I had two new trailer tires put on my 43' 5th wheel, I told them I travel full time and we are traveling through to the PNW. I mentioned to them that I used to be an assistant manager at discount and that I know AVPs and current managers. Yet they still didn't follow best practices, they didn't torque my wheels (I did when I got to the next campground). I didn't think about looking at the air pressures, the pressure they should be at is 110 PSI cold and they set them to ~85 PSI on both. That could've costed me my trailer. Scammed my wife We got new tires through them a week ago, they asked if my wife wanted an alignment check for free, and they charged her $75 right now to fix any issues, but refund the money if they didn't do an alignment fix. We come to find out they completely did NOT need to do an alignment fix, it was fine with no issues, did it anyway and scammed her saying it was slightly needed. I purchased pair of 50k tires. They are a different size than the rear tires that I also purchased there.(Spanish Fork Store) The only way they can be rotated is side to side. I went to have them rotated but they refused saying they are worn too much. I told thay my ROF tires have a 50k warranty , so I should be able to have them replaced under warranty. I had close to 24k miles on them. The sales person told me that the treadwear warranty is HALF of the 50k warranty. So, no help. I reached out to customer service..they told me 3 different times they would reach out to the satire and contact me. This NEVER happened. So, Discount doesnt help customers. They just want to make us buy more tires. Dis-honest and apathetic. I will NEVER buy tires from them again and I will let people know about what they didnt do for a customer (Me) read more

Sam and the other Hand job working the front counter had me waiting for 15 min before they told me it'd be 2 hours before they could get me in to fix a flat. That would be fine but there was no one else in line and only one car in the bay. Don't worry I drove to Payson and had the tire fixed at another tire shop in just less than an hour from when I left discount's parking lot. This Discount Tire location has taken great care of me! I have actually tried to do my own tire rotations but it's about a million times easier to take it in to someone with all the good equipment (especially power tools). Not only is it easier, but Discount Tire doesn't charge anything for this service, which is super nice. There are times that this line can get insanely long. When I came in the other day, it was all the way out the door. I am not even kidding. However, you could tell that everyone working was busy and trying their best so I am not even remotely bothered by this. The girl that greeted me and took my keys had a smile on her face and was one of the nicest people I have ever come across. She was super transparent about certain things costing extra and didn't make me feel pressured into buying extra things. The guy that checked me out at the end was not only super nice but actually walked me out to my car to make sure my Jeep was all squared away. Everything was done right and I appreciate the care they take with my Jeep. I don't trust just anyone with my Jeep but I most definitely trust this location. The last time I was in, they misplaced two of my caps but then they were replaced this time around. They aren't the same color anymore but it's better than nothing. Buyers beware. When I purchased tires here, I also purchased the lifetime tire rotation and balance. Mike was the service advisor today for my rotation and balance. He had to scan something on the inside of my driver's door. When we came back to the desk, Mike said "when we were outside, I noticed your windshield wiper was laying down, you might need new wipers. Do you want us to install new wipers?" I told him Discount tire just installed them 4k miles ago and they are supposed to lay down because they are resting on a rubber tip under pressure. He looked confused, started typing on the computer, looks up and says, "I guess you're right, 4k miles ago. Are they working ok?" Nice try on the upsale Mike but I don't appreciate the dishonesty. I had a difficult order. Needed new tires put on my new wheels and my TPMS relocated to those new wheels. Everything was done perfectly except I only had five new lugs for my six lug hub. Truly outstanding customer service! We stopped by Discount Tire on our way out of town. We discovered that one of our 5th wheel travel trailer tires has a leak. Bentley, my customer rep, was super helpful and attentive. Also friendly with a pleasant smile. She took excellent care of me and got me right in. Our tire technician, Jake, was awesome as well. He hustled and explained the status of our tire. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. Back on the road back to Texas, safe and sound. Friendly, well-run team for service during the pandemic! Started out with excellent customer service over the phone with Jordan, who patiently answered my questions and scheduled (then later helped me reschedule) an appointment for my overdue winter tire/wheel swap. Signage was clear at arrival, and everyone was wearing masks. Lance checked me in and offered the choice to wait in my car. When the automatic lift gate on my SUV suddenly refused to open, Lance said "no problem, we'll just unload from the back doors." My son had a flat tire just outside their store (Spanish Fork) and when they went in to ask for help, they were having a meeting and said sorry we are closed. After the meeting while the employees were leaving, my son and his friend were still struggling with the tire and so they asked one of the employees for help and he tried to loosen the nut the wrong way and the said "it is over torqued, there is nothing you can do." and then left. I've used this location numerous times. They've always helped me quickly and . The manager is great and even talked me out of unnecessarily replacing a tire that I mistakenly thought was bad. Saved me 250 bucks! This is now my go-to-tire store. The reviewer talking about high-pressure tactics is probably a competitor. I've bought at least 20 sets of tires from Discount Tires from several locations in Utah and never have experienced any pressure. I've had them warranty and repair tires I didn't buy there. We were on vacation from Albuquerque New Mexico when we blew a tire. We called ahead to make sure they had our tires. We got there they got us right in and taken care of. Even though they did not have our exact tire they were able to match it with something comparable that looks great and fit the need. All the staff was Courteous and friendly ...they even checked all of our tires on our camper for us before we got back on the road!! Customer service was top-notch! read more
