I have Niche wheels on my Genesis Coupe and they are not cheap and have micro-machined lines in them that are tough to work with. I showed up to get them put them on and it took several hours. I saw one of the guys struggling to get the jack underneath my car, looked like a newer guy. I noticed a day later when I was washing my car that there was a big scuff on the bottom side of the paint where the guy was struggling. I took it into discount tire and filled out a claim. Not sure how this will go I'll keep you posted. Make sure you look over your car good after they work on it. They're in a hurry because they were running late that day took over 2 1/2 hours when they told me it would take an hour.

I've been going to Les Schwab for years, but after today I'll never go back. I had a battery that…read morewas old and needed replaced. I asked them about replacing it and wanted the same exact battery that was already in my truck, it's an AGM battery and I wanted the same one replaced. They told me they didn't carry those batteries. Fair enough. So I went to O'Reilly and picked one up. I took it to this shop and was told they "won't install side parts". WTF? I told them I'd be happy to buy the battery from them and have them install, but that I was told they don't carry it. So the guy looks through his computer and starts trying to sell me on a cheaper lead acid battery, which isn't what I wanted. Sorry your greedy shop didn't get to make the money off the battery sale. I find it ridiculous that they wouldn't do the job just because I didn't buy the battery from them. I won't be going back for tires or anything else in the future. They've lost all my business.
