Wesley came within 20 minutes of my call to AAA for a dead battery. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I would call AM PM Towing anytime I needed help with my vehicle. They are trustworthy and get the job done! Thank you, Wesley. read more

My daughter's car broke down and we needed to get it to the shop. I called several tow companies and I got quoted around $250 and everyone was very sketchy. I happened to find AM/PM and they seemed to have a nice site. Honestly, I thought it would cost me a fortune to use them. But they quoted me $190!!! They did everything over the phone, and said they would meet me at a particular time. It was a wonderful service and they wrote very kind when they picked up the car. I HIGHLY recommend this business! read more

AM PM Towing - Car has been put onto the truck! Great guys! - Roadside Assistance Near Me - Provo, Utah

My car died by my job. My wife met me there after work to tow it home. We were assisted by the same guy , who helped us back in October. Alan is his name, he works for Am/ Pm Towing service in Provo, Utah. Alan , a very go lucky happy type of fellow!!! He was amazing!!! Loaded his flatbed and on his way, he went. Even tho it was one hell of a day. He put a smile of my grumpy face!! It usually takes a lot!!! Really! Just very grateful for people like Alan, who do their job with a happy face. I am sure, he has problems, as well, but for a few minutes.... He put a smile on me, ok, a happy grin!!! PS just got home a spoke to his Superviser!!!! Hope he gets a bonus!! I did use them because AAA recommended them!! #TripleArules! read more

Great customer service and on time. Mike the Tow Truck Driver was friendly and willing to help in anyway. Efficient from point a to point b.

Tom is the best! Very helpful getting my keys out of my car at the airport! We were in a rush and he came as fast as he could!

I'm sorry it has taken so long to write this. ALLEN was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Allen's assistance was well beyond great customer service. We were traveling through Spanish fork and we were in an accident. Allen offered us personal service that you don't see much of anymore. He was personable, helpful and took us all the way to Moab, to get us closer to home, so that the car could be repaired. Thank you Allen, you were our knight in shining armor! read more

Our vehicle was involved in a small accident in a night where the roads were bad and several other accidents were in the vicinity. The police flagged down this tow truck without giving us an opportunity to call our insurance. No big deal, whatever, he's just doing his job trying to help everyone. The tow company did not tell us about their storage fees even though they heard us talking about how we were leaving out of town for a week in just a few hours. I was going to sell my totaled car to a junk yard but this towing company decided to hold it hostage and charge me well over what I could have sold it for and the only way they would waive these fees that I never knew about or agreed to pay is to surrender my vehicle to them so THEY can sell it to the junkyard. The lady I spoke to about this tried to blame it all on the officer for making a mess of things by flagging down the truck. I tried to explain all this and just let them know as I was collecting our things that they really should tell people about the storage charges before they haul away the vehicle and one of the employees got very snarky and first blamed it all on the police officer, and when I circled back to all I'm saying is you should tell people so they know before your store it, she said "well, life isn't free" and walked away from the conversation. Extremely rude and unprofessional. All the other employees were kind. She sucks and I do not recommend this business because you won't be able to work with them without dealing with her. read more

Seth came out not once but TWICE to help me with my car battery! He was so kind and he tried a couple of different things to find a solution to help me. He went above and beyond. So grateful for his help, would absolutely recommend Am Pm Towing and Seth specifically. read more

Fast friendly service. Found out they don't do parking enforcement. Big plus. Recommend for the best service and speedy response times.

Incompetent. Did a AAA roadside assistance for gas. The Driver Jordan COULD NOT POUR GAS FROM 3 DIFFERENT CANS. The imbecile then asked me to drive on a empty tank to the next exit to get gas there and he would "follow me" in his tow truck- trusting in his non existent traing I did so and put air in my fuel line and destroyed my fuel pump costing 920.15 in repairs - they are dodging responsibilities for the damage to my car. Never trust them. I now have to go through AAA paying for everything up front hoping for a refund. Do not trust these snakes read more

Called AAA for a tow. AM PM towing answers the call. Wow! Initially AAA tells me they should be 45 minutes out. As soon as I'm off the phone, I'm instantly receiving texts and calls from AM PM. Coming up from Orem, he hit every light. 25 minutes later Mike shows up with his warm smile. That was fast! Thanks for your quick response and service! read more

I needed my car towed from Sandy to Orem. I called AM/PM and a woman answered. She put my on hold, which I can understand if your busy. I was on hold for over 5 minutes, then I was hung up on. Apparently they don't need anyone's business and are too busy to help customers. I got no return phone call after they hung up on me. I went with another towing company who has great customer service and didn't hang up on me. I would recommend if you need to tow a vehicle....DON"T CALL AM/PM! They have poor customer service!!!! read more

Wow! Just had my vehicle towed on a flatbed from American Fork canyon to Orem for the price of a Lyft or Uber ride. The driver (Ron) was very skilled, a problem solver, courteous and professional. Communication with dispatch (if that's the right term) was also outstanding. If I'm ever in a bind again, AM/PM will be the first on my list. read more

I hate to do this bad of a rating because Casey and Mark were really nice people. They were very helpful when I was in a predicament that most companies would not have looked into at all. However, when I got my car back the door handle was broken - so they said they'd pay for half and install it for me when I got the new part.... I took the new part in and left my car there with them to fix, and that night when I went to pick it up, the clutch was broken. Somehow I made it home, but now I can't even get it into 1st gear to get it to a shop. read more

Amazing service! I highly recommend them! AAA told me they would come within the hour and Dave D. showed up about 15 minutes later! He knew the area, was professional, hard working and has great hand/eye coordination! Initially, we waited for Geico to send another tow company who didn't show up for two hours, so we cancelled and called AAA, and felt so happy! I also appreciated the follow up phone call letting me know that Dave was on his way and almost to us. read more

