They have done multiple windshields for me at this point. Great price, love the service. I just like doing business with these guys. If you need a windshield, why look anywhere else. Perfection is in the name for a reason. Thanks! read more

Cody C. responded incredibly quickly to my query about getting my windshield replaced. Unfortunately, "Perfection" Auto Glass no longer replaces windshields. I appreciated the swift response, but not the snide comment I got as a response when I mentioned the outdate Yelp page that clearly states windshield installation and repair. read more

These guys are awesome. Very quick to respond and get me a quote. Went through my insurance and they called me within an hour of the claim being filed and set up a next day appointment to come to my house and have my windshield replaced. The windshield replacement took about 30 minutes and they were in and out in no time. Windshield looks to be very high quality. Best value, quality, and service around. Highly recommend. read more

Cody came out and did a fast and awesome job! He literally was half the price of everywhere else I called for a new windshield on my 2019 RAV4. Everywhere else wanted to charge me huge money to recalibrate the camera at the top of the windshield. Cody was fairly confident that it wouldn't need to be recalibrated, and he was right! I can not recommend them enough, I will be doing all of my auto glass business with Perfection and I would confidently recommend them to family and friends. I also love the fact that they came to me and did the work right in my driveway! Top notch service my man! read more

Nothing but good things to say! Especially after our new car was a victim of flying rocks First off these guys were the only people to actually pick up their phone! Second, they were on time, communicated arrival time perfectly and got right to work. He was very thorough and concentrated all while having a nice conversation. Quick, accurate and detailed mobile service. Thanks so much Perfection!!!!! read more

I texted them about a scratch on my dtr's windshield and they responded within a few minutes. They were honest and let me know this particular scratch wasn't a safety issue as long as it didn't impede her vision...which thankfully it does not. I so appreciate their honesty, which is sadly too rare of a thing in business, and will use them in the future! read more

They were quick and efficient! They were also willing to work with my schedule. It looked great. read more

Everything about my experience with Cody was exceptional. His prices are very reasonable, he is very prompt, comes out to where you are, and does a fantastic job. In fact, he pointed out that whomever replaced our windshield before (before I owned this vehicle, or else I'd be giving them their own review...) they didn't provide a heated windshield, which apparently my car is compatible with. Who knew. I have already recommended his services to my Sister-in-law who is in need of a windshield replacement. Definitely keeping his info in my phone to use and recommend to others. read more

Absolutely recommend this business. Cody is a very professional owner, yet also highly personable. A trait not usually found. They arrived on time, told me the expected time for repair, and nailed that time. I highly recommend this company for your auto glass needs read more

They were very quick and efficient in taking care of my rock chip repair. They very conveniently met me at work and took care of it for me!

Had Cody come out and replace 2 different windshields in the last few weeks. One had some rust at the top of the window frame that he let us know about (happened because of a poor job on the previous windshield installation from a different company), and he ended up putting some primer/sealer on it to extend the life of the window frame. We also have dash cams on both, and he tucked the wiring up inside while he was here. Super efficient, and knows his stuff. Great company to work with. read more

They did an awesome job. Got back to me quickly, were at my house fixing the cracked windscreen two days later. The guys were nice and gave me good information. Highly recommend!!! read more

When I call to get a windshield chip repaired, I don't expect a lecture. I especially do not expect the guy on the phone to be abrupt and caustic. When I ask, "why do I need to file an insurance claim before scheduling a time with you," an acceptable and customer-friendly answer is not: "are youj expecting me to do something illegal? That would be insurance fraud!" Indeed, it might, but he seemed to think I was encouraging him to break the law. Good customer service would involve mnetioning the benefits of the work, not talling me "you pay, it's $65, or you file a claim first." His whole attitude was hostile, not friendly, but, hey, it's all good. There are plenty of glass services around. read more

They were quick to respond to my request for a quote. Fair pricing and excellent next day service. Good communication and transparency on the work being done. Would highly recommend. read more

I was very impressed with this company. The minute they pulled up the courtesy and professionalism shown was great. They showed courtesy to other drivers in our tight subdivision, and once they began work, everything seemed to be going like clockwork. They were done much quicker than I anticipated and explained any issues that I needed to be aware of for the next few days with a new windshield. I highly recommend Cody and his team for any window replacement needs you might have. read more

We had a great experience with Perfection. They were easy to contact, reasonably priced, on time and quick working. And the best part is that they come to you! The guys were great to work with and even changed the windshield on the coldest day of the year. read more

Perfection Auto Glass was responsive - within minutes. Fast, accurate. Will use again, if needed.

I got my window done a few months ago and Cody responded super fast and came to my work to fix it. He did a great job.

