Windshield was cracked during service. Pictures show it was not cracked when taken in and was cracked upon pick up and they say "ya there's rock chips in there so we can't warranty a windshield" seems pretty convenient that it happens to crack on its own during the 2 weeks they have my truck. Edit: they did offer a 25% discount + recalibration. However, as it happened while they did the work, a partial solution is not a solution. Just wanted to add this in here to make sure I told the full story. Don't go here. read more

We went in to get an estimate. A very young guy came out and took some pictures after we explained everything. We thought he was the guy making an estimate. No, he shared the pictures with the real estimator--who doubles as a receptionist-- and "had to take her kids to school" so she had to leave work an hour early. So she asked us to come back again! so she could look at the damage herself, since she, the receptionist is in charge of writing all estimates. She had sent us an estimate which was not the way we had asked for it--coupling it with a different set of damage. Enough screwiness to stay far away from this unprofessionalism. read more

I'm totally blown away with the service AND customer service that Cascade gives! We've had 3 repairs done by Cascade over about 15 years now, 2 in Lehi and 1 most recently in Eagle Mtn. I knew from the moment I got rear-ended that I would be taking my car to Cascade and nowhere else. The rear lift-gate of my Hyundai Tucson got crunched when someone backed into me in a parking lot. So, after appraisals were made on repairs and before I dropped my car off at Eagle Mtn, they were texting me for an appt. after the ins. company contacted them. I also had a rental car waiting for me and they had the car for only 2 weeks while they replaced & repainted all the parts. The lift gate & bumper look absolutely new and no variation of the paint compared to the surrounding parts that didn't have to be painted. Unfortunately disappointed - this will be somewhat long. I ran over a tire on the freeway and came to Cascade for repairs, through an appointment set up through my insurance - important. I arrived and the front desk woman came out to take photos of my car and said that was all that was needed, and my insurance would be in touch - this was Friday; we tentitvely scheduled a dropoff for the following Tuesday, as that should be enough time to send the estimate and have the insurance approve it before working on the car - it takes a couple business days. By Thursday that following week I still had not heard anything from my insurance or Cascade. I called my insurance agent and he said he had not yet gotten ANYTHING from Cascade, but would call to follow up. Did not hear back or receive estimate Thursday. I then got a voicemail Friday around 10 am stating my estimate was finished and sent to the insurance - awesome! I waited for my agent to call and confirm he has it and go from there; by 3pm I still hadn't heard from him so I texted asking for the status. He advised he STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM CASCADE - after they texted me 6 hours prior saying they were sending it to insurance. It is now 4pm on Friday while I'm driving home and I decide to call Cascade myself and spoke to the original woman in charge of my estimate (took the photos & texted the estimate was finished). I asked her why the insurance is saying they don't have the estimate when I have a voicemail saying its been sent; her response is "I have your file open right here, I forgot to close it so it never sent. I'll close it now and it should send over" - this is now 6 hours after she stated she would send it, and its EOD Friday. I say fine, but please also update my number, as they keep calling and leaving voicemails with my Dad since he's the policy holder, but I gave them my number on all paperwork. She apologizes, confirms the estimate has been sent, phone number has been updated and all is well; after we hang up, she then send a follow up confirmation text, stating estimate was sent and apologizing for the mixup on phone #... TO MY DADS PHONE NUMBER. So I once again, had to (have him) ask her to update the number, as this is not his car & I'm the one needing the updates. Insurance finally gets the estimate to process and calls Tuesday (this is now 15 days post accident). The shop didn't fill in the estimate to run through Insurance - even though the original appt was set up through insurance & they have my dads original policy information - so the estimate was WAY higher than it should've been. At this point, I was no longer comfortable with them doing my repairs, if this is how the estimate process is normally run, I couldn't imagine dropping my car off with them for an undetermined amount of time. Thankfully my insurance agent was very understanding of my lack of trust in this location and got me set up with Caliber Collision down the street. They had me in and repairs started same day, and I've already got my car back and in brand new condition. If you are looking for someone reliable and detail oriented, that's where I'd recommend. read more

