I showed up to get them put them on and it took several hours. I saw one of the guys struggling to get the jack underneath my car, looked like a newer guy. I noticed a day later when I was washing my car that there was a big scuff on the bottom side of the paint where the guy was struggling. I took it into discount tire and filled out a claim. Not sure how this will go I'll keep you posted. Make sure you look over your car good after they work on it. They're in a hurry because they were running late that day took over 2 1/2 hours when they told me it would take an hour.

I asked them about replacing it and wanted the same exact battery that was already in my truck, it's an AGM battery and I wanted the same one replaced. They told me they didn't carry those batteries. Fair enough. So I went to O'Reilly and picked one up. I took it to this shop and was told they "won't install side parts". WTF? I told them I'd be happy to buy the battery from them and have them install, but that I was told they don't carry it. So the guy looks through his computer and starts trying to sell me on a cheaper lead acid battery, which isn't what I wanted. Sorry your greedy shop didn't get to make the money off the battery sale. I find it ridiculous that they wouldn't do the job just because I didn't buy the battery from them. I won't be going back for tires or anything else in the future. They've lost all my business.

The employee that answered my call was VERY happy to help me, and quickly let me know that he had two set aside for me to come in and have them installed the next day. I came in first thing the next morning, and they immediately got to work on my car and they showed me the two used tires before installing them on the car, and to my surprise they were Michelins, and to make it even better, I got them for a GREAT deal!
