That's one of the most basic things that should be checked before handing a vehicle back to a customer. I had to waste more of my time driving to the Harriman location to have them fix it. Their technician immediately recognized the problem and told me the original alignment had been done incorrectly. It's frustrating to pay for a professional service only to have someone else correct their mistakes. If your work can't be trusted on something as basic as centering a steering wheel, it doesn't inspire confidence in the rest of the job. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location.

I waited for an hour only to be told that there was nothing wrong with the car. They tweaked it just enough to where I would still have to be charged for the full hour of labor even though they only had it in the shop for maybe 15 minutes. When I drove home, my steering wheel now tilts to the left twice as bad as before they fixed it. They took a situation and made it worse and charged me for it rather than giving me the option to say no I don't need the alignment. I feel quite cheated.

Good guys, mean well, try hard. 48 hours after installatIon of a front bumper, it started falling off on the freeway at 80mph and shredding to pieces. When I contacted them to explain, their first response was to blame me; I "must have done something." Zero accountability. Completely ruined a $700 part, and didn't even offer to cover any cost to replace. Rear bumper has been detaching as well, although hasn't fallen off completely yet. Mechanical work they did seems to be fine so far, no issues there yet. If you want a place that can handle routine maintenance, I think you can 100% trust them. If you want a place that can handle body work, aesthetics, attention to detail, or will do the right thing when things go wrong, I'd look elsewhere.

Went to them with our BMW. Thought we were in good hands....NOT. They wanted to do like a $2000…read moredollar job because "all this stuff needs replacing". All we wanted/needed was the actuator in the rear driver fixed, the coolant was leaking, and the belt had come off on the freeway so that needed replaced. It was $99 to run a diagnostic on the car, they have to do that for the leak apparently? Dropped it off on a Wednesday, called on Friday and was asked if they were done since it had been 3 full days. There response was "well he's banging on the door right now to get it open, so it could be 20 minutes, 1 hour or we might have to keep it till Monday." WHATT? 20 minutes to Monday is a BIG difference. And Banging!? Why is he banging? Asked if they could give us more of a time frame to expect it done by instead of the huge gap and his response was "it will get done when it gets done"....very rude, disrespectful/condescending on the phone it was insane. Told them to screw it and we would just come pick up the car. Went to pick it up and they had broken a bunch of pieces off the inside of the door, tried to pry the door open with something and ended up scraping paint off. It was ridiculous. DO NOT GO TO THEM. Super unprofessional. Went home, watched a YouTube video and BAM was able to get the door open in under 1 minute, bang free. Glad we got out before they could do more damage to our car.