I'll start by saying if I could give them 0 stars, I would, and it would still be to high of a rating. I would figure that people that have jobs, go to work to do actual work. I will never go back to Cascade Collision in Lehi, and I recommend that you don't either. Here's my reasoning. They do the same job any other shop will do, nothing special, and nothing quick. While fixing my car from an accident they pulled a seal and didn't replaced it when we picked it up. A couple of days latter we went back in and showed them. We were told they would get the seal in for us within the week and let us know. THREE weeks later, that's right 3 weeks later we still hadn't heard anything from them. So we call the rep we had spoken to, and no one answers. For the next 3 or 4 days we keep trying to get a hold of someone and couldn't, no one answers their phone. When we would get someone to answer they would send it to the rep we originally talked to and it would always go to voicemail. NO ONE EVER ANSERS THE PHONE OR CALLS YOU BACK. We then drive back in to find out if the part that was supposed to be order was in yet, and of course no body has ordered it. We were supposed to be informed when it arrived and now we are told nobody ordered it. After going in we are assured that it will be ordered. They will call us that day and give us an ETA on when it will be in. We get the person's name we talked to we get her direct line and the managers direct line. (OUR FAULT FOR BELIEVING THAT THEY WOULD FOLLOW THROUGH) We waited for two more days without hearing from them. We then called almost every day for another 3 weeks. Remember we are calling direct lines and they wouldn't answer. What kind of business doesn't answer the phone calls of their customers? It sounds like I'm exaggerating, but I might be understating the time it took for us to get the simple door seal in. Good news after calling everyday for at least two weeks, we got a text message from the manager, not a phone call, a text message. giving us an ETA, still a week out. Very unprofessional and mismanaged company. From the time we were in the accident, in February, our car is finally done May 22nd. It has been more work on my wife to get the car fixed than they put into fixing our car. As I said before, we will never take another vehicle there again, and I strongly suggest that you don't either. read more

I used Cascade Collision in Provo and they were great and well priced. I live closer to the one in Lehi so whenI had another need for their services I reached out to the Lehi location for a bid on replacing the drivers side exterior rear view mirror on my Toyota Tacoma. It was was cracked and falling apart from backing into things several times. They said it needed to be completely replaced and the bid came to $1167. That seemed high. The estimator told me I should reach out and find a dealer who might have the part which I thought was weird. I decided if I was going to do that I'd go get a bid from them because theirs seemed high to me. I went to Carl Malone Toyota and their bid was $552 for the exact same part and required 30 minutes labor while I waited. A no brainer as to who I would choose. And they were much nicer as well. read more

Dropped my car off this morning. Specifically told them that it would not be going through insurance. It's now almost 4pm. I called.. they said they are just waiting to hear from the insurance company. I told them again that it's not going through insurance. Her response: "Oh, whoops. Looks like I've been waiting on something all day that I didn't need to be waiting on. All the estimators have gone home for the day so we won't hear anything till tomorrow." So - now I'm stuck w/o a car for a night. Logistically this is a nightmare, all because their team didn't listen or communicate. Terrible. ** update. I brought in my car because a panel had fallen off. Colton came out and looked at it right away. He took the panel and within 10 minutes he said it's done! he wouldn't take any money for it. They put on new clips and it looks good as new. I highly recommend cascade auto repair! I've always had good experiences with this company. read more

