It turns out the problem was just a bracket, and they accurately diagnosed it right away. The team here is very professional and honest. They didn't try to upsell me or suggest unnecessary repairs. Instead, they quickly identified the exact problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for trustworthy and skilled service!

Great dealing with Johnathan and the crew over there. The service was 5 The quality i will give 4.5…read more due to a couple things I found after we were done. The good! 1. The silver metallic paint on my 2016 Mustang is not easily matched. They did a superb job painting all panels (both fenders, new bumper and hood) The shine and sheen are correct. 2. The wheel was refreshed by a guy they had come in, and he got it wrong both times. Johnathan was so good in getting a brand new wheel quickly. 3. I was dealing with a third part who was paying out of pocket to repair my car and the Valet team did an amazing job on dealing with the paperwork! 4. They did a super job detailing the vehicle before I got it back. The not so good. 1.The headlights were both replaced and they failed to adjust them. When I drove home they were pointing in completely different directions and not even close to correctly. 2. The bumper assembly was replaced and they didn't detail before painting. There are literally tabs and rough mold markings on the ends that should have been ground before painting. Small detail to some people but noticed by me. 3. Overspray on the windshield and gasket...should have been caught while detailing Overall as I said a 4.5. If heaven forbid I ever need another body shop, Valet will be my choice!

Quite possibly the worst business I have ever dealt with. I've never written a Google review…read morebefore, but the negligence, lack of communication, and incompetence here were so extreme that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my car in after a minor accident to repair a few scratches. My insurance issued payment the first day they had my vehicle. Despite this, they claimed they hadn't received the check and delayed starting work for two weeks -- even though my insurance agent confirmed it had been cashed just days after it was sent. After finally beginning the repair, it took another two weeks to complete what should have been a simple job. A full month later, with virtually no communication, my car was finally ready for pickup. When we arrived, an employee discreetly attempted to charge the battery before handing the car over. What they failed to disclose was that they had completely drained it. The car drove home, but the next day it would not start and displayed a major system warning -- issues that never existed prior to bringing it in. I reached out multiple times with photos and received no response. However, they had no problem repeatedly texting me asking for a review. To make matters worse, my car now has scratches that were not there before, my personal air freshener was thrown away and replaced with a cheap promotional one, and the interior was returned dirty. It's also concerning that while their Google rating appears high, their Yelp rating sits around three stars. Given my experience -- and even a local AutoZone employee mentioning that customers frequently come in after issues with this shop -- it makes you question the consistency of those positive reviews. Between the dishonesty, lack of communication, and refusal to take accountability, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not recommend this business.

No, he shared the pictures with the real estimator--who doubles as a receptionist-- and "had to take her kids to school" so she had to leave work an hour early. So she asked us to come back again! so she could look at the damage herself, since she, the receptionist is in charge of writing all estimates. She had sent us an estimate which was not the way we had asked for it--coupling it with a different set of damage. Enough screwiness to stay far away from this unprofessionalism.
