I was absolutely thrilled with my experience at this Grease Monkey today. I came in to get an oil change because it had been a year since my last change. (I don't use my car a lot.) Casey came back from my car with the oil stick and showed me how clean my oil was - despite not having it changed in the last year. I was amazed that they were telling me to not get my oil changed. I've never had a service attendant tell me this before. Both Casey and Mike were great to work with and I will make this my new go to station from now on because of them! You need to, too!!!! Came here for an oil change. Despite having another vehicle ahead of us, service took a reasonable amount of time and we were happy with their service. Price was reasonable and the person who checked in our vehicle as well as the person who rung us up afterwards were both personable and communicated their recommendations in a friendly manner. Went here for an oil change. Pro: Polite Fast Efficient Con: Invoice said they checked that the wipers were good, when they clearly weren't. I even mentioned that I had forgotten to mention that they needed to be replaced. That kind of oversight on small things makes me wonder what larger things they check the block on. I'll go back in the absence of other options, but I'd have to remember to be super specific about what I need. read more

I WILL NEVER GET MY OIL CHANGED ELSEWHERE AGAIN. They are so professional and literally took them 15 minutes to get my oil changed on a Saturday morning. The oil change itself was fast but they charged me $90. The guy made it seem like I could only pick between two types of oil, with the cheapest one being $90. Im genuinely surprised they didn't try to convince me parts of my car were broken when they weren't, based on the way they treat female customers. read more

I have always taken my truck and van here since I moved to American fork. Wait time has never been long. They employees are quick, friendly, and honest. I've never had an issue with the service I have received or my vehicles. Their prices are reasonable and they always have an offer going on. Best place for an oil change. I pulled up about 20 minutes before closing time and they still took me in with no complaints and had my car done in about 25-30 minutes. They were very honest and open throughout the whole process. They showed me my filters and asked me whether or not I wanted them changed instead of just changing them and telling me about it after.
