This one has been a long time coming and I don't know why I've never given a review for them yet but here it is. I have heard people talk bad about big o tires multiple times in ny life and I myself have had a bad experience before at a big o before, however THIS specific location in springville has never and I mean NEVER given me a bad experience. I don't know why this store is above the rest but hands down the best big o to take your car to. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They will make sure to get you taken care of without trying to drain your wallet almost every time. They are also pretty fast in my eyes when it comes to getting you in and out no matter how busy it is. So if you are having a bad experience with big o or have never been to one then I recommend switching to the springville location for your next service. read more

I found that I had a tire down to 15 lbs of pressure. After putting air in it I drove to Big O Tires in Springville. I told the problem. They took my car right found the leak, showed me where it was leaking and fixed fast and got me back on the road very fast. The treated very nice. They are great!!! read more

McKay and all of Clint's team are always great to work with. Got an oil change and 4 new tires on a Saturday and the service was fast and efficient. Their prices are very competitive and they always look for any available discounts or coupons. They do not try to up sale you for things you don't need. I even asked how the air filter and brakes looked? (I know, opened myself up there) but was told everything looked good. I am always greeted by name and feel like part of the family there. read more

Driving our new (used) F-150 (with brand new Cooper tires) around the new construction in Springville. We picked up a nail and dropped in to get it fixed. Revised 4/26/20, Completion of Agreement Long story short 3 out of 4 wheels damaged, They admitted to it, and didnt want to do anything at 1st that I was willing to agree with. It took 2 weeks to come to an agreement and complete. I was about to take legal action when we came to an agreement. Calling the corporate # was useless, Waited 2 weeks never heard back from either. I went back to store and Co-owner's attitude improved greatly! Wheel damage is from impact guns and or wheel balance machine and using wrong tools to pry weights off, all causing damage to 3 out of 4 wheels. This is only 2nd rotation and balance I've ever had done on my truck. I was able to get factory take-offs now that we have settled dispute. Glad no legal action was required. I would of given review 2.5 stars, but yelp doesn't do Halves. So I'm being nice and giving 3 out of 5. My rating will change if future visits are better or worse. read more

Amazing customer service. Went in this morning to get my Tesla's back tire looked at. They didn't try to upsell me on getting new tires, they fixed the tire in 15 minutes, pulled the nail out, and patched it. To top it all off they didn't even charge me. Will definitely be using their services in the future and referring to friends and family. read more

I own a hotshot trucking company and I always use these guys for my regular maintenance. They always do a good job, give me a fair price and treat me good. I have tried other Big O Tires locations and none of them measure up to these guys. By far the best location in and out of Utah! read more

Pulled into the parking lot and a guy met me by my car right away, which I give Big O props for. However, it was my intention to get one of my tires patched up as Art City Autobody here in Springville drove my car over a screw with a head the size of a nickel. Art City told me they would cover the cost if I could find someone to just patch it up, but when I described the situation to the guy at Big O he said, "It's not their fault you've got tires on the bald side." Is it a sin to hold off buying tires because you're a broke college student? I was aiming to ride those tires out for at least another month or two, and now I've got to replace them immediately before my tire goes flat. read more

Just wanted to give a big shout out to the Big O in Springville! We just moved from SL and it is a bit stressful and time consuming finding all new businesses that you can trust to meet all of your needs. They put all new brakes/rotors on our Ford F150 and we couldn't be happier. I waited while the work was being done and was out within 45 minutes. Great prices, clean lobby with plenty of seating and very friendly staff. I am traveling from California visiting family in Springville. I went in this tire store to see if they would be able to rotate my tires even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon. I was greeted at the door by a friendly employee that assured me that they would get right on it while I waited. 15 minutes later they had it complete and said that there was no charge for the service. I couldn't be more impressed with their customer service. I'm sorry to say that I had to come all the way to Utah to receive this kind of customer service. Definitely recommend! read more

I may never go to this Big O Tires ever again. But I might start going to Big O Tires in general. There was a screw in my tire Saturday at 330pm. We were on our way to our friends house for dinner when our tire pressure light came on. Went to jiffy lube (the place but not same location I purchased my tires) and they informed me there was a screw in my tire. I get over to big O at 345 and it turns out they're closing in 15 minutes. They still take my car, do the patch in about 20 minutes and charge me $0. THE VERDICT: You do nice things for me that allow me to have peace of mind the rest of the weekend, you get five stars. This place may or may not be the best, I sincerely do not know. What I do know is that in my moment of peril they delivered huge! read more

Won't be taking my car here anymore. A basic task like putting the lug nuts back on my car was botched. 4 out of the 20 lug nuts on my car were cross threaded and the rest were clearly over torqued with an impact gun. I then took it back in to have them fix it and they were unapologetic and told me they didnt have the parts so they would call me when they did. They never called me back. Ended up putting my day on hold and fixing it myself on my dime. Again, Wont be coming back. Poor leadership and customer service at this store read more

