The people there are very professional and friendly. Brandy, who handles the office, has been extremely helpful. She has even taken me home and picked me up when they didn't have a loaner available. They have recently expanded into a huge facility next to their old one (which they are now using as a painting area). They are very good at what they do. In one case, when my car was totaled, the previous owner actually found a replacement vehicle for me up in Morgan UT and drove me there to pick it up. These people go above and beyond. They also did a repair of my rear sensor for $40 when the dealer wanted $1200 for a new rear bumper. They also helped my son-in-law get a replacement rear window for his Expedition at a fraction of the cost from a dealer. Dynamic offered overnight turnaround service which I needed as I was leaving the state two days later. Upon replacing my bumper (with a certified part from the manufacturer at aftermarket cost) found a small mistake in the paint color. Instead of ignoring, he called me and let me know that he couldn't release my car to me until he made it right. His team stayed late, took it back apart and redid the entire job with upgraded paint materials (at no cost) overnight to achieve perfection.
