dead bug covered, mess! Great to work with. Always a nice group working there. Seem much more knowledgable than the average Jiffy Lube crew (though I think Jiffy lube does a good job too). They've gone the extra mile for me and I never felt like I was in a sell-up situation. The last time I went in I had a stripped and stuck oil plug and they spent a ton of time working to get it off for me without asking for any additional payment. They just give good insight and advice and get me in and out quick. Definitely recommend. read more

The way they treat their customers is like family, that means a lot in my book! Been coming here now 8+ years and I don't trust my babies to anyone else. They are always SUPER thorough and use the best products. There is no pressure on other things they recommend, no "unmentionable other oil change place" up sell tactics here. If they say you need it, you need it! They will also tell you the urgency of things needed to be done and what is most likely to happen if you wait. Staff 5/5 - Best friendly staff ever! Like family to me now! Detail 5/5 - They have never missed anything, even things I mention, they always see if there is concerns even if they can't repair it, they will give you a referral to someone they trust the most for your model of vehicle! Cleanliness 5/5 - Always clean and never makes you feel like your in a vehicle service shop. Prices 5/5 - Clearly posted where you can see and quality of work is always worth the few extra bucks. Record Keeping 5/5 - Always pulled right away and they verify everything you've done in the past. Service 5/5 - I'm generally always in and out in 10-15 minutes for my full service oil changes, includes vacuum, pressure check on tires, fluids topped off, air freshener "which by the way they, always remember my favorite!" They have coffee in the lobby and a TV always going. Very comfortable atmosphere! They also can do Safety/Emissions and registration on the spot! Just go hear, you won't regret it! We have been going to them for over 7 years, even when we moved 50 miles away. We were just there during regular business hours on a Saturday, which closing is 3pm. We were there at 1pm. We saw a car pull away and went to the door it was closed, knowing they were there cause all of there personal cars were in the parking lot, went to the front door looked in the window and they were ducking behind the desk. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. Why not just open the door and say you were closing early! Lost our business! read more

I have been coming here for oil changes and emissions for 5 years now. The staff is always very efficient, super friendly and always remember my name when I come in. The price here is 10x better then what you would pay at Jiffy Lubes and they don't ask you every 5 minutes if you want to replace something in your car. This place doesn't get any better. I always bring my car in here. These guys are both old school in customer service and progressive in attitude. To explain - old school service - they notice my brake light is out during an oil change, they fix it free of charge. Its just a matter of screwing the light bulb in - but places don't do that anymore. Progressive in thought - the biggest reason I will always spend my money here - I am a younger woman and they have NEVER treated me as " just a woman in a car shop" they have never ripped me off or spoken down to me, they always treat me as a customer, like it should be. They also have a tv in the waiting room that is always on a good station too, no car shows or the news. read more

It's not everyday you find a shop like this! Owner operated and friendly service it is out of the way for me but they are worth the drive.
