I brought my 2022 rav4 here to get an oil change and tire rotation before a road trip. This is the first time ( much to my chagrin) I ventured away from the car dealership service center. This is a drive up, stay in your car service. That is fine EXCEPT when it is a heat wave and it takes 45 minutes total for service. I almost got heat stroke. I went on my lunch break and I did not have water in my car, I honestly did not expect to be there that long. On aforementioned road trip, I discovered that the splash guard was not put back on correctly and I had a piece of plastic dragging on the freeway for hundreds of miles. I thought that I'd save time and money going to this business but I regret not going to the dealership. I would have had water in an air conditioned place and they would have put the splash guard back on the car correctly. Not a happy customer. read more

I always come to Valvoline for my oil changes and services. I love how you just pull into the garage and you can sit in your car the whole time and it's always so quick. The longest I've ever had to wait was 15-20, but once you are in the garage it's fast. They also always have a Groupon you can use which is so nice. Highly recommend this place. read more

Used this location while on holiday travel. I really appreciated that they knew how many people were in line. They came out to triage those in line and made some lane switches. Honestly, I couldn't recommend this shop enough. All staff worked quickly and efficiently. My main attendant, Toby, was especially thoughtful, intentional, and more than pleasant. He really made my experience here incredible. However, I want to give a special shout-out to the two women assisting Toby at the time. I took my vehicle in for emissions and they could not do the test because they have faulty equipment but still they would not give me a refund. Jiffy Lube did it with no issue. I was super stoked to see that Valvoline was open on a hot Saturday morning and worked on AC. My AC hadn't been functioning for a bit so I took it in. The staff made sure I was informed of their policy, which they charge $120 to run a test to see if the refrigerant is low, if it's engaging, etc, and then replace the refrigerant if it's out. My AC wasn't engaging but they tried replacing the refrigerant and it worked perfectly after that. Super grateful to have AC again in these months. read more

I went last Saturday to get my oil changed, Grace and Maddie were delightful to be helped by, but a couple of days later my under carriage almost completely fell off on my way to work! I had to take it to the nearest car repair shop to prevent any more damage and it cost me $70 to fix! They asked me if I had gotten my oil changed recently and I said yes, they told me whoever had worked on it didn't put my undercarriage back on properly. I have been coming to this location for multiple oil changes. Usually everything is smooth, service is usually great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The last time I got my oil change it was great, the wait wasn't too long and the staff was awesome as usual. While I was getting the service done I could tell the employee that totals the transaction and checks you out was kind of new. At some point he was filling up the air in my tires and he took off my drivers side hub cap for some reason. He realized he didn't need to do that and put it back on, I didn't think much of it until I left. Along with getting my oil change I got my cabin filter swapped out as well. So, when everything was complete I was on my way out of the garage and the associate that was guiding me out was telling me to have a good day. While he was telling me that the hubcap came off. He was kind of flustered and in a rush tried to pop it back on. I trusted that he put it on right and I went about my day. Later on when I got home I realized at some point while I was driving around that the hubcap was missing. It mostly flew off while I was making a turn. I was frustrated because I just bought that set and now I had to spend another $50 or so to get a new set because they don't sell them individually. Overall, I was kind of upset about the situation but it wasn't that big of a deal. What really frustrated me is the fact management hasn't dealt with the situation properly. The first time I called I got a hold of the manger Micheal I explained the situation and he was very understanding and assured me I would be compensated. All I had to do was bring in my receipt for the new set and he said I would get paid back. I took time out of my Monday morning to go drop off the receipt, they photo copied it and I went on with my day. Weeks went by and I never heard back from them. I called back and talked to Micheal again. I heard in his voice that he forgot about the situation and assured me that he would speak with the regional manager to get it resolved. Weeks passed again and I heard nothing. Now I'm to the point where I'm tired of calling and I'm just going to spread the word about this ridiculous situation. I'm short of filing a small claims court settlement just out of spite for making me jump through all these hurdles for nothing. Later on I realized they also didn't replace the rivets for the cabin filter too, so there is that too.. This issue wasn't even that big of a deal but because of the poor way it was handled I will never go back to this location and I will tell everyone I know never to go here until they contact me to finally resolve it. read more

Temperature outside is currently 103, line is a bit long but these three gentlemen are the only ones working today and are severely understaffed. Considering the heat and customer pressure they're doing a damn good job. I applaud their ability to keep professional and focused and still taking the time to explain things thoroughly. WOW! This team did amazing on my car. It was Friday the 13th and as soon as i pulled up to Valvoline my car battery died. They did everything they could to jump start my car, but ultimately my battery was just dead and needed to be replaced. They checked it all out for me and were able to send their manager to a different Valvoline to get me the right battery for my car, and they replaced it for me right there. Mind you, it has a 3 year warranty as well. Amazing! THEN my bad luck continues. As they are fixing my battery and changing my oil, I ask them to check my air filters (which they would've done anyway) because i knew they'd be ready to get changed. My air filters were SOME OF THE GROSSEST they had ever seen. They changed it out for me in two seconds, and my car air is like a dream now! To make matters worse, majority of my lights were out, so I had them fix it right there. Many $$ later, they offered me 50% off the entire service, just because I was having a real bad day. LOL. They were so friendly and happy to help. I enjoyed my time hanging out with them. It is also so nice they let you just sit in your car the whole time, and it takes two seconds for them to fix your car up. They do a free full service every time you go, and even fill up your tires and any fluid you're low on, while they're at it. These are my guys! I will never go anywhere else. The staff got the oil changed. However, don't use a Groupon with them because you'll be in a bait and switch situation. The Groupon clearly designated a $49.99 full synthetic oil change with no location requirement. The staff member had me redeem the Groupon but when it came to check out time there was an additional $10 charge. When I asked him what that was for he said our standard discount price is $59.99. Been going to this same location for more than 10 years. Valvoline recently purchased and upgraded the shop, and service has been courteous and friendly. 5 months after my oil change I got an oil leak. As I wasn't sure where the lead was, so I took it to the dealer who discovered "Oil leaking from oil filter housing cap. Advised cap looks aftermarket and needs to be replaced with factory part." Because I was 5 months and 5000 miles since the work, they would not cover my repairs. Their policy is 3000 miles and 3 months. With a better policy that backs their work or selection of products, I would have continued as their customer. Now, I will be looking for an alternative shop. read more
