I was met with a very entitled, annoyed, and seemingly clueless employee. He asked a bunch of patronizing questions as if his intent was to make me feel stupid. I didn't know that mounting tires at a tire shop was a hard ask. This location needs to educate their employees.

2nd time having issues here now…read more I specifically requested an AC diagnostic and explained upfront that I had already replaced the compressor, had the system charged the day before, and that a full leak/pressure test had already been performed. Instead of moving forward with a true diagnostic, they repeated the exact same service (discharge and recharge) that had just been done, and then charged me $285 for it. In the end, I'm back to square one--still not knowing what's wrong with my AC, but now out the money for a redundant service I did not need. To make it worse, I was told I'd need to pay even more for a diagnostic... which is what I had asked for in the first place. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Be careful coming here for service and make sure they're clear on what you're requesting, or you may end up paying twice without answers. Always ask for Donny. He is awesome! It is after the initial purchase were the unfortunate turn of events took place. My son took my car in to have the tires rotated after the usual 5,000 miles. He calls me when he is down there stating one of the guys came out and said one of my studs broke as they were taking off the wheel. I told my son to tell them they better fix it then because they are the ones who put the lug nut on so tight it won't come off. They told my son "Nope". Needless to say, I wasn't very happy. I took it to the dealer and had to pay them to repair Jones' mistake. I was even going to buy another set of tires for my other car from them. I still will buy a set of tires, just not from them. If they don't want to treat me like a valued customer and break parts off my car without accepting responsibility, then I can certainly find a different tire dealer. P.S. Since my review, the owner called me and has more than resolved what happened. I truly appreciate what he has done for me. See below for an addendum to the story. Okay, Kyle Jones (owner) called me and asked what happened. I proceeded to tell him my story. He offered to refund the money that was spent replacing the stud on the wheel. I told him my car was having a small issue and needed an alignment and maybe some other work done. He offered to make it right. I offered maybe instead of a refund, maybe we trade an alignment for the refund. I took my car in today and he did an alignment and diagnosed my car. I even have a credit with him as he told me an alignment wasn't as much as the cost of the stud replacement. When they couldn't definitively tell me what was wrong with my car (as another place couldn't as well), he told me to bring my car back when the issue was more apparent and they would take care of it. This doesn't happen very often where I give people a chance to redeem customer service, but I am glad I did with this one. I am truly impressed he would care enough to call me and take care of me like he did. He also apologized for the incident that happened before. Thank you Kyle for restoring my faith in customer service!

I never got an actual time estimate. An hour and a half later I go up to ask how much longer it was going to be. A gentleman went and looked at the queue and came back and said it would be another hour and a half to two hours. I stated that I had already been waiting for an hour and a half. Another gentleman who I am assuming to be the manager stated that he was going to go figure out what was going on and see what he could do. When he came back, he stated that he moved my car to the front of the line so that way it would get started. About a half hour to 45 minutes later technician comes in and tells me that there were two nails in the tire and one of them was in a gray area and was not holding pressure anymore. he stated that they were gonna try again, but that this was not gonna be a permit fix. He gave me a quote on three different types of tires. And stated that I should replace it. He went back and continue trying to fix the tire. He got it fixed. By that point I had been at the tire place for 4 1/2 hours. If I had known the weight was gonna be so long, I would not have stayed. It was a waste of my time. Thank you to the gentleman who moved my car up, but I believe they need to come up with a better system in terms of checking in cars. I feel like if they would've had an electronic system where I could see the progress on the car or even just see how long the estimate was gonna take. I would've been a lot more informed. Overall, it was a bad experience. I contemplated getting my tires through them, but after this experience, I declined and went to a different tire shop. I would not go there at all ever again.

I was out of town that following week and was told if I left it there I would be done when I got back, that was a Friday, I came back and went to pick up my truck the following Thursday and nothing had been done. I received no call telling me they were behind or hadn't gotten to it or anything. Eventually they fixed the windshield the 2 week. They told me initially that they would have someone look at the dent and see if anything could be done, they then told me that nothing could be done even though it's only a 2 inch dent. I'm fine with that. The window trim and mirror are still broken to this day, I've called several times over the year and showed up in person and have always been told they'll give me a call when the parts come in. I've never received a call from their end and have always had to reach out and still haven't gotten anything done. They don't communicate with their customers and they don't care about anything they said once the sale has been made. I would never recommend this business to anyone that values their time, respect and customer service because you'll get none of that he