Excellent work! Requested quote on a Thursday & Perfection Glass was able to come the very next day. Installed windshield & repaired 2 rock chips. Exceeded expectation! Highly recommend Perfection Glass! read more

Great service and excellent value. Do not go with the cheapest, there is a reason they cost what they do. These guys are quality for a great price. Highly recommended! read more

I can't stress enough how professional, helpful, and well priced this whole experience was. Managed to squeeze me in the day after making contact, fixed the issues Safelite caused with my last windshield at no additional charge, explained everything he was doing, and why he was doing it. After completing he took the time to explain what to look out for going forward. The windshield sits against the vehicle so much better and visually is much more pleasing. I am so grateful I found an expert I can trust who never hesitated to go above and beyond what other windshield companies provide. read more

Cody did an awesome job with my windshield replacement. Cody also helped with my wiper blade. He adjusted the wiper arms to sit flush with new windshield. Cody is very detailed and knowledgeable. Cody's price was much less than competitors. read more

From scheduling to install I was very impressed. I scheduled through the Yelp app and received fast communication. Cody is skilled like a surgeon and did a clean, fast, efficient job. He was there on time took about 1 hour and it was done ready to go. I watched him during the entire job and would recommend him to anyone. He is coming back next week to do my other car. He is as picky at details as I am. read more

I hate getting my windshield replaced, but if I want to get my car registered... So I spent a few hours yesterday calling around getting several quotes. I spoke with Cody on the phone here and he was great to work with. He asked what I was being quoted elsewhere and was willing to work with me a bit on the price. They also had the windshield I needed (for a Scion xB) in stock. Having called around to every place between Bountiful and Spanish Fork I realized that was kind of hit or miss. They were able to schedule the appointment for this morning "between 8-10 am". He showed up about 9 am and got right to work. (No extra charge for the mobile repair) He was good with explaining some of my options and showing me some damage (major rust) that was already there and what I needed to do and watch because of it. Overall, I was as pleased as could be with the experience. It's never fun having to spend money on car repairs, but they made it pretty painless. I didn't even have to change out of my robe! read more

I shopped around for quotes for my windshield between Safelite, technaglass, and perfection. Safelite$341.00 Technaglass $222.94 Perfection $220 plus So I called perfection and made an appointment for the next day. Now he asked when was I at work I said 9-5 "that will work" I said great and as I was asking at what time specifically they hung up on me. So we didn't have an appointment just a 9-5 window. So I then called tecnaglass and they were better at communicating and gave me a specific time for appointment for the next day and the price is competitive and allowed me to hang up. So I called perfection back to cancel the appointment with in 10 mins . Perfection asked why i wanted to cancel. I said I was going with technaglass. He said flustered "don't you know that they are owned by Safelite now?! Never mind have a good day" and hung up on me. Really the only reason I didn't go with him was for bad communication and then perfection justified my decision. Either way maybe perfection is good at what they do just bad at communicating . read more

Had a crack that spidered across my windshield and got in contact with Cody after reading his great reviews on Yelp. The whole process was super simple: I submitted a quote request via his website one night and received an email from early the next morning requesting pictures of my vehicle's windshield so he could confirm the correct type (my make & model had 2 different types of windshields that year apparently). We scheduled a day and time for him to do the replacement while I was at work. He showed up on time, was super quick, & did a great job. Highly recommended! read more

I just called in to get a quote and talked to a very rude representative. I'm from Arizona and many glass repair shops offer rebates. When I asked the rep if they offered any, he got aggressive and told me that insurance companies offer nothing anymore, then just hung up the phone on me. Wow. Seems that the other reviewers are correct. Terrible communication and customer service. read more

This is the windshield replacement service you should use! Cody (the owner) is fantastic about communicating in a timely manner. The quality was excellent, I had an issue with my rear view mirror mount that was beyond what I thought anyone could do, but Cody did a fantastic job with it. Cody worked well with me and also worked well with my insurance. Perfection Auto Glass is a step above the rest. Definitely use them! read more

Dealer had another company replace the windshield in my truck right before a bought it. The windshield leaked like crazy. Didn't even bother calling the dealer. This time I wanted it done right! I called Cody. He came out the very next day. He showed me the giant gaps in the caulk/gasket. There were also several missing clips and a broken cowling. I just had Cody replace the entire windshield. The quality difference in the glass alone was amazing. Cody's windshield didn't have the waves in it like the first one. And now when it's raining outside it's no longer raining inside my truck. Very happy with Perfection Auto Glass. Will never use a different company again! Prices were great and the service was amazing!! That you Perfection Auto Glass for fixing my truck. read more

Service was fine, but calling afterward to get a copy of my invoice was not. The guy was very rude about me needing another copy, making sure to point out that its my fault I lost the first one and that it would take him a VERY long time to find me another one. At this point, I dont think he will even look for it Clearly, taking 1 minute to help a customer is too much for this company We own a business with a large fleet of vehicles and we will be taking all our business else where. read more

Perfection just installed a new windshield on my CRV. He was fast

Cody was amazing. He came out and took extra care of me. My windshield had a bit of rust on the body of my work truck and he was able to go the extra mile and do what he needed to to make the new windshield work. Thanks so much. I'll be using you again read more

Upfront pricing nothing hidden. He was very fast and concerned about our happiness with his work. I have no complaints and would use again.