My wife and I talked to Mike, he refused to work on our car without our insurance information. Don't people pay out of pocket to avoid rising insurance premiums? Mike was very rude....his excuse, it would be inconvenient to submit a bid to the insurance company after starting work on the repair of a car. If this seems confusing, it is.....it's BS. We can only assume that Cascade Collision's employees are trained to find out how much money an insurance company has given to repair the vehicle, then make their bid high enough to drain the customer's funds and ask the insurance company for much more $. It took a while for them to get me in because my damage wasn't affecting my driving, but now that it's there I am so happy with their communication and transparency! I have had my car in other shops and have had to call them consistently to get updates. Cascade has sent me texts with updates almost daily. Just enough to note any changes--never annoying. I'm just so happy to have a place that has automated communication so I'm not guessing when I'll have my car back. I'm usually suspect about big box collision repair centers but honestly I'd take more expensive over small garage just so I can know what's going on! Thanks Cascade! read more

So impressed with the customer service! Last week the driver's side door of my Tahoe was knocked out of place by a huge gust of wind. The door was moved so close to the fender that I could not open it. I took it by Cascade because I have had two cars repaired by Cascade and both look fantastic. I ask the guy how much it will be and he says "It won't cost you anything!" They spend about 45 minutes fixing my door and put in some missing plugs on the fender skirt. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They lied and it took them twice as long to finish what I was originally told. I will never recommend them to anyone!! They have their "Lifetime Warranty" on their work, but don't believe it. I had my car fixed a year ago after a crash and had to have the whole front repaired. Ever since it was fixed all the plastics rattle and as soon as I drive over 70 mph it's SO loud. The front metal piece on my car with the honda sign just flew off one day when we were driving down the road. I took it in to have them look at it and have it fixed and they said they couldn't do anything for me cause I had hit something. I have not hit or been hit by anything since the car was repaired by them. They also said they'd get back with me and I never heard back from them. I will never go to them again, and no one else should ever go here. It was an awful experience. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. My car got broken into last summer and the passenger side window was smashed in. I was 8 months pregnant I took my car in to cascade collision and they were willing to help me but it took about a week for them to get all the parts in...I completely understand. Then, one of the windows that they ordered in came in broken...so we had to wait a few more days. I get it. I was completely understanding. Which was saying a lot since I really needed a car in case the baby came early. Then, once the car was finished, they left the broken window in the backseat which I had to take back after the baby was born. All in all, everything worked out okay. Fast forward to 6 months after. The passenger window that was just replaced started to crack. What?? No nicks or dents or any sign of damage from a rock. The window was completely smooth. I took it back to cascade (we had a year warranty on the window) AND THEY WOULD NOT FIX IT!!! I even brought in the warranty! They said "oh it must have been something you did" and "we don't fix wear and tear problems" "you probably had a rock fly up while you were four wheeling". Okay...since you know...I go four wheeling with my 6 month old?! They even felt the window and said "hmm that's weird. I can't find the nick" I called Ford and they said that side windows NEVER crack like that. He only way it would crack was if it was INSTALLED INCORRECTLY!!! Ugh...let's just say I'm never ever ever going back to Cascade Collision Repair. Now I'm paying for someone else to fix it?! Again! Worst repair shop. Not willing to own up for mistakes. My car was backed into by someone and took it to Cascade. 2 weeks later, after complication after complication I get a call at 4:30 saying it's ready. Since I wasn't able to pick it up myself I asked to have the car get sent to my home. The employee claimed that they couldn't because there wouldn't be enough time to get my car to my home and get back to the business before closing. My whole experience with this company has been about them avoiding any inconvenience on their end and inconveniencing me at every opportunity. I am now on hold 15 minutes before they close and have been when I'm supposed be working to try and have them deliver it to a closer location. Now it will be too late and now I will be without a car for yet another day. Don't go with these people if you don't want to get jerked around. read more