I was on a cross-country road trip this weekend when I got a flat. Just me, my dog, and a car full of my stuff - I couldn't have been luckier to blow my tire down the street from Big O's. I always trust Big O Tires. They are very transparent about what you need and what you don't. I had a dealership say I needed full replacement on brakes and rotors. Big o Tires checked them and they were all fine. Didn't even charge me for the inspection. read more

My sons tire fell completely off while driving down the road the day after he got his tires rotated from Springville Big O. It did damage to the wheel and the truck. We had it towed back to Big O. Upon arrival there was another truck being unloaded from a tow truck at the same time. This truck also lost its wheel and tire. Big O didn't initially take responsibility. Saying they had video of wheel nuts being tightened. Later owner admitted to having an inexperienced employee responsible for that and it fell though the cracks. We are luck this didn't happen on the freeway where something awful could have happened. Big O owner was anything but polite and kind. Truck was never fixed right. They didn't fix it as it was prior to the tire falling off. Owner basically stated it's as good as it was going to get. The WROST Costumer service ever! We didn't ask for anything special. Just wanted the truck fixed and back to the way it was prior to all this happening. The truck took several days to fix and big o said they wouldn't provide another vehicle while being repaired. So my son had no way to get to work. It's a sad time when a successful business can't stand up for what's clearly their fault and show a little sorrow for their mistake and show some appreciation for their costumers! Take the extra few mins to drive to Payson Big O. They know how to treat their costumers. read more

Once upon a time the tires on my car were bald. So I went into my local Springville Big O tires and got them checked out. I barely parked when they came rushing out to greet me ask what was wrong before I could close my car door! Eager to help! Turns out they caught my bald tires, plus bad alignment, AND a wheel bearing about to give out. I knew about the tires and alignment, but I knew something else was up. I wanted to see if they'd catch it themselves, so I kept quiet (sneaky!). Sure enough they knew their stuff and heard the wheel bearing. I was even more impressed. Now as a starving student I was choking when I saw the price. But they were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, working with me to find the best solution for my situation. Ultra impressed. So happy with them! Also, they didn't treat me like a dumb woman who didn't know anything about cars. That's a major pet peeve of mine and they got an A+. The waiting room was clean comfy - I didn't feel on edge like I usually do in car repair waiting rooms. Super-duper ultra impressed. Highly recommended from the daughter of a mechanic! :) read more

These guys have changed my tires for the last 10 years. They don't nickel and dime you on frivolous extras that aren't necessary. About the only thing over priced there is their basic mechanic work on things other than fixing tires. They do go out of their way to give you the best price they can. read more

My wife hit a pot hole and and the tire ended up going completely flat. Got it pumped up with air and brought to the shop. After 15 minutes they handed me the keys and said they fixed it and to have a nice night. The tire came off the the rim when it hit the pothole, broke the seal and that's why it was losing air. They recommended getting the alignment checked out but weren't pushy at all. These guys are awesome. read more

I am very pleased with the service I received at this location. I called the day before to see if the tires I wanted were in stock. McKay said they needed to order them and could have them the next day. He called me the next day and informed me the tires I wanted we in and asked when I would be there. I told him after work. I show up and he remembers my information and calls me by name and gets my car in the bay right away. While I waited I noticed the other employees giving a high level of service to other customers waiting. When my car was done I noticed they had washed off any dirt or lubricant put on my tires do to installation. They also did not try to up sell me on everything under the sun. This place does quality work, they are quick, and they don't pressure you to get repairs you don't need. I like their tire warranty deals where your tires are insured for a certain number of miles. If the tires wear out early they eat the cost instead of me. read more

I've been working with this Big O for over 15 years. In all that time I've only had one problem and they fixed it right away. On the other side I've gone down dozens of times with a lawn tractor tire, or a request to check my tires, oil, etc and they've done that free of charge. I've been to this location twice for a quote after my husband has gone in for the same quote and both times they have quoted me far more than my husband. One time it was hundreds more for 4 tires. Recently I came in for a punctured tire repair which they did. Then we headed out of town and 6 hours later, my tire sounds like it is wobbling. We took it to a shop and when he took the tire off, the lug nuts had sheered off the studs and 3 studs were completely broken. The mechanic said they either torqued them too tight or not tight enough and they eventually wiggled off. Big O took ZERO responsibility for their mistake! They would not refund us the cost that they caused us and not to mention the inconvenience of trying to find a shop while on vacation in Yellowstone. I have been coming here for tires for years out of convenience but the integrity of this shop has greatly declined. There are plenty of other quality tire shops in Springville to choose from. We will never go back. read more
