I had no ride...so he very kindly said he'd help me into his truck, which was pretty high off the ground. I said no and called Uber. A few years ago I called a Towing Co. and all was good until I went to get out of the tow truck at the dealership....stairs on truck were even ...no place to put a foot to step out. I held onto the door handle and thought I could do it. I slipped, was hanging from door handle...this slip broke my arm. No help was offered. That is not a normal thing, we just got lucky. Another 20 minutes and the spare was on, the flat was in the trunk and the paperwork was done. He allowed me to watch and we chatted a bit.
