I told them it was not an emergency and didnt need to be dropped off until the Monday morning. The driver shows up that afternoon. Very nice gentleman loads up my car everything seems normal. Then he hand me a bill for $375. I explained there must be a mistake. He dropped the bill to $355. I swear if my car wasn't already on the lift I would have never let him take my car. He professed his professionalism, said he was worth it. I just wish he wouldn't have left the fluids from the previous car all over my driveway. Now I have a stained driveway on top of his professionalism. * Update - the Company reached out after my initial review. We finally got a hold of Allstate Roadside Assistance, who he said dispatched him, and they approved it, then he wouldn't come back to do the job. He claimed he couldn't open it because it was a commercial truck, but it's just a Econoline 250, not a semi, and it was approved. He left us here all night.
