The process is incredibly frustrating and poorly communicated. You drop off your car thinking they…read moreare about to begin, but that's not actually what happens. After 5 days of your car sitting... They submit an initial estimate to your insurance, then wait for approval. After that, they finally bring your car in and start tearing it down -- in my case, about a week after I had already dropped it off. Even more frustrating, they still didn't have a clear or final estimate after all that time. So your car just sits there while you're left in the dark about what's actually happening, what it's going to cost, or how long it will take. There is a serious lack of transparency and communication throughout the entire process. If you value your time and want clear expectations, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

They thrashed the adhesive on mine trying to take it off and put it back on. It no longer stays on the windshield and falls off frequently. I reached out to them and they said there was nothing they can do. We had to scrape black gunk adhesive off the new windshield and purchase additional materials to fix it. If they can't offer any solution to a problem they caused I would rather they not even try to put the dash cam back up.

After the installment they informed me that leftover glass would be in the door but would not affect the new window. A short time later I used the window for the first time, rolled it down, and it became stuck. For several days it would not budge, we even tried manually lifting it, to no avail. They had also left broken glass on the inside of my car. I brought it back into the shop and asked them to take a look at it, because it had worked perfectly beforehand. This is where my one star review comes from, because as soon as I brought it back in the employees turned hostile and unprofessional. They informed me that it was not their problem that the window was not working, but ultimately agreed to take a look at it. A few days later I received my car back and it was working, they claimed that it was working when I dropped it off, which it was not and I had attempted to use it again in their parking lot minutes before dropping it off, it didn't work. While the window now worked broken glass in the bottom was now scratching the pane as it moved. Upon asking them to fix the glass scratching the new pane they had installed they told me if the glass got scratched it wasn't their problem, they said I paid only for the pane of glass and for it to go into the car... not that it would work properly when there. After bringing up my warranty I was told about when picking my car up they aggressively and rudely said that it only applies to windshields. Which they neither told me when they gave it to me nor does it say on their website under "warranty". I was also told that this is a regular issue their customers run into, and they know that leaving glass in can damage the window regulator and scratch the glass, but that it is not their problem. The glass pane costs about $75 so for a $300 service I expect the expect the product to work as intended, not to be given back to me with high probability of failure that they both know about and are unwilling to fix. Ultimately unprofessional work with misleading claims. I am willing to change this review if the desired help is received but until then I advise not going to this company for work on car door windows, as they know their service is faulty and leads to long term problems for customers.

Customer service here is terrible…read more From the moment I walked in, I wasn't greeted and was immediately spoken to rudely. I explained exactly what I needed and even mentioned I've worked in the tire industry for 2 years, yet I was still questioned and pressured on my own specifications. I waited over an hour for a simple flat tire replacement. During that time, I asked an employee to grab something from my car he "forgot," and I had to ask again later as there were multiple times he wasn't even busy. After all that waiting, they finally brought my car in, only to refuse service due to a stripped lug nut, That part is understandable. What's not understandable is them trying to pressure me into still buying the tire even after refusing to install it and wasting my time. When I pushed to cancel everything, the "manager" told me he could technically still charge me for installation since the tire was already on the rim, and that I'd have to pay for installation even if I didn't get the tire but he was going to "let it slide." That's not how you handle customers. To top it off, when I went outside to get my car, that same "manager" came up holding a broken plastic piece from my door handle and said, "sorry, I broke it can you take it out for me." No accountability, no real apology. At that point, it felt like the situation was handled out of ego, and frustration rather than professionalism, especially after I pushed back on being charged, not surprised. If customer service matters at all, this damage should be addressed and paid for. I won't be coming back.

I have the monthly pass and go through a couple times a week. They also offer tons of rags so you can dry your car off. Besides the automatic car wash, it has standard car washes with the wands where you put in tokens and race to clean your car. They also have a dog wash. Go figure...

DJ sent pictures and kept me updated and informed on the progress of my vehicle since I was in Nevada for work. I'm really impressed with their integrity, quality of work and communication. I'm having them do the pitman arm and rack and pinion next week, all the old parts are original and needed replacing a while ago, I just needed and finally found brothers I can trust with my truck. After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.
