I went to Jiffy Lube to get my emissions and registration done. While I was waiting my car battery died and one of the employees had to use their car to jump it. The battery was about 5 years old so it was about time to replace it soon anyways, but the timing of it was weird since I hadn't had any issues with the car starting/the battery up until that point. They said they could replace it there but I chose not to. It didn't pass emissions due to the battery. I was given the option to come back and get a free retest within 15 days. I changed the battery and came back about a week or so later. I explained the situation and waited around 2 hours when they said it would be 25 minutes. The car didn't pass emissions again because apparently you are supposed to drive 50-100 miles on the new battery before it can be retested. Something about the computer not being able to connect. Maybe this is common knowledge but I had never heard about it until then and had to look it up later. I wasted 2 hours waiting to hear that and would have had to pay to retest it so I went somewhere else. They didn't have to, but I wish they would have told me about this before I came back or I would have waited and driven on the new battery more. I was dissatisfied with the lack of communication and how long it took with no warning that was how long it would be. read more

They only care about your $'s. Do your self a favor and go to a real shop. (KEN GARF does 3 full synthetic oil changes for $120 vs the 80$ you will get gouged here for.) Went in to see about getting an emissions ready check after having done a lot of work on the car. They tried claiming it's "against the law" for them to tell me if the vehicle was ready for emissions. We ALL know that is a flat out lie. They just want to charge you for multiple tests. Ended up at Victor tires. There is much better customer service and better pricing than this dive not a quarter mile away. Managing the district fleet vehicles, we will be changing companies for maintenance after this insane and horrible interaction. One bad franchise can ruin an entire company, and they are quickly on the way there. read more

These guys tried to get my wife to do all kinds of stuff that didn't need to be done on our car. Most notably - windshield wipers that were brand new - tires that were not bald. We even had them checked at discount tire afterwards to be sure. They seem pretty dishonest to me. We wont be using them again. This isn't our first bad experience with them read more

They did my registration and she asked if I had coupons which was a great reminder to do a little google search and find one. You can almost always find a jiffy lube coupon. My expectations aren't ever particularly high when going into a Jiffy Lube, so this one is about on par with what I was prepared for. Everyone with whom I've interacted has been very pleasant and polite, which is honestly the most important thing for me anywhere I go. That being said, it took over an hour for them to do my emissions renewal. Historically, it has taken maybe 15-20 minutes anywhere else I've gone. Maybe they're understaffed, as it wasn't busy when I got there. There were three other people waiting ahead of me and, of course, I don't know what they were in for. Bonus points for free access to their popcorn machine and the fact that their TV was set to a channel that broadcasts exclusively animal videos, haha. Jiffy lube is always a very reliable place to get your car serviced. Their process, from you pulling up needing a service to having your car serviced, is very consistent and robust in ensuring that you get the best service for your car. I always feel confident that the inspection on my car is done thoroughly. That makes me then feel more confident when they share how things look and what problems my car might have that need fixing. They are always really friendly, hard working, and honest with what your car actually needs. I never feel like they are trying to sell me on something that I don't need. Other places like to say your wiper blades need to be changed for example, even though they're in great condition. Jiffy lube hasn't done that in my experience and that allows for a lot more trust. They finished my car 30 minutes faster that what they said. They under sell and over deliver. They even vacuum out your car and clean windows. This particular location's waiting room was pretty dirty and unpleasant to wait in. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Spent 1 hour waiting in my car to get pulled into a bay. They told me 30 min. Which could have been true had they had a different car move so they could pull mine into the middle bay but no. The. Waited another 30 min to get my actual oil changed. Took me 2 hours to get out of their shop. And then when I went to pay. They took my coupon but would not take my gift card. My experience at Jiffy Lube today was superb. the three people I talked with were very kind and professional. The service was amazing. it was my first time in with a "new" used car and the did an oil change and an emissions test. they found I had 5(!!) lights out in tge back of my car including my driver side brake light and the high brake light. I took my car to this location for an oil change and an emissions test. At this location they can give you your registration sticker if your car passes the emissions test and it is only $10 extra for the sticker. The staff was polite and my car was serviced very quickly. You do not need an appointment, walk-ins are welcome. The Wi-Fi password didn't work but I wasn't there for long so it didn't matter much. read more