2 families traveled to Park City for Thanksgiving vacation. My sister-in-law was in the mountains and her parked car slid into a ditch/rock. Went to Cascade in the morning with her. Beautiful place with incredibly friendly people. They did a quick repair, while we waited. Not only was it incredibly fast, we were completely surprised with the incredibly low cost of repair. I thought I took my car to them clean, (vacuumed and wiped down on the inside) but when I picked it up, the outside looked AMAZING, and it also looked detailed on the inside. I had the misfortune of being hit by a drunk one Saturday morning in September in Salt Lake (yes - Saturday morning, and yes, in Salt Lake), which resulted in damage to both driver's side doors, and as it turned out, the central pillar between the doors. After getting the go-ahead from the drunk's insurance company, they set about checking it out and getting parts. First, the main battery (it's a Toyota Highlander Hybrid) had died so they trucked it up to the closest dealer to confirm the dead battery was just that - probably due to the doors no longer closing properly (or opening for that matter) and leaving a circuit open. No damage to the hybrid's electrical system. Upon it's return from Toyota they removed the doors and confirmed the damage was limited to the doors and the central pillar. They ordered the parts, and estimated 10 days to get the work done. Well, the parts arrived on time, and they were ready when they did. They finished the pillar and door work a day early and started painting, resulting in them finishing in 9 days instead of 10. Through the whole process, the staff were great, they kept me informed, and they didn't mind me dropping by to see the damage once the doors were off or to ask them to explain what they intended to do. Once the pillar and door work was done, the painting was blended into the front left fender and it was impossible to tell there had been any damage at all, nor that the doors had been painted long after the car. Great work by great staff, and great customer service - they even let me drop off the loaner supplied by drunk's insurance company when I picked my car up since they often did business with them, so I didn't have to arrange a ride from the rental car shop to their auto shop (though I am sure they would have picked me up if I asked). Excellent job guys - i hope to never need such work again, but if I do, there's no question where i will take to the car - I'm completely satisfied with their work and customer skills. read more

It's never good when you Brand new vehicle gets damaged but what is good is how a body shop handles the repair. Cascade was absolutely fantastic through the entire process. They help navigate through the insurance company, kept me in the loop the entire time and delivered it a day ahead of schedule. When I went to pick it up, it was outside waiting for me all clean and looking new again. Megan, Mike, Keighla and Taylor were all great. Props go to Cascade Collision in Lehi. I went in to get my damaged rear license plate fixed after someone backed into me & it was hanging by the cable. Aaron went to assess the damage & then came back after minutes & told me it was done & my Jeep was fixed. I went to pay & he said it wasn't necessary. What a nice guy! Totally made my day & the whole experience was painless. I will definitely tell everyone I know to take their business there. Tayler at the front reception was amazing also. Very bad customer service provided by Mike, broke my car. Brought my car in at the Lehi location to have them fix some cosmetic work on the rear bumper. They fixed the problem and the car looks ok. As I was driving the car after pick up I noticed the latch to the arm rest lid was broken. Plastic pieces on the passenger seat on the mat. I called in explaining somebody during the time my car was at Cascade must have broken the latch. I am the only person driving the car, and the lid was fine before I dropped the car off at cascade. I was treated very poorly by Mike at cascade on the phone who pretty much insinuated I was lying. I understand it was my word against theirs, but, I don't think that should have given Mike the right to treat me like he did. Very bad customer service, they broke my car, won't go back. Went to get my car fixed somewhere else and forked out the money although they should have fixed it at no charge since they broke it. Talking to them was a waste of time. I took my car to these guys right after my fender bender. The pieces on my car that were damaged were the front passenger fender, the headlight and a small piece on the corner of the hood. They proceeded to dismantle the car including the rocker panels on the sides of the vehicle, the right side view mirror, the interior door panel, door handles, bumper and grille. We decided to keep the car and almost all of these parts went missing. We ended up with the bumper. They very reluctantly gave us a grille which wasn't the original and a new side view mirror that will have to be painted. I am still wondering why they thought they needed to dismantle the interior door panel and door handles. The fender bender I was involved in didn't warrant this. I will never take a vehicle here again and I caution all who want to avoid more problems. As if a car wreck isn't stressful enough already. read more

We were given a bid and the work was done beautifully and $800 less than the bid. Beautiful doesn't describe what a good job they did.
