Amazing service!!! I was lucky and was the only customer when I got there. It took them like less than 5 min to fix the rock chip! But to be fair, this doesn't happen all the time. The last time I went, there were a lot more people, so I had to wait for about 30 min for an oil change, but they still provided quick service. Just call before going and check if there is a line. Also, I have to give a big shout-out to Chris and the people who fixed my car. I often feel intimidated going into an auto shop and worried if they will overcharge cuz I'm not familiar with car stuff, but I had such a great experience this time! I came to this jiffy lube to get an oil change. I always lock my glove compartment, after returning to my car after the service. My glove box had been unlocked. I look through my center console and my glove compartment and they were rummage through. When I picked up my car, the man helping me started speaking French to me. Not sure why this man thought I was French. He then started looking at my wedding ring. He offered to walk me to my car which was on the back side of the building. He started to talk about how I was married, then talked about how he loved poetry. He didn't even know which car was mine so I ran to it when he kept on walking straight. Creepy. Please trust worthy gentleman called us to let us know that she still had 900 miles left on her oil change and that she didn't need one, even after we dropped it off. I was just doing emissions and I got confused when there were multiple people coming in 40 min after me and leaving before me. I went outside to check it out and my car was just sitting in the parking lot. They didn't come inside and let me know when they finished or text me. We had to run in here for a quick oil change, and these guys really lived up to their name. We were in and out in about ten minutes. They should take pride in their customer service because it is out of this world. They don't bother you and try to sell you all the "extra" stuff that you apparently "have" to have. They informed us of various options, but didn't push us to stay longer than we had to. It was a nice breath of fresh air. They provided us with a warm lobby to wait in, complete with hot cocoa and popcorn. The manager was so awesome and worked hard to make sure we left satisfied. We will definitely be back! Worst service ever. I've been coming here for years for maintenance oil changes. Today was the worst service I've ever had. The wait was ridiculous and the price has increased significantly. Don't bother taking your car to the jiffy lube on University Ave, South Provo. You'll be better off taking it somewhere else. read more

I needed to renew my registration and I needed to do it FAST. My friend recommended them, so I decided I'd check it out rather than go to the DMV. I went in as soon as they opened and I had the best experience there. I'd never gone to Jiffy Lube beforehand and when I pulled up, a guy directed me to where I should park my car. He then let me know (AHEAD of time) of how much the service would be (which I appreciated VERY much). He then said I could have a seat inside. I waited for maybe 15 minutes at the MAX. Another man then came in and helped me finish the payment and gave me all the paperwork. They had performed the safety AND the emissions inspection as well as renewed my registration. It was super quick and I loved how they got straight to it. A+++ for the crew there:) read more

Jiffy Lube has always been helpful and very efficient. If you go when there is not a lot of people then you will be fine. Even when it is busy the staff was always very friendly, helpful, and do their best to make the process as quickly as possible. I have owned my car for 5 and half years and I have only had the oil changed at Jiffy Lube. Because, although they will recommend certain upkeep and what-not to your car...it does not come across as trying to up-sale you and try you to spend money n stuff you don't need. read more

DON'T GO HERE FOR ANYTHING! I have used this Jiffy Lube for a few years, but after this last experience I'm never going back. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in on 4/24/21 to get an oil change and quickly got talked into a cabin filter change & rock chip repair. Biggest mistake of my life. My two rock chips had been small & fine for months, but they said progressive insurance would likely cover it. I stupidly signed a paper that allowed them to make the "repair" and ended up with a huge crack in my windshield that clearly originated from the "repair" they made. Now they're demanding me or my insurance PAY THEM for the "service" of damaging my windshield, and I now have to replace my windshield. They refused to admit they caused the crack (even though you can clearly see the rock chip did NOT cause the crack). To top it all off, this is the 2nd time they've replaced a cabin air filter and my car stunk afterwards- that's never happened when I've had my filter changed at other places. So disappointed in the poor management of this place. Never going back to Jiffy or referring anyone I know. read more

I went to Jiffy Lube in provo, Utah to get an oil change and left with a $400 bill because i authorized them to do some miscellaneous work on my car that they made it seem that my car needed. I am a girl in her mid 20s in college. I dont know about cars. I let them add additional work to my car than my needed oil change because they made it seem like my car needed extra work on it and i wanted my car to be in good shape so i let them. Well come to find out, my car did not need that extra work done on it. LONG STORY SHORT: JIFFY LUBE IS A RIP OFF AND TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE THAT KNOW NOTHING. oh and when my mom called to complain that my car now has a service light on (came on the day after i let Jiffy Lube work on my car) they declined to give her the district manager's name and number. Excellent service, but I'm not sure paying 80 dollars for a synthetic oil change is worth it when I can go to walmart and get the same job done for 50. I was in and out in thirty minutes so if you are pressed for time this is the place to go. Speed and excellent service come at a price that's for sure. read more

