The quote was reasonable and the price in the end was as quoted. I didn't get a report how it went, or a receipt showing parts used and labor etc. The work took a little longer than anticipated. The main thing for me was not talking to an AI phone system at any point, and getting a quote without being hassled for vin, plate number, etc.

2nd time having issues here now…read more I specifically requested an AC diagnostic and explained upfront that I had already replaced the compressor, had the system charged the day before, and that a full leak/pressure test had already been performed. Instead of moving forward with a true diagnostic, they repeated the exact same service (discharge and recharge) that had just been done, and then charged me $285 for it. In the end, I'm back to square one--still not knowing what's wrong with my AC, but now out the money for a redundant service I did not need. To make it worse, I was told I'd need to pay even more for a diagnostic... which is what I had asked for in the first place. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Be careful coming here for service and make sure they're clear on what you're requesting, or you may end up paying twice without answers. Always ask for Donny. He is awesome! She was thinking about getting a new car when my Cousin took it to her mechanic in SLC. There was no coolant in the radiator. A simple fix was all the car needed. The Mechanic in SLC said this is a common practice among places. They check the AC when it blows hot they always recommend a new Compressor without looking at anything else. This is a warning for all and anyone who reads this. Always check your coolant level. Shame on you guys for trying to bilk an older helpless lady. I'm a firm believer in Karma so watch out. Take care of the people who really need your help it's not that hard.