I have been going to Jiffy Lubes for years. We moved to this area last year and starting coming to this one. I have to say that the level of customer service at this location is as high as I have experienced. I recently had a small issue with one of the services, and came in to speak to a manager. I spoke with the Assistant Manager and then the Manager. I was treated with respect and as a valued customer the entire time. The way that a business handles challenges or issues says a lot about a business. I highly recommend this location and will continue to bring my vehicles here for maintenance. read more

Came to get my cars emissions done and get my renewal tags. Was told an hour to hour and a half and there were 4 cars when I showed up. Three people in the lobby and all of them got there car finished then three people showed up after me and theres were pulled in and finished before me. I have other things I could be doing then waiting for them and skipping me. I came outside to watch and the employees are having fun good time walking around and throwing rags at each other. Instead of messing around why don't you get peoples cars done so they aren't waiting for forever for you to get it done. When you give someone a wait time maybe you should be hustling and getting the job done so you can meet or exceed the wait time. Will never be back here read more

They told me my car was ready (after having it there for 4+ hours) so I had my husband drop me off. When I got there they said it still wasn't ready, and I proceeded to waif an additional hour without any updates at all. It seems I usually have to wait a while here and other oil changing places are much faster, ironically. read more

I've lived in Lehi for 7 years now and my wife and I have gone to this Jiffy Lube location about 10 times total. I feel like the customer service has been hit and miss with this location. Majority of the time it's been okay, but sometimes they can be very slow. The worst time though, they broke my tube where you put in the oil because they couldn't get the cap off, then they said that it was already broken. They never replaced it or paid for it. I called Jiffy Lube corporate and they promised that this Jiffy Lube would call me and help me out, which didn't happen. I was not very happy with that issue at all. Now I only go to this Jiffy Lube when I need to do something quick and local, otherwise I prefer to go to one of the Jiffy Lube's by my work in SLC. read more

I really like jiffy lubes service and this store is about where I almost always go to get my vehicle registration renewed and they have not disappointed me on any of the times I have been here. They are prompt, courteous and very professional in their job and have been able to attend to my needs on a timely manner. While I have not actually done oil changes or service beyond vehicle registration renewal with them, I have noticed in the time I was there that the other customers who have come in for oil and transmission changes and other services have not complained either and seem to have had their needs tended to very professionally with the nature and details of the service being explained to the last detail and they even guide us on paying when using the card reader post service completion. So I would all in all a very good professional experience with great and friendly service and hence the 4 stars. read more

I went today to get my oil changed. Right when I pulled up a gentleman came to my door to greet me. I get oil changes all the time (of course) but haven't had this fast of service. The gentleman opened the door for me and told me to watch my step. Before my car was finished, Conner explained everything to me and showed me what my car might need, he told me about the top off option (which is great) and answered all my questions! Such a nice Kid. There was a gentleman Greg was super kind, showed me where the wifi password was (he must have noticed I had my computer and needed to work) he also offered my popcorn and the tv remote, asked if there was anything else he could help with. I felt they took advantage of me because I'm a younger woman. I just came in for an oil change and they are trying to find things for me replace to add up my total. I just needed my oil changed. One thing they told me I need to replace is the cabin air filter. We just looked it up on Amazon...the filters can cost as cheap as $15. And there are multiple YouTube videos on how to replace it. They are charging me $35 to replace it. I'm fine with people doing business - but I hate that I feel taken advantage of. I always try to find car repair places I can trust and I gave this one a chance and I am going to definitely avoid ever coming here again. I came in thinking I'd pay ~$40 for an oil change and they said I needed more things to do and my total is up to $143. By the time I called my dad and talked to him about it they had already replaced some of the things or I would have asked them not to replace those things. read more
