I called the corporate office, but they only referred me back to the manager. Although my fit appointments had both been scheduled well in advance, they didn't have the parts. To replace a windshield, they need both parts. They didn't check their parts until I was there at my scheduled time.

They were knowledgeable on our insurance and how it worked and was able to get us a good deal even though we should've paid $400 out of pocket for one car. Unfortunately, we got a rock chip the next day on one car and had to go back to get that filled. It is also making a whistling noise that they investigated and remedied.
