I first go to this place is because they would patch your tire for free and they have the lowest…read moreprice of tires. They do have the lowest price of tires but the labor fee is not, so even though they have a lower cost of tire(s), after adding the labor fee, you might end up paying more. Tire variety is good, has some good options when selecting tires. Staff would probably never recommend you one and ask you to look it up yourself. They would also automatically add on the certificate without telling you upon payment. I caught that when I was reviewing the bill, if I had not, I would have paid that. The certificate is an optional thing that protects your tire in case it has issue the next 2 years or so. But I don't need that and I would expect the staff to let me know they add that into my bill before doing so. The service was alright, they get the job done but nothing more. Wouldn't say they are friendly or anything, feel like they are just there doing their job. That's it. They also do not have any snacks or drink provided to customers while waiting the car to get fixed. You could wait there for a few hours sometimes. TLDR: in a nutshell, this is a good place for tire if you want something lower cost for more variety and someone to get it done.

(Saturdays are very busy, though - so I'd recommend getting in during the week if possible.) I've had my tire rods replaced, the brake pads and rotors on my husband's car replaced, and several oil changes on both cars and have been pleased each time. With an appointment an oil change and tire rotation takes an hour. Not the fastest service, but I just take a stroll over to the AF Library while I wait. They have complementary water and popcorn if that's of interest. Overall, consistent high quality and honesty will keep me coming back to Tire Factory Point S.

This is top priority to me when it comes to vehicle repair and maintenance. Called Hillside on a Friday morning and Harrison answers. Really nice and friendly. He said it's first come first serve basis so i brought my car in as early as possible. They didn't try to sell me on getting new tires or breaks or anything, although i know I'll need these in the next year. They fixed the tire and sent me on my way within 15 minutes of arriving. I paid......nothing! Harrison said it was a small job happy to help. Here's the thing - even though I wasn't charged, I'll definitely be referring people to them. I already referred a family member who said they'll be going to Hillside in the next month or so for some work. I'll be sure to keep referring. The last time I went, there were a lot more people, so I had to wait for about 30 min for an oil change, but they still provided quick service. Just call before going and check if there is a line. Also, I have to give a big shout-out to Chris and the people who fixed my car. I often feel intimidated going into an auto shop and worried if they will overcharge cuz I'm not familiar with car stuff, but I had such a great experience this time! Chris was incredible, friendly, patient in explaining things, and made things easy for me. I will only go back to this location for car repairs from now on! (I mentioned this location and not just any Jiffy Lube because I had a bad experience at the Provo Freedom location just 3 min away)

I've brought my third vehicle here now in the last 2 weeks (my Dodge Ram, my sons Nissan Murano, and now my wife's Ford Explorer). I am now sold and will be loyal to Tunex Automotive Specialist because of the utmost care and customer service Josh and Scott provided me. They took very good care of my vehicles and made the necessary recommendations to be sure they run smoothly. Their rates are very reasonable. To add to my delight in this place I witnessed the manager Scott do something that I call putting the customer first. I work for Marriott and we are trained to put our guest before any of our needs. A dude asked for a certain type of oil for his vehicle that Tunex doesn't carry. I'm not sure if it's a standard thing or not. But Scott went out of his way to purchase and have the special oil delivered to the shop. It didn't take long until a service person walked in with the oil. Scott signed the invoice and made this dude the happiest person in the world. That was amazing and very commendable. I witnessed something special today. I recommend these guys to everyone.
