After performing work on your vehicle, they will reach out and make sure that everything is still going OK and that you were happy with their service. While they are working on your vehicle, they will stay in frequent contact with you and send you a report on what they found before you pick the car up so you know what to expect. I have found their prices to be very fair, and they have even suggested at times that I get my work done that I needed through insurance as it would probably be cheaper for me, and I appreciate their honesty. I don't know why this store is above the rest but hands down the best big o to take your car to. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They will make sure to get you taken care of without trying to drain your wallet almost every time. They are also pretty fast in my eyes when it comes to getting you in and out no matter how busy it is.
