If you need a tow, John's towing will take care of you, one night when my transmission blew up in my BMW, I called John's towing, they were there within 30 minutes or so, but since I need to be somewhere, I was picked up and John Stone got my car, dropped it off at the auto repair shop with my choice. Less than three months later I was rear ended on 815 and I called John's towing. They came to pick me up. The driver was very friendly and kind after I've been in a bad accident and took me in my car back to the house and put it exactly where I asked it to be. Later a different tow truck company came and picked it up after it been totaled and I would recommend them. I wholeheartedly recommend John's towing. read more

In a world where customer service is becoming less and less available, there are companies like this that prove it still exists. I had a horrible experience with AAA and I called John who had someone at my house within 30 minutes to pick up my keys to go at my truck from south salt lake to Lehi. Awesome responsiveness and friendly. It's nice to hear that someone cares about their business and customer experience. Highly Recommended! I have had to deal with several different tow truck companies over the years. Sadly, the majority of the experiences have been negative. My latest tow experience, however, was the opposite. Last week another driver ran a red light and t-boned my car. The damage was significant and the car was a total loss. My father was seated right where the other car impacted our vehicle. I was very concerned about him as he blacked out for a moment after the accident and was not able to exit the vehicle because the door would not open. John's Towing quickly responded to the scene of the accident. I am not sure if the responding police officers called them in particular or if they were simply the closest service. Their lot was only a mile or two away from the accident. The driver was kind and polite. He let me know that he needed to move the vehicle as soon as possible but was very patient. He waited for me to confirm that the paramedics had everything taken care of with my father. The driver also helped me move personal times such as a carseat and tools from my vehicle. He could not have been more kind or helpful. A few days later I went to the tow yard to collect the rest of the personal items. The insurance adjuster allowed me to change the wheels with brand new tires on the vehicle with some others. I was worried about how difficult that would be because I have been experiencing some significant back pain after the accident. Using the OEM scissor jack from the truck was sure to make things even more difficult. Thanks to the amazing customer service rendered by John's Towing, it ended up being being an easy swap. To my surprise James, one of the staff members, brought out a large jack from one of the trucks and loosened all of the bolts for me. He also helped me swap the wheels and move the wheels to my car. Essentially he did all of the heavy lifting without me even asking or without me even mentioning the back injury. I am incredibly grateful for his help. I doubt he realized what a big difference it made for me. He was probably just trying to be helpful. I have rarely seen such high standard of service as the service rendered by James. I know exactly who I am going to call next time I need any sort of towing service. John's towing is clearly a cut above the rest. I would highly recommend them. read more

We were traveling on I-15 and had tire trouble. We couldn't get the spare down and decided our only option was to call a tow truck. I was upset and frazzled and not thinking clearly, the freeway is a scary place to have trouble. They were very kind on the phone and helped me make the best decision in a situation I've never been in. They were there to get us within 10 minutes, had our truck loaded before I could blink and hauled us to the local tire shop (I didn't think of going there I just wanted us off the freeway and safe). The driver was very nice and helped me get my elderly mom in and out of the tow truck (they're high with big steps when you're 70). I can't thank these guys enough and would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I have used them (unfortunately) a number of times due to my cars breaking down. Very helpful, prompt and professional. I got stranded at the dump. They came and picked it up and got it to were I needed to. All with just one phone call. Basically they just tow you for a very cheap price. The guy that took the call was polite and the truck arrived quickly. Getting a car towed is a pretty sucky experience but luckily I didn't have too rough of a day due to the company being easy to work with. read more

Someone answered the phone that knew what was going on. Other places I called I had to leave a message and they never returned my call. They explained when a guy could come out and how much it would be. They made a call prior to pickup and made me aware of when they would be there. They showed up on time, Josh quickly loaded the vehicle in a professional manner and delivered it to the correct auto repair shop.
