We had hail damage to our fairly new car, we checked around and called Dent Pro out of Bountiful, Utah. Because of the extent of the Damage done by the hail and the location of the damage Dent Pro recommended Riverside Collision in Provo. You couldn't ask for a better customer service and repair shop. Best repair quality and run by some of the most honest people in the industry. Our Palisade was rear ended in a snowstorm and our bumper was torn to shreds. We scheduled the repair with Riverside after reading the positive reviews online. They didn't disappoint. They were timely, and our bumper looked as good as new when we went to pick it up. After the repairs were finished, they handed the car off to another group to test drive and run calibrations. During the test drive, they had a run of bad luck, and another car sent a rock into the windshield and caused a crack. They felt bad and replaced the windshield (~$1000 cost) for free. You will not find that level of integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction anywhere else in the industry. Any other shop would have fought tooth and nail to pawn those damages off to the customer, but not these guys. I 1000% recommend this shop and will continue to use them for all future repair needs. read more

The Best in town. When the owner is at the store everyday, it makes a difference. Ron Fox has more experience in this industry than anyone else in the valley. If you want to take your car where all of the nice cars go, this is your place. Your insurance company will try and convince you to go somewhere else, but just know that you have the right to take your car anywhere you want. Riverside Colission takes a little longer to complete their work, but it's worth the wait. read more

Ron is a Grand Master at his trade. The Michael Jordan of body and paint work. The G.O.A.T! He did an amazing job on my Maserati. After getting estimates from 3 other highly rated, high end body shops, I chose Ron. One of my good friends recommended him since Ron has had much experience with exotic cars including many Ferraris. Ron politely asked me if he could take his time on mine since he wanted to get it perfect...and perfect is how it came out. The entire front end had been damaged by rock chips. The car is black so the tiny rocks that hit cars turned the black paint to an almost gray/white color all over the front bumper, hood, and fenders. When the sun hit it, it looked like crap. Underneath the front bumper cover, there were tons of deep scratches from hitting curbs or speed bumps as well. After consulting with several other professionals, and Ron, they all suggested the entire front end get repainted. And that is what I had Ron do. You can see the pics for yourself. I was very disappointed in their service. My car was brought in to fix a problem with the fuel pump, and they charged me $700 to "fix" it. Unfortunately, my car broke down again the next day, and I took it back in. Same problem, and another $500. When I took my car to the dealership later, I found out that part was recalled and would have been replaced for free. :( read more

My car was damaged while parked in a parking lot. We were sent to Riverside Collision Repair by the insurance. They repaired the bumper in a couple of weeks. The car was damaged again in a rear end collision and the bumper was damaged again. We just found out that Riverside Collision repaired the bumper but left out the absorber. It's going to cost us $200 to replace it because Riverside somehow failed to mention they weren't including an absorber in the original repair. I wonder if they charged the insurance for one. read more

I visited this little shop several times during my years as a student in Provo, and I have been continually impressed. Excellent customer service from genuine people who actually care about you and your budget. I'd recommend them to anyone. 1. The first time I visited, it was after my dad crashed my little Honda Civic in a snowstorm :) There was some damage to the bumper. As the technicians worked on my car, they eventually found that they didn't need all the parts they had originally thought, so they sent them back and saved me some money. There's no way I would've ever known that. I really appreciated their honesty and interest in actually helping me. 2. Another time, I returned to the shop because my car's window had gotten stuck rolled halfway down (ha, yes my car is old and somewhat ridiculous). They admitted that a full repair of the electric system would cost a couple hundred dollars. But an alternative was presented. The technician slowly worked the window up manually, and then simply cut the wiring so that the window would no longer roll down (thereby avoiding having it get stuck again). FOR FREE. As a poor student, I was so grateful. 3. Finally, after graduation I learned that I'd be driving cross-country for a job in D.C. My car had 100,000 miles on it, so I brought it in for a minor overhaul--including replacing the water pump. Less than a year later, I was frustrated to find that the job needed to be repeated. I knew Riverside would stand by their work, but I couldn't easily drive across the country again to repeat the job. Instead, I called Ron, and he happily helped me to secure free replacement parts--and he went above and beyond in refunding all the labor costs his shop had charged me for the original job. Again, I'd recommend this place to anyone. I've been impressed with and grateful for their service while living in both Provo and across the country in D.C. read more

I have taken multiple cars here to be repaired and they always do an excellent job! The employees are knowledgeable and very attentive to detail and will make sure your car comes back to you in pristine condition. I highly recommend this place to everyone! Let me start by saying this: my car IS exactly the way it was. It has been fixed perfectly. HOWEVER, it has been quite the process getting there. I could sit here and tell you every conversation I had with the place but the main thing here is communication. They are horrible at communication and I called them so many times trying to get my car ready on time and it was always the next day. Finally when it was ready I had my dad come look at it with me before I picked it up. If I had just picked it up myself I would've got in and drove off. Thank heavens that my dad noticed my hood was not centered properly so the owner Ron took it back in while we waited for another hour for it to be finished. While I am very happy that my car is now in perfect condition, I personally would Just go somewhere else. There has to be another 5 star shop somewhere that will be a more pleasant experience. read more

I have had my foggy headlights cleaned several times . I have bought several cleaning kits. They never look great. I took my car to riverside to have them cleaned. It was a little more expensive but they did a great job. They look brand new. Ron is truly an artist and does a magnificent job at everything he fixes. I only went there for a quote in my car. There was no one in line waiting on anything. The guy behind the desk told me to wait 10 min and he would help me. So I took my BMW in about 8 months ago and last week I started having the same problems that I thought the mechanic fixed. I took the car in and after five whole days, no one called me to update me about the car and the charges until I called and asked for them. Even though they were the same problems I had before, they were charging me more than triple of the original price. They would not send me the computer diagnostics after I emailed them to do so and they did less than an hour of labor on my car after I brought it in five days prior. With the absurd pricing and how little they cared about working on my car, I decided to go to the actual BMW dealership where repairs are usually much more expensive and it ended up being half as much as what this place told me it was going to be. This mechanic told me I needed to replace every fuel injector which would have been about 5 grand and the BMW dealership said the injectors were totally fine and that i just needed my coils and spark plugs replaced, only being about 2 grand. You will be ripped off if you go here and the service and communication is awful. read more

I went to another body shop first for a front bumper collision repair and received nothing but grief and sorrow. They wanted over $4000 and had to have new parts. I took it to Riverside and they quoted me half the price with faster return. When I got it back, I could not believe how well it looked. It was as if it were new. Wonderful service! We had a rattle in our car that has just irritated us for so long. We took it to several dealerships and they could never find what the problem was. We took our car in and in a matter of minutes they were able to pinpoint our problem, get it fixed, and sent us on our way. Our car runs as if we had just bought it! About 10 years ago someone backed into my pretty T-bird. A good friend told me that he wouldn't trust body work to anyone but Riverside Collision Repair. They did a fabulous job on that insurance-covered work and, worried that a shop with their reputation would be very expensive, I tentatively let them fix repairs that had been done poorly by another shop. The cost was reasonable and since that time they have done everything that needs doing on my now 11-year old Thunderbird. They always do great work and they have always been reasonably priced. They do everything, not just body work, and I can't give them a higher recommendation. I love, love, love Riverside Collision Repair. read more