I came here just for an oil change and I ended up being there for two hours, around the end of which they told me a few other things I needed to have done. I took their word for it, as none of them were terribly expensive (although they added up), and then they told me I needed to have my emissions tested and I had already been there so long that I said I would have to come back for that. Two days later, I went somewhere else to have my emissions tested and it turned out I didn't even need to have that done. So, either they were dishonest at Jiffy Lube, or they didn't know what they were talking about. I will not return to this location, and will hesitate before going to any other Jiffy Lube. read more

I just needed an emission test for my car. I thought it would be fast but it took longer than expected because they were busy....I had 2 kids the waiting room was full. Then I wanted the on the spot registration renewal (which is why I went there-so I could get my renewal stickers today) and they couldn't do it because their internet was down. I was just very disappointed. This is a busy spot so they usually have a Longer wait and I should have known that. Also the prices are too high. Don't go unless you have a coupon. read more

This Jiffy Lube office is bad with customer service. Twice I've had to go in after oil changes because the drain plug was on so tight that when I tried to change the oil myself the plug stripped (and that was with a brand new, tight fitting rachet set). They just say it's done to manufacturer standards, but I've never had this problem before. I said I didn't want to have to pay for this oil change because I'd already paid for one I planned on doing myself, but they didn't care. The one thing I can say is they at least replaced the plug this time. They said they would the first time, but didn't. Won't be coming back. read more

2/21/2019*DO NOT GET ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY! I'm posting this in hopes to save some people from being charged more than one should, for a simpler fix. If you can do it yourself do it, or take your business to someone honest. I have had regularly good experiences in the past with oil changes and small fixes at Jiffy Lube. This time I had an emergency. I dropped it off to have 1 $50 ignition coil and 4 spark plugs (going for about $8-$12), replaced. The nice representative (Tyler Jones) went to go do the $85 Diagnostics on the miss firing cylinder, but literally left 20 minutes after he said he would. Then he told me he wouldn't charge me for the entire hour of diagnostic since he left 20 minutes later, but still found a way to charge me (what it says on my receipt)$85 for the Labor, and $283 for the 1 coil and 4 spark plugs. Now maybe if this was my Audi, I would understand the end bill being, $393.21 (after $25 taxes), but this car is a 2004 Acura and only has 1 tiny plastic cover over the spark plugs. This is not a massive job that would require extensive labor charges or expensive parts. Now if I had the tools and garage lights for it, I would have done it myself, but seeing I shouldn't drive it anywhere, I had to take it to the closest spot. I was told the price and instantly called my father, (who has been in the automotive industry for almost 30 years), he informed me that I was indeed being reamed by yet another GREEDY Mechanic. I couldn't take the car up to my fathers house because he lives 30 minutes away. I paid the mechanic and left. This is an example of being ROBBED! Tyler Jones, Thank you, for showing your true colors. Tyler should be re-trained on doing honest business, written up or fired for pulling this kind of scam on Provo (Freedom Blvd) Jiffy Lubes client's. *Side note* I had to get another coil replaced along with the 4 new spark plugs 1.5-2 years ago and was only charged around $150-$170, for this same exact car. The best part of my last experience, that it was by another person, at the Jiffy Lube in Orem.* This is not how you do business! This was a terrible experience. read more

So I went in and they changed my oil quickly which was good but when I got back into my car the lever that controls my blinker, brights, windshield wipers, etc. was completely pulled out from the steering column! I had to push it back in and move it around just to get my blinker to work and even then the brights would not turn off. I went back and after looking at it the technician said that it "came that way"! I think I would have noticed if I couldn't use my blinker before I got there. He got into my car and made a sad attempt to shove it back into the steering column and then sagely got out and told me that "It looks like the clip that holds this in is broken." The other guy working came over and they both agreed that I had come with this already broken and that it was not their fault. I now am paying the dealership technicians to fix the problem that they caused. I will never be going back to such an unprofessional place with such dishonest workers and I urge anyone who reads this to do the same. **UPDATE** After going to the dealership I was quoted over $750 to fix what Jiffy Lube had messed up. In addition to them breaking the lever they also had put the wrong kind of coolant into my engine, which can destroy your engine if this isn't caught. They also had failed to find a leak in my rear differential which apparently has been there for a while, something they also claim to look for when they inspect a vehicle. I am appalled that they have not been reported but this is completely unacceptable. read more

terrible. They didnt put the oil cap back on tight and oil leaked all over my engine. They also took a filter out and didnt bother to put it back in. My brother had he same thing happen at a different jiffy lube. They didnt even bother to put my glove compartment back on correctly. Terrible service and way over priced.