I thank God for AAA and AM PM Towing ever since I've moved to this area. A couple months ago I ran out of gas (on my way to the gas station by the way) on State Street. The driver arrived 10 minutes earlier than AAA told me. He got me going and made sure my car was okay before leaving. Today as I was getting ready to run to the store we had a flat on my car. I called and a driver arrived to my apartment in about 30 minutes. He aired up the tire and advised me to get new tires as soon as possible (I was afraid of that). Super professional and friendly. Hoping I don't need them anytime soon but if I do I'm confident I'll be in good hands! read more

So grateful! They came quickly and saved the day. My car would not allow me to turn the key at all. I couldn't do anything or put it in neutral. Matt came and figured out how to get it in neutral and towed it to my mechanic. He was great to work with and very kind. read more

Darren Curtiss with AM/PM towing is the best! He is courteous, professional, customer friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and KID FRIENDLY!!! Not to mention quick to arrive! He engaged with my 4 year old who thinks tow trucks are the coolest thing ever. He answered all of his questions and let him help him with the levers to lower my car into our driveway! Made his world! Thank you for having such an amazing employee who makes a bad situation and cool event.... AM/PM Towing I hope you realize what an asset Darren Curtiss is to your company and perfect representation of role model employee. I would hire him without question in any line of work! read more

I was impressed with how fast they arrived, and how well I was treated. I broke down at 300 S. and University Ave. in Provo. I called AAA to get a tow truck out. about a minute later I get a call from AM/PM to tell me that Mike is on his way and should be here in 10-20 minutes. I suspect Mike arrived after less than 10 minutes. When Mike arrive he had mt get in the cab where it is nice and warm (which was appreciated because it was less than 0*F outside). He got my car up in a couple of minutes and we went on our way. Mike asked me about the car and what the problem was. I let him know it was the alternator. He said, all considered, I was lucky it chose to die on a weekday rather than a weekend, then he told me about a family who was driving from California to Montana and had their alternator go out near Provo on a Saturday night. The only place open was PepBoys, and they said they couldn't repair it because they were closing. Mike said that it was a relatively easy fix, so he helped them replace it and got them on their way. AM/PM made my breakdown a little less painful. read more

A tow company will make me happy when they get there quickly and do the job right. AM/PM did both, but what I didn't expect was a genuinely nice guy that I could tell was interested in our peace of mind. Like other reviews mentioned, our guy Steve called us and gave us status updates. He was a champ that really understood how to deal with two people who were already stressed out. Thanks Steve! read more

Unfortunately I have used their services twice in the past month. Both times they were prompt, friendly and reasonably priced.

I would never use AM/PM towing. My daughter was stuck on a busy street when her car broke down. The girl on the phone told me they couldn't help me and hung up on me. Never use them!!! read more

I kind of picked out these guys based on other reviews, and then found out they had an agreement with the mechanic I was taking my son's car to. I ended up getting a really good deal on the price of the tow, and even better, they showed up exactly when they said they would and the tow truck operator was so friendly and helpful. I won't ever have to wonder who I should call if I need a tow again, because they will be the only ones I call from now on. read more

Ron not only changed my tire, but diagnosed the problem of why it went flat in the first place! Completely satisfied with the whole interaction I had. read more

I've used these guys for my car and my son's car recently. Both times drivers arrived promptly and were very friendly.

Outstanding service. Driver was friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and skilled to say the least. My car was parked in an underground parking garage. When it became clear the truck wouldn't fit in the garage and the car would refuse to start, the driver literally pushed my car himself to the entrance of the garage and was able to tow it out without any problems. And it was clearly NOT a walk in the park. I honestly can't stress enough how satisfied I am with the service I received today. I absolutely recommend these guys. read more

I called them Friday afternoon for service on Saturday morning. The shop I needed my car towed to opened at 8. The guy at the tow company said they could pick up my car at 7am. Well, 7 am rolls around and no one arrives. Around 7:45 I call to see what's going on. As soon as I say " I'm waiting for a tow in Spanish Fork", the guy automatically says oh I'll get him on his way. I wait an hour for him to get to my house. We don't get to the shop until 10am. That's three hours after they said they would arrive at my house. I didn't receive an apology for being so late. I will never use this company again. Nor should you unless you have all day to wait for a tow. read more

Plan on waiting for awhile. I was stood up by them before. I called them the next day to see if they wanted to redeem themselves. I asked for a discount because of the inconvenience they caused me which they did give, but it made my night more stressful because they were not reliable. Hopefully, this won't happen to other customers. read more

Carl just came by to tow my car to an automotive specialty company. He says "mind if I take a look at it?" I say sure. 20 minutes later he'd fixed a corroded lead. No 30 mile tow needed. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys. read more

This company is terrible. I was travel and had an alternator go out. Used AAA for towing and they used AM PM towing. The incompetence and negligence of the driving destroyed my transmission. He hooked my car up and started to pull it on the flatbed truck. He did not put it in neutral. When it started sliding rather rolling he stopped and went and put the car in neutral. With the torque on the transmission it made a loud noise as it shifted into neutral. My car ran perfectly prior to this. After having the alternator fixed my car no longer goes into reverse and drive doesn't work either. I had to drive 300 miles home in D3 at 60 mph because of course they deny all responsibility and lied saying he released the parking brake. Both my brother , father and myself saw him change gears rather than the emergency brake. Don't trust these guys. AAA will also get a terrible review about these guys. They need this contract revoked. They do not represent AAA well. They represent them poorly. read more
